Location and great pool.
Breakfast options were not very good.
The breakfast lady was extremely rude and was too big of in a hurry to take the breakfast away by 9:00 am. Made it seem like you guys are a cheapskate hotel.
I like the fact that there was a family executive suite with plenty of space for my growing kids.
The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. The indoor pool was nice. The breakfast was full until it closed at 9 a.m. every day.
The price has doubled since we started staying here a couple of years ago. They have definitely become more 'fancy' in their thinking, which is understandable... it was an amazing value before. Now it's a nice, expensive hotel.
location to ballparks
internet was slow or not working at all
Close to local attractions
Indoor and outdoor pools looked dirty .. Trash and cigarette butts all over cement in outdoor pool area.. The fitness area needed better lightning .
Close proximity to SIx Flags, Globe Life Ball Park and AT&T Stadium. Within 20 minutes of Parks at Arlington Mall.
WiFi had weak strength and did not work one night
The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious.
The outside pool was close to anyone under 21(after 9pm), but it pretty much was close to the hotel guest because the locals take it over along with the bar, patio, and parking lot on the weekends.. The band played jazz, blues and hip hop outside so music was loud. Not really a place for family with children. They saved parking for hotel guest across parking lot, by the road and gave the partiers parking by hotel and bar!!
Thought breakfast could have been better
Overall appearance and staff was amazing.
Wish breakfast was open a little bit longer.
I was very pleased with the front desk personnel and the bar/lounge manager Jerry were awesome.
I had a very great experience at the hotel except the waitress Ebony was very rude. She was upset about having to work late because of the event that was in town and she did not hesitate to let everyone know about it. The shuttle driver to the event was very reckless. He allowed the bus to get overpacked which was dangerous and he drove too fast .
Great Location if your going to be visiting six flags and Hurricane Harbor.
Restroom is to small for four people, had a non smoking room& smelled like smoke.
The location was very convenient.
This hotel turns into a club at night. Some of the people drink and smoke drugs in the parking lot. I complained to management and he only cared about making money for his quota. I will never stay there again.
There were several things I liked. Foremost, the wonderful staff--so helpful above and beyond what I have ever experienced before. The building must be very well insulated as I heard very few noises even from the hallway. I loved the beautiful textiles throughout the building.
I am appealing to all hotels to start putting grab bars along the length of their bath tubs.
When we checked in the staff was very helpful, we went to our room and the shower curtain was broken I immediately went downstairs to let them know they exchanged our keys for a new room on the same floor no questions asked...I would definitely book again the experience was great
The WiFi connection wasn't too strong
dirty bed staff
During our stay there were two nights when we could barely find a place to park-due to the party going on in the attached restaurant. One of those nights there was a line down the street to even get into the parking lot. As paying customers we were not their number one concern. The parties going on were more important to the employees of this hotel. They even made us get out of the pool early so the party could start. Ridiculous. If you want to relax at your hotel, this is not one I would recommend.
We booked this hotel online and it looked like a good deal, nice hotel, restaurant and pool. Little did we know, this was going to be the hotel from hell and the WORST hotel experience we have ever had. My husband, brother in law, sister in law and I drove from Austin to Arlington to attend the Rangers game. We checked into the hotel at 3 pm. Everything looked really nice and the staff at this time was really respectful. We left to go to the game and arrived back at the hotel at 10:00 p.m. We wanted to enjoy the pool, there were 2, one outdoor (which was completely flooded with way to many people from this “private party” and one indoor. We went the indoor pool where there was no one, one minute later, a lady from the front desk told us that we needed to leave because it was past the pool hours. So we left. We decided to take advantage of the restaurant that stayed open until 2 a.m. We went to the entrance door inside the hotel. When we opened the door, the place was completely crowded, this was not a restaurant, it was a ghetto club. From what we could see through the door, it was shoulder to shoulder of people everywhere. The bouncer advised us to go the outside deck area to get restaurant service. He told us to avoid the line since we were “hotel guest”. We went outside, there was a long line of people trying to get into this place. My sister in law and I walked up the stairs to ask what looked like a hostess where we needed to go. A bounce but his hands on me and threw my arm down. At this point, we were all appalled at the course of everything that just happened. We decided that we did not want to stay at this hotel anymore where we were getting treated awful. As we were walking up to the front, there was an older couple that was getting a refund and checking out, due to the noise level. I told the lady at the counter exactly what happened and that we wanted a refund. She called her manager, who she mentioned was in the “club”.
Staff was friendly.
The rooms had a musty smell. We rented two rooms and both smelled the same. The swimming pool and fitness center areas were awful… in need of repair. The bathtub in the room was too tall to step out of both for me and my 7 year old who almost fell as she was getting out of the bath. She would have fallen had I not been standing in front of her.
Newly remodeled decor was very nice. Staff was helpful.
It's very industrial looking outside. Parking lot us in poor condition. When you go to lower level to get pool you have to go thru a large dimly gym type area that's kind of deserted & creepy. Very unpleasant way to get to pool. Wouldn't let teenage guts go there alone.
The lobby was nice, clean, and neat decor. The gift shop was nice to have with great hours.
The sheets on the bed felt sticky, and the hotel halls, elevators, and room had a musty smell.
every thing, the room size and close to every thing
The room was pricey for the size.
The musician at the poolside bar was excellent - clean & a fun - friendly hotel. Would definitely stay again.
It was hard to navigate so upon calling the hotel, the woman at the desk could not give me directions from Division Street. Also, it was the 3rd of July - I was inquiring about the Festival at Levitte Pavilion .... Again, clueless. But she was very friendly & nice :-) no other issues.
Easy access to places we wanted to go in Arlington .
The nightclub located in the hotel was loud on the weekend. Parking was limited due to people going to the nightclub. When we checked out Sunday morning there were cars parked on the loading ramp for over an hour. We had to roll the luggage cart all the way out to where we were parked. We were there for 6 days so we had a lot of stuff to load in the car.
