Bigger breakfast selection, juice for none coffee drinkers
The location was great, we could jump on the charm city circulator just a few blocks away. It was exactly what I was expecting ( old, cute, clean motel )

Condition of ceiling in room was poor. Bathroom needs a new ceiling. There were holes Condition of windows. They did not close. Walls are cracking and wall paper was coming off
Staff was awesome and very friendly. Parking in garage hospital was very convenient Access to Metro system was close

Not crazy about the breakfast, no fruit & no cream for the coffee.
Plenty of room, nice tv, plus refrigerator, microwave & coffee pot.

I would have liked breakfast, but did appreciate the available coffee and minimal morning snacks. That one little lack was certainly not one that negates the fine quality of the place.
The historic feel, replete with antiques, the uniqueness of each room, and the aura of a leisurely time now long gone made this outstanding. Comfortable, spacious suites at a most reasonable price gain my highest recommendation.

I was put on the "fourth" floor, which was actually the fifth floor as Americans generally reckon it, and it is a walk-up with no elevator, so it was something of a hike for this 65-year-old. Fortunately, I only had a nap-sack. The included "breakfast" was coffee and a very small granola bar.
The place was charming, a trip to the past. The room was huge, two rooms really, plus bath. Plumbing and AC worked great on the top floor, where I stayed. The location is conventient to the Mount Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore, which is a lively and interesting part of downtown.

The rooms where okay. Light fixtures and bedrailings where a little dusty. It's a older more antique like building. But it's okay.
I was 5 minutes from my destination.

I was in the 4th floor, and there is no elevator.
In general my experience was very nice in that hotel. It was April 2015. The neighborhood is quite nice.

This hotel was great, great price and great staff. This is a much older hotel, and the rooms feel like older model apartment buildings, it was really amazing actually.
April 12, 2015
It was comfortable...like a big old family home away from home. I'm old fashioned and the Biltmore was just that.
April 11, 2015
Very clean, authentic and great staff.
April 5, 2015

Not a bad experience per se, since they make it clear in their site, but there is no elevator. We had a room on the first floor at it was not easy to transport suitcases up and/or down.
Location and staff attitude. The building belongs to a more genteel time and despite the ravages of age it still has its charm.
March 24, 2015
dirty, no elevators, broken toilet, parking on the street if your lucky, if not way down the street, expensive for what you get
March 14, 2015
The hotel was quiet and clean with pleasant staff.
March 10, 2015
I like the quietness peacefulness of the facility and the pleasantry of staff

Guest should be able to come in the hotel without ringing the doorbell. Change the décor a little.
The homey type feel to the rooms. The staff and location.

Is a very very old place kind of neglected, but again, fine if you just need a place to sleep. If you are spoiled of want a fancy place this is not for you. It has no breakfast.
The staff was very friendly. The room is big and a lots of space. Wireless internet worked good all the time. Locations is good, restaurants and bar within walking distance. Safe area. If you need a place just to sleep is more than fine. Spite of being old it does not smell.

There were no tissues in the room. I started not feeling well and had to use toilet paper to blow my nose and that wasn't pleasant. There is no elevator but that didn't bother me tha lot much.
I had an audition at Peabody when I stayed and it was literally only a 5 minute walk. The staff was very nice and always helpful. The hotel had a great charm about it.
February 17, 2015
Parking is a major challenge very, very diffcult.
I LOVE The Historical, romantic, and classic environment and the Manager Mr Patel and the staff will do everything with their powers to accommodate you.
February 14, 2015
This hotel is really outdated. Doesn't have an elevator so if you are disabled dont waste ur time. I questioned the cleaniless of my room because there was chewing gum on my footboard and balled up dirty socks under my bed from the guests before us. Disgusting. This place is in need of many renovation.
The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The bathroom was cute decorated with an antique feel but still spacious.
February 7, 2015
Rundown facility. Very loud heater blower kept waking me up all night long. Very thin walls.
Close to shops, restaurants; easy to get around town using public transportation. Great Wi-Fi.

My room was freezing when i got there the thermostat read 50 degrees,a hr and a half later it was just 60 it took a few hours but the room did heat up,decide to stay another night no one came to clean the room front desk said there was no one there to clean asked for clean sheets and washcloth they said all they had was hand towels no sheets really? ?? Lastly but not least when using the bathroom i noticed a red spot on the side of the tub the more i looked at it the more i thought it to be blood as my mind kicked in to csi mode i noticed that on the back wall of the shower by the curtains there was a little red in the seems between the tiles and as l looked closer there look to have been something red that had run down the curtain and dried but other than that it was nice. :-\
the staff was very friendly
