the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

The room was huge in comparison to the other hotels we have stayed in. The front desk and all of the associates were very helpful and willing to assist us in anyway possible. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is modern and has very comfortable beds.

The front desk ran a hold on my credit card - twice! One for a hundred dollars more then the other. Be aware that they will put a $50 incidental hold on your card..per day! The room had a picture on the wall that was needing repair, the bathroom baseboards had dust and grime a half inch thick, the sheets had two holes in them (although the were clean). For the money- it should have been a better experience.

Lobby, reception, people are all very nice.

Rooms need to have slippers. Maybe a bathrobe will be nice also.

The bed was VERY comfortable!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, high-speed internet, spacious and clean room, great location with a lot of inexpensive food choices. Especially recommend for business travelers. (Close to McCormick Place using cta Bus #3.)

It would be better if there is a refridgerator in the room, but it wasn't such a big problem considering there's convenience store which is one minute walk away.

I loved the decor of the room! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The size of the room and bed was nice. Great price for a nice clean hotel.

At first our room was cold even after we turned the heat very high. When we called the front desk they informed us that they had turned the boilers off so that the entire hotel would not be super hot because it was pretty warm and nice outside that day. But they were helpful and also checked on us later to make sure our room warmed up. Also no swimming pool but we knew that before we arrived.

Spacious corner room after free upgrade for our anniversary. Many accommodations. Didn't see regular room.

Would prefer some hot breakfast items for the price, but it is Chicago so we expected pricey.

nothing major...no phone instructions, but figured it out ok. Issue with bathroom stool flushing. Called desk and sent someone up with plunger, but staff didn't offer to help or make sure it was resolved.

Great hotel when visiting Chicago. Stayed here 3 times now and it's clean and comfortable. Great value for money when compared to many of the more centrally located hotels. Okay so it's a short walk to the city centre - about 15 minutes but it's a nice walk.

The doorman keeps recommending a cruddy italian restaurant down the street. Don't bother - there are many better places up town.

Excellent safe location, close to blue line train (La Salle) from O'Hare and within walking distance from State Street for shopping and the red line train to upper State Strret (Lake) for Magnificent Mile. Loads of places to eat nearby. Staff very approachable, helpful and friendly. Good Value for money. 7eleven and cvs pharmacy within 2 blocks. Rooms are large and comfortable. Baggage check service available.

Wanted a big tub to relax in.

We really loved the location. It was close enough to walk to almost anything we wanted to do in the city. Restaurants and bars were close by, Parks, theatres and shopping only a few blocks away. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I can't really say there was anything I didn't like. The room was small for 2 people (tiny closet, not many hooks for hanging clothes, towels, etc in the bathroom) and one night when we came in late (Maybe 1-2 am) there was no one at the front desk and the front door was unlocked. That made us a little uncomfortable. But these were minor things. The price was good and we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The lovely, colorful décor, the cleanliness, the proximity to the Art Institute in Chicago, the friendly, helpful staff and the full service all made our stay at the Wyndham great.

The value and quality of the property...the staff was very accommodating.

Difficulty with regulating the climate in the room...also problem with the TV.

The decor was modern, trendy, upscale. The view from the suites are amazing..........doorman very resourceful.......
