The free oxygen.
Basically, fire alarm goes off at 230 am and everyone stands distraught and dishoveled outside their rooms. Babies crying, and blaring alarms "blair" for 10 minutes and stop and everyone rolls back in. Through out the rest of the night the alarms would stike giving me a mini panick attacks. That about sums up my one night stay.
This room had bed bugs! Everyone in our room came home with bites.
the bed the bathroom
resort fee to be paid in addition to the price very Noisy due to a common door between the 2 rooms
The kitchen ,wifi and the location was fair
We charge of something that we did not do
location: near conference center
there was no hot water in the bathtub the sink had hot water but I could not take a shower
I absolutely did not like anything about the place
Everything from the guy checking us in to the room we stayed in next to the rooms that have ozone signs next to us!!!! It was the most terrible stay ever
My stay was very comfortable.
I stayed the weekend, but my air conditioner didn't work the whole time.
Easy access to the strip, especially the Fremont experience if you have a car and a couple of family restuarants are very near by too. Slightly older décor rooms, but they are neat, spacious, clean & comfortable. We were on holiday with teenage children & I found this a more enjoyable place to stay than the big busy casino complex's. Wifi, tea/coffee, microwave & fridge were all included... all of which we didn't get staying in the bigger complex's.
Tried to charge me for water bottles. We didn't drink them. I forced them to remove the charge. We had do not disturb on the door our three day stay, yet they said we drank the water on the second day.... Fishy, no? A bottle of water is a big deal when it costs $3!!!
Nothing at all
Poor room air conditioning above 90° Las Vegas heat.
Staff not frienly
The price was great!
There were roaches in the bathroom! I had to leave a day early and I still had to pay for the night I wasn't even there....
The manager was so arrogant ,I found stained towels in the room on checking in ,then the following day I asked for a late check out ,and they disconnected the water flow to the room ,when I called the front desk the manager was simply disrectful and asked me if she was supposed to call every unit in the suite and tell them about the disconnection ,it was rude and business unfriendly
Essentially a residential hotel access to rooms difficult didn't feel safe walking to hotel after turning off strip
The walking distance to the strip and the onsite bar. The bartender was very nice.
The first room we were giving was still occupied. The second room the air stopped working. The third room was great I wish we would have had that one from the start.
Everything, from the very poor and rude service from management to the poor conditions of the room. Although neat inside we had an air conditioner with duck tape all over it and no control dial, and it roared like a helicopter, the shower rose was half hanging off the wall and only went in one direction, power points were loose and would come off when plugging anything in and the toilet cistern made flushing noises every few minutes 24/7. The advertised bbq, s were located right at the back of the car park next to the big dump bins. The property is nothing like it is advertised and the place just has a creepy feel. We cancelled our 5 day stay after a very sleepless night and gave management the one day extra payment as per agreement and they tried to take 2 days until we got onto booking.com to sort it out for us. Upon asking the manager for the cancelation in a calm and respectable manner she bought out a big burly guy as intimidation, the place is a joke and shouldn't be allowed to advertise the way they do. We have been on a road trip for the last month all over the states and have stayed in over 20 different styles of accomodation ranging from 2 star to 4 and this place is the worst we have ever come across.
I liked the convenience of the hotel to everything.
The hotel was clean the staff was pleasant. We would recommend the hotel, the pool was great and refreshing. We had a good nights sleep. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was good. We would go there again.
There wasn't a complimentary air port shuttle as was assumed by the web sight. I didn't like that it wasn't on the main drag. We had to walk past the church which was quite a walk and with all the walking we did it wasn't pleasant.
Hadn't stayed for 16 years, was not what we remembered. Was a bit spooking, first person we met was very interesting scarry but after all it was Vegas and what did we expect. Will not go back.
It is hard to move luggages to the guest rooms-- the elevators are located at awkward places and the hallways are so narrow and u even with stairs, so very difficult to load/unload luggages.
The cool serene environment ,and good services ,I visit the place everytime am in Vegas ,I recommend it to other travellers
Bed was comfortable and location was quiet.
Location of the hotel felt deserted and furniture is dated...suites need to be upgraded.
