This was my second time I've stayed here and the staff kept up to expectation. Professional staff, very clean facility, quiet and great location.

Loved the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, then from the hotel to the strip! Rooms were clean and neat and we could get wi-fi in the room.

It didn't have a bar inside :(

Location is not good, so far from the Strip, where all things happens in Vegas. Thou, has a shuttle service that drop you off at some most common spots until 10pm.

Everything, large and spacious room, modern facility, courteous staff, great choice for value of money.

You can surely find properties closer to the strip.

The room is amazing for the money! And the location isn't too far from the strip, but I think Las Vegas-ites disagree with me. The "continental breakfast" and free wi-fi also are good perks.

This place needs some serious re-thinking in terms of shuttle service, friendliness of the staff, and computer system. When we arrived, it took about 20 minutes for the lady to find our room, which was already paid for on my credit card. She actually said something that implied our room was given away!!! And after finding what she thought was an empty room, she called the room (at 1am) to see if it was empty. What if it wasn't? Advice: call 2 hours in advance of checking-in to make sure your room is available! Now, the "shuttle" system is basically 1 or 2 guys in a van. For the most part, they are very nice men, BUT LACK COMMUNICATION SKILLS! There are no set pick-up areas, and if there are, they don't do a good job of letting you know about them. Furthermore, if a driver tells you he'll pick you up in 20 minutes, that ACTUALLY means 40. And just because you schedule an airport drop-off 5 or 6 hours in advance, it doesn't mean it's guaranteed. We paid $50+ in taxi fees because of the disorganized shuttle, and don't think this hotel will re-imburse you. In fact, the staff will give you attitude and dirty looks if you complain about their shuttle service. It's really a shame that the rooms in this place are so nice because everything else does not seem to match.

Amazing staff. I've travelled for 35 years on business and never had such friendly and accommodating shuttle drivers or front desk staff. And this was in Vegas!

The inclusive breakfast was poor, bread, yogurt, etc ran out of stock well before 0900....and.... No butter on two consecutive days. I suggest this is down to the 'man in black with moustache' who had an attitude problem and was plain rude. (but the room rate was low and you get what you pay for)

Got a room on the north side, they are away from fire station. Jaime at front desk was of great assistance. Continental breakfast was good, toast, cereal,coffee etc. Housekeeping came as soon as I called, we needed fresh towels. We will definitely be coming back.

Wish we had king size bed,was tight quarters with two queens. Everything else was very easy to live with.

The new room offered did smell clean and it worked.

I didn't like that the tub was not draining we had to get ready for a wedding. We were given a different room after they couldn't fix the problem late after 12. I brought up in the morning around 8:45am. I wasn't offered a discount and worse I had to ask another person staying in hotel to let us boorow the shower. They should have offered the other room immediately.

The room was clean and we stay in the room untill noon and when we came back the room was cleaned by the housekeeping.

The hotel and the room had a funny smell.Every night when we came back to the hotel cars where blocking both sides of the driveway to enter to the garage parking, we had to enter from the DO NOT ENTER side.
