Essentially a residential hotel access to rooms difficult didn't feel safe walking to hotel after turning off strip
The walking distance to the strip and the onsite bar. The bartender was very nice.
The first room we were giving was still occupied. The second room the air stopped working. The third room was great I wish we would have had that one from the start.
I liked the convenience of the hotel to everything.
The hotel was clean the staff was pleasant. We would recommend the hotel, the pool was great and refreshing. We had a good nights sleep. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was good. We would go there again.
There wasn't a complimentary air port shuttle as was assumed by the web sight. I didn't like that it wasn't on the main drag. We had to walk past the church which was quite a walk and with all the walking we did it wasn't pleasant.
Hadn't stayed for 16 years, was not what we remembered. Was a bit spooking, first person we met was very interesting scarry but after all it was Vegas and what did we expect. Will not go back.
It is hard to move luggages to the guest rooms-- the elevators are located at awkward places and the hallways are so narrow and u even with stairs, so very difficult to load/unload luggages.
The cool serene environment ,and good services ,I visit the place everytime am in Vegas ,I recommend it to other travellers
Bed was comfortable and location was quiet.
Location of the hotel felt deserted and furniture is dated...suites need to be upgraded.
We had a short notice trip planned on a summer weekend and you guys had rooms on hand
The ac was hard to work. It wouldn't stay cool throughout the night
It is right next to Encore hotel, next to Las Vegas blvd. Great value for money and you get to rest nicely after an exciting walk in LV. Perfect Internet connection.
They checked us into an occupied room. Then after an hour of waiting we finally get a room with bugs in it!! A/c kept turning off and the rm kept warming! Worst hotel ever! Find something more reputable then this dump!!
My sheets and towels were dirty and stained! Had to use my own sheet over the bed.
Working WiFi, nice and helpful staff, location was not bad, parking available and breakfast was really good.
Why would anyone thinks it is a good idea to put the air-conditioning right in front of the bed. It is loud and will blow directly to the bed which will you keep awake while getting a cold. Room is pretty dirty but ...it is Las Vegas :/
all the fees
Away from the noise
Rude and very unfriendly staff !!! I expect a full kitchen with stove but I got microwave and a refrigerator that does not work. Called the front desk and I was told that I have to pay another $227 just to have a stove...I'm very upset then they charge u resort fee $15.95/day for what , the pool was out of service our entire stay, there breakfast was not very appealing , the bathroom is very small. I will not even think of recommending this place !!!
You charged me a hotel fee that was supposed to give me coupons for the restaurant. You charged this fee for six days and told me I only could get them only for the first day. Even though I emailed you and gave you ample time to remedy this and make it right you never did.
Spacious room, clean , enough amenities and furnitures
Non-polite Front Desk Staffs, They disappaer from the desk often, The Front door lock did not open several times with Key Card, Had to remove the entire lock by the maintanance guy, Water went out for over an hour without prior notice, the night time front desk guy put a sign on the desk and disapperaed for over 20 minutes with a girl at a corner of the hotel outside lobby and chatting with her intimately..
I seen a couple of reviews saying the ac wasn't up to date the room we were in the ac worked perfect...106 degrees outside and cool in our room...pool was nice, not to many people at one time...I would stay there again
The Jacuzzi didn't work...
We pais extra for city view but we were placed on ground level with Internal pool view We paid extra for king size beds but the beds were not king size at all plus they were very close together
I was pleasantly surprised at the layout of the 2 bedroom suite. It was very spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds.
The exterior looked like it could do with some new paint. A bit shabby looking from the outside.
The staff are sticklers to rules. I wanted to check in a little early and they said no. I wanted to check out an hour late and they said no. The bedsheets in my room had hair all over them, which means they were probably never washed since the last guest stayed there. This hotel is way over priced; for 30-40 dollars more you could get a far better place--even motel 6 is better than this dump.
I loved having the kitchenette. Loved we had a sleeper sofa. Was nice and quiet off the strip, slept very well. My teenager daughter loved the walk-in closet. We will stay there again in the near future.
walking distance to LVCC free laundry
the $16 a day resort fee is a little high.
Hotel room was a positive surprise
Dirty, noisy, uncomfortable, bad smelling room and not worth the money.
