Room Pool Ambiance Decor Breakfast
Waiting 1.5 hours for "pool view suite" only to find out they actually didn't have one!
The room was nice especially the TV, bed and pillows and there wasn't a lot of guest noise. I liked the fact that the check out time is 12 noon instead of 11 like so many hotels.
No shower cap in bathroom and nowhere to get food from 9 to 12 I think it was and then after lunch time nothing till 5pm, which is a bummer if you are not checking in till 3pm, but this is not a disaster. They sell snacks but if you are real hungry that doesn't work.
Beautiful hotel and great location! The staff was friendly, the pool/jaccuzzi were heated, and the breakfast buffet was delicious!
That it was at least clean
Almost everything they screwed up on our rooms we were on a family vaca with other family members and they made us wait forever to get checked in and even when we came back to get checked in they messed up on our rooms and they were rude . We were traveling from such a far distance and could not accommodate early check in when there website said they would and I all I have to say is that I've never experience a bad service traveling and staying at hotels that say is 7 stars and above ... But this hotel did and we booked 2 suites ! And it was the worst service !!!
The room was clean n nice but parking is terrible there. Won't return after having to park at furniture store & lug our bags a across the property. Wasn't too happy

I was upgraded to a nicer room, very convenient, lovely hotel
the worst thing was that I could smell jet fumes in the room the entire time, which bothered my throat. Also, there are notices in the room that say if you are happy to re-use your towels leave them on the rack to save energy and water. I did that and they were replaced anyway...minor, but the staff should be told to observe that!

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the room
I got there at 0230, but there was a long line as they would not let anyone check in early. So we all waiting in the lobby until 0300 for the checkin time to open. It was made worse because the customer service was not there at all. No one smiled. It was like they all hated their jobs

Front Desk manager is aggressive & rude. Looks like she gates her job Front Desk staff speaks to you with completely disregarding customer service. Stay there often & only thing consistent is the front desk staff are completely rude and they let you know you're not appreciated. I do not have confidence in this place & hesitant to recommend this place

Our AC unit leaked all over the floor and was soaked the entire stay.

Our assigned room was already occupied as we opened the door and entered the room. We were there with our daughter's volleyball team (10 families) we were in the lobby buying ice cream (which was locked up...so they unlocked the freeze and while our daughter went to ask my husband if he wanted one the staff locked up the freeze. So we waited in line. to have them unlock the freeze . As I was waiting in line (people checking in) a friend showed me a pamphlet and the couple from behind me stepped up to the counter to be checked in. I waited....all our friends have just about finished their ice cream bars . I asked to get an ice cream bar from the locked freezer. The employee said of course...so I stepped away from the counter and she than checked I. 2 more guests. By the time we got the ice cream all our friends/team had finished and were ready to leave the lobby. On Saturday evening we were all out at the pool swimming and eating pizza when the 2 of the staff came in and said the pool closes at 9 and it was time to leave....some of the team just got there with their pizza. We were being quiet at the pool and it was a Saturday night. So we moved to the hotel lobby (which was huge with lots of sitting areas and tables). We finished eating and a few days parents went to the bar for a cocktail...at 9:30 the bar was closing (Friday night we sat at the bar/restaurant until 11pm)...as a parent passed the 2 of the employees that closed the pool and overheard her saying 'I am not happy about this...' while looking at our group sitting quietly talking in the lobby. Even our teenagers were talking quietly (they had played 5 games of volleyball and they were tired. At check out our room rate was higher than what we had booked online. Terrible service and staff for such a nice hotel.
No ice machine or vending machines
The hotel was beautiful. The courtyard and rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. It was very queit. The bartender Jim was very nice and the food was good.
I had to order extra towels twice since there were not any clean ones at the pool: I requested 2 extra pillows, they never came & I had to recall; they literally kicked us out of the pool area on a saturday at 9pm exactly. We have 5 families with children swimming and talking. They were very rude about it (standing there until we left) and I am not sure why. We were not overly loud or being obnoxious. And what pool closes at 9pm on a Saturday, The bar closed at 10pm. There was nowhere for us to go and relax and talk after that. Not very family oriented. More business oriented (which is fine Monday-Thursdays). They also charge an incidental fee of $25/per person per day fee. Not disclosed.
