It was clean and the rooms were substantial. The bed was very comfortable and had 4 pillows. The shower was very large and had great water pressure. The breakfast doesn’t start until 7am and I was leaving at 6:30. The young man in staff made sure I was able to get both coffee and juice to go, as well as a muffin. A+ all around.

the place was very modern and clean and the host had everything there to use, coffee maker, full kitchen, clean and modern bedrooms, beds were very comfortable. The also had props, games, mini kareoke machine, etc. Very cute place, I would definitely stay there again.

Tilton is a very busy spot in this area.
Tilton is a very busy spot in this area. We went specifically to explore the Tilton Inn and enjoyed it a lot. However, there is not much to explore within walking distance. The Onion was amazing and would definitely recommend both the Inn and restaurant. There is one nice spot to walk in this area across a little bridge into a park area, but it was blocked off and not accessible.ErinUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

Not enough towels 3 out of 7 days, missing 1 pillowcase 1 night .Housekeeping put a stained sheet back on bed1 night.We put it back in middle of floor with note + they finally changed it.No workout room open, no pool, no hot tub !!! Free continental breakfast..hot +cold cereal(no milk) 1type of Danish +muffin, tea,coffee+hot chocolate. ( not good for $150. /night)

I would recommend for sure a stay at this hotel.
I would recommend for sure a stay at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. They were doing the best they could with the current world situations. Many food places, grocery stores, and cheap gas nearby. The dinner down the street was good. They also have state parks with clear water close by and the town is quaint. There is good pizza down the street and a police station close by. They also about 1 1/2 hr away have a great train ride for kids in the conway area. Overall a great stay.

The Tilton diner was perfect as always ( Sunday morning breakfast buffet!) The off roading trails where wonderful as well. Perfect town to stay in on your way home from the white mountains. Fireworks store is a good stop for some evening activitys too.

I have stayed in Tilton several times over the past 8 years. It is a small New England town. Tilton is close to water for water sports or the mountains if you enjoy hiking or serious climbing. In the Fall it is beautiful with color. In short Tilton has it all for all seasons.JanetUnited States of America

My husband and I went to a concert in Gilford and when I was looking for a place to stay I found the Black Swan Inn and I’m so glad I did. The inn keeper Lydia was so nice when we got there. Showed us around and then to our room & private bathroom. The room was very spacious and had a lot of charm. It was the same with the bathroom. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! You must book early when looking at accommodations in the Fall. This is a quaint little town and we like supporting the local owners by staying here and local Bed and Breakfast homes. Oh by the way...the view of the lake was beautiful when the sun was rising!
