Lovely, authentic B&b vibe. Attention to guests needs..dietary and otherwise. Attentive staff.

Rm was small..beds to small in third floor oom. However the second floor room was large & comfortable

Liked to be able to walk in to Lenox to shop. Food was outstanding. Everyone pleasant. Gardens beautiful.

Third floor room was a bit of a hike for old knees. Should have booked on the second floor

The innkeeper was very nice, and we liked her dog!

The bathroom for room 8/9 is not attached to the room, but is across the hall. For $300+ per night, we expected better.

Great location and hospitable staff. Spacious sitting rooms, cute dining room, delicious breakfast. Nicely remodeled private bathroom.

I wouldn't recommend the smaller room, it was not worth the price. Antique furniture was not comfortable or functional. Hard to adjust the heat, needed to open the window at night. Bathroom was cold, smelled of cigarette smoke, and could benefit from more than one towel hook, a larger hair dryer and the mirror hung higher. A medium sized dog walked in and out of the kitchen during breakfast and begged at all the tables while diners were eating.
