We liked the location and also the size of the rooms. We were expecting what you normally get in a hotel room and were delighted to see that we had breathing room! |

The free breakfast was served from 7 to 10 and was out of food by 8. Don't stay for the food--but a great hotel none the less. |

The employee at the reception are really nice and helpful. Their advice about where to have dinner were perfect. The breakfast was really bad the two days we've been there (thought it seems to be not the case everytime). The "international breakfast" consist of a bagel with a small juice and coffee or tea and the two days we were here, they were out of bagel. It took 15 minutes to get new bagels after they ran out and then if you want them baked, we had to wait another 15 minutes (an employee does that slowly). |

Good location, perfect for business travels, nice and clean rooms, reasonable rates. Two levels on the floor, one of which is inaccessible by elevator. |

Clean I had to move to the other hotel on the first night as they overbooked and gave the room to someone else. Did arrange for me to stay at a nice alternative hotel though, so it was not too bad apart from minor inconvenience |

////////////Staff was very nice and helpful. They are the best thing about this hotel by far. Slightly run down. We were told on arrival that there was no heat...not turned on until end of October. Room was chilly for us. |

The staff was very helpful. The room (double queen) was large as was the bathroom. The bedding was excellent. Gym and lobby were quite small. A few small repair items were needed in the bathroom. |

Very comfortable bed ,very clean Not enough lighting in the room, very poor breakfast, all throwaway plates and weird room felt very temporary they have obviously out sourced the breakfast , and would not be what you expect at a 4 star hotel |

For a 4 star hotel we found the room to be a bit shabby. Paint peeling and gouges in wallpaper. We were very tired or would have requested a different room. After unpacking it would have been highly inconvenient. The Custom House restaurant was not to our taste. Very limited in your choices of non-haute cuisine. No adjustment was made on our bill. It was a very convenient location. This is the only reason we would return. |
