“Evryone was gracious, friendly, and helpful. The bell hop went so far as to walk us to an amazing jazz club, and use his connections to get us a great table and had the cover charge waived. I was truly amazed! Everything was perfect.”

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I liked the large shower. The food in restaurant was delicious and fresh. We couldn't get the air conditioning to work very well even after asking at the front desk about it. There were hardly any drawers and the closet was very small. I think asking $5.00 for an additonal clothes hanger is ridiculos. I have stayed at the Waldorf Astoria and within 15 minutes of asking for one dozen extra clothes hangers they were in our room. It really wasn't any more expensive per night either.

It offers comfortable environment so that I brought me an excellent experience during the 4-day-stay in here. And it has good location so you can get to downtown or other attractions easily by bus or train.

The staff was amazing. Always kind and saying hello and offering their time to find us cabs, places to eat, places to go. We felt welcome :) We both enjoyed having the free drink! The environment downstairs and in our room was comforting and enjoyable. If we decide to visit again we will definitely choose Wyndham Blake!

Very comfortable and friendly staff, and very helpful:) It was hard to get just a simple meal... We were looking for dessert just something simple like a brownie and ice cream to.share between the three of.us but they only had desserts that we could hardly pronounce... And breakfast we just wanted simple such as pancakes which were not even an option... With us having a 2 year old this was kind of frustrating we just wanted quick and simple but other than that we enjoyed our stay

The front desk clerk (lady) recognized my prior military service. I appreciated that. Bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel was close to where I wanted to go. Good deal. The attached restaurant was good but a little pricey I thought

Location, room size The air conditioner noise was too loud, not able to sleep. Front desk gave us directions to a restaurant that does not exist. Ruined my anniversary.

Location. The staff didnt recognize my booking. I had a room With a handicapped shower which made water go everywhere. The heat was broken so it was unbarebly hot in the room. When asked staff member about late checkout it was not recognized or put into the computer.

I thought your staff was very cheerful and helpful with maps and planning our day. the room was comfortable but small, nice high ceilings though. The bed was too hard but spacious and the hotel was very clean.Shower was great!!! Room size tall but skinny toilet tank didn't match toilet, soap wasn't replaced after first day, and furnace was loud.

The room was large and very clean. Comfortable bed and an excellent overhead 'rain' shower. Hotel staff were very friendly and recommended an excellent blues club around the corner to go to. The charged a fifty dollar pet fee for our small dog. This information was not given at the time of booking and was difficult to find online. I would have stayed elsewhere given how expensive the fee was. Most pet friendly hotels only charge ten dollars. They should make this info available to the customer before hand.

The concierge and desk service is exemplary. The beds are the most comfortable in which we have slept. All in all, we love the people that work at the Blake. They are wonderful. We come to Chicago every year and always stay at the Blake. I wish they would have some discounts for regular visitors from time to time. We were put in handicapped rooms 2 years in a row. We did receive an upgrade this year, but only after we told the desk that we were promised this last year and didn't receive it. We also miss the breakfast buffet.

Clean and helpful staff I was put in room 324, a corner room with 2 sets of large windows. The windows were too thin as I could hear conversations from street level. In addition, there were blinds on the windows with no curtains so the lights from the gas station accross the street shined in all night.
