I like the local appeared safe. Staff wasn't overly friendly but were willing to help. Rooms were not wonderful, they were clean and appeared to be in good shape. It was quiet
there was no meat for am meal. the furniture looked old hallway had a strange smell
The room was very clean, including the bathroom. The beds were clean and comfy and the room was spacious. The location was reflectively close to every area in gboro that we needed to go to. The breakfast didn't have much to choose from but for the price, our stay was good.
The breakfast and the drastic change in prices from Friday to Saturday.
The price was reasonable. Room & bathroom were clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was convenient to Greensboro and High Point.
Breakfast was meager. A/C unit was very loud. Front desk attendant made a copy of my credit card for their file so I had to cancel it.
Nice location, we were looking for a place that had breakfast and this did but no eggs. However, for the price this was great.
workout room didn't have anything but one tredmill.
That they gave me 2 rooms for the price of one room. The breakfast was okay. The location was good
The rooms were very small The air conditioning was weak you could not use 1 door with the adjoining door open Tvs were antique picture was horrible
The room was clean
While waiting to check in 2 people came to the desk because their key didn't work and another person didn't have towels. Fortunately my key worked but there were no towels. I went to the desk to get some only to realize they weren't full size towels they were bath mats! Housekeeping staff was not aware anyone had checked in and barged into the room without knocking then quickly left once they saw my friend asleep on the bed. The next morning we went to eat the "continental" breakfast which consisted of stale bread and a Belgian waffle maker that produced undercooked waffles and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The "gym" was a broom closet size room that had only 1 piece of equipment-a treadmill. When I went to check out there were children sitting behind the desk-no adult in sight. With this place you certainly get what you pay for and not a thing more. I thought since it was just a one night stay it wouldn't be too bad but next time I'll spend an extra $10 and stay somewhere with a knowledgable hotel staff.
very nice sized room, clean
the room was good and clean and I like how everything was set up in the room.
the refrigerator had a knock on it and part of the room was hot were you sit.
The hot tub jets didn't look clean.
The bed the breakfast
The smell of the hallways the sink wasn't clean
Good value for the price.
There was only one full sized towel in the room.
Location, good value
Majority of staff, including owner, unfriendly
The room was great ! Slept very well and had a very nice breakfast. Their check in and check out was super fast and efficient.
I can't think of one thing.
the staff was friendly and helpful
I think the hotel needs to be updated. Unfortunately, I had one of the renovated rooms. I think in terms of cleanliness, it was ok, but not really clean. I was a bit hesitant to use the towels and did not use the shower bc I didnt want to use it without shower shoes. I made sure not to walk on the floor without my shoes. Also, some of my neighbors were a bit noisy. This is a cheap place that you can stay for a night maybe two at the most, but no more than that. The continental breakfast was not hot, mainly cold items. The best thing about breakfast was the waffle maker and honey buns, and fruit cup. Some of the fruit and the muffins weren't so tastey. Really there is no such thing as a deal. But I dont feel slighted. I feel I got what I paid for from the Biltmore. Honestly, after two days at the Biltmore, I went to the Wyndham across the street so that I could be more comfortable.
Loved the spa tub !!! It was great for my romantic getaway
Room was nice and roomy, location off of interstate very handy, breakfast was good
The room air conditioner was very noisy and made it impossible to sleep. There were not enough towels nor washcloths for the number of quests that we clearly indicated when we booked the room (4) and the front desk was out of wash cloths when we asked for two more :(
Nice room size.
Non-smoking room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The television was an old CRT that was probably new before the year 2000. Also, the picture on the TV was very dark and fuzzy. Two of the jets in the tub didn't work. We were told that breakfast was over at 10:30. We went down between 9:30 and 10:00 and the breakfast was already closed. We were told we would get a refund for the issue with the television. A week later, no refund.
had to be moved to another room as room had no air. Hair dryer caught on fire and had to go to another room to dry hair. Staff was accomodating.
hotel was good location tub was large
pillows too small, tub needed to be cleaned, cable wire to tv was broken (i fixed that went out and bought one and hooked it up
both yr staff we met were very friendly and helpful.
breakfast a bit sparse.
It was one of the first stops for the High Point Market Bus and walking distance to evening dinning.
The staff canceled our private car service to return to the high point market transportation center! This almost caused us to miss our flight. If we had made it to the transportation center our bus trip to the airport was complimentary. I had to pay over a $100 for another private car to take us all the way to the airport. The hotel should have paid for the car!! The hotel room was very dirty. Neeeds updating and new bedding.
