the rooms, parking, close to malls, lineups at water park were fair to good. would be nice to get a better family discount on waterpark while staying at hotel. |

Clean, quiet, very close to major shopping attractions. Any and all local calls cost 75 cents each, a totally unneccessary charge. |

The location was convenient to the mall of america and ikea, the services provided especially the water park is awesome for children/families. Most definitely know where I will be making reservations for future trips to Minneapolis. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the dry charge to enter the water park to watch over my 6 year old niece who was using the facility. If I used the facility myself, I wouldn't hesitate to pay the fee charged but when I was there to watch a minor, I thought that was excessive. |

thought water park was included and they were rude about telling me it wasn't. the room was far to warm and we kept trying to turn it down but it never cooled down so we left at 5:30 in the morning because we couldn't sleep any way. |

the room was clean. Cafe was excellent. Close to Mall of America. I did not get room that was purchased online. The elevator was down at our end which was very inconvenient. Over charged for the water slide. The sofa sleeper is very very uncomfortable. Bus off schedule. |

The bunk beds for the kids were a nice touch, and included a privacy screen to block the light and make it easier for them to fall asleep. |

Ma motovation était l'emplacement de l'hôtel car je souhaitais un hôtel à côté de l'aéroport.La chambre est spacieuse et agréable. Je n'ai personnellement pas aimé mon séjour au Radisson Bloomington car à mon arrivée la réceptionniste m'a donné une chambre déjà occupée. Donc j'ai réveillé la personne qui dormait (environ 22h).Au check out la réceptionniste à mis plus de 30 minutes à faire mon départ. Ma facture ne correspondait pas à mon séjour et n'était pas à mon nom. |
