Great place great location near evevts i attended..
it was very clean
the hallways were hot!
I really like the location of the hotel. It was very easy to get to other places from that location.
I did find that the rooms were pricey. But they were comfortable to stay in.
We could tell they have done some upgrades. On site facilities are very nice
The room didn't have a pleasant smell. The bath towels had still had someone else's hair entwined in them... YUCK!
Modern beautiful decor. Very clean
Shuttle fees for hotel guests-not cool at all!
The front desk clerks were excellent when we were checking in and out. The Zuri lounge staff were professional and made |out feel very welcomed.
The room bathrooms did not have enough tissue on the roles and not enough wash cloths.
It was nice and very well maintained. The cleanness of the hotel was exceptional. The staff was friendly and professional.
I like the fact that when I called the front desk and said I needed more towels because I accidently dropped mine in the shower where water was running. Called the front desk and received more towels in less than 10 minutes. They were speedy and friendly.
I would like to see some protein at breakfast eggs boiled or scrambled.
location to AT&T stadium, food from the bar was hot and tasty. gym had everything needed for a good workout.
continental breakfast stopped serving at 09:00....that's too early. bar was not diverse enough!
The fitness room was filthy and had100 year old equipment. The beds were uncomfortable and the breakfast was terrible.
Room: I stayed in a double deluxe room. It was very nice and well equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toiletries, plenty of towels. The A/C was easy to adjust to make the temperature comfortable. Amenities: The lobby was nicely decorated and spacious. The gym was HUGE and had everything you needed. I didn't spend any time at either pool but there was an indoor one and outdoor one and both looked nice. The restaurant/bar was always busy - never had a chance to try the food. The breakfast was pretty standard with pastries, cereal, waffle maker. Staff: The front desk staff was always accommodating and friendly - especially DEE who helped us throughout our entire stay!! The housekeepers on our floor were attentive and very nice and happy. We stayed here for the Cowboys Classic at AT&T Stadium and they provided a shuttle to/from the stadium for $15 per person round trip. We barely had to wait for it and the driver was very nice. Well worth the $15 for convenience. Overall a great experience and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
The bed was super comfy
The bathroom was incredibly dirty and the toilet was missing hardware. Our exhaust fan didn't work and the bathroom was so small, so you had to leave the door open and it steamed up the whole room. The sheets were very old and worn. The ac was also not working in the hallway and lobby.
ammenities were great, staff was nice and the hotel was very clean and looked great.
tv was older and color and sound was a bit off .
Everything the staff the Bar the facilities I will stay here every time that I go to Arlington or Forth Worth
I have nothing to say on things that I didn't like
Location and great pool.
Breakfast options were not very good.
I loved the zuri lounge even the staff there was excellent the food was excellent now for the hotel the room was hot the tv worked very good far as local channel until Friday I arrived on Wednesday we could not watch some channels it was like the cable went off WiFi sucked I had to go outside my door to talk and get on the internet the ice machines didnt work I bought to bags of ice the whole four days I was there the hotel staff was not friendly we called maintenance and they never showed up it was a 2inch gap in the door you could see the person outside the door it was a mildew odor in the room and nats everywhere in the room and bath housekeeping only made our beds didn't clean our bathroom none of the four days the hotel smelled very good in the lobby because of the plugins they had bout time you reached the hallway to the rooms stinky the hotel looked beautiful on line but nothing like it in person I would stay again if they cleaned up some more pool area was very nice and cleaned o and breakfast needs to be revamped!!!!!!! Horrible!!!!!!
The breakfast lady was extremely rude and was too big of in a hurry to take the breakfast away by 9:00 am. Made it seem like you guys are a cheapskate hotel.
I like the fact that there was a family executive suite with plenty of space for my growing kids.
The hotel booked a wedding party. The told us there were over 300 guests. There was no were to park & our window was busted out. They did give us a discount because of the window but we were pretty much on our own to find someone to fix it on a Sunday.
Newer hotel . Clean. Comfy. Very close to ballpark.
They have a nightclub in the hotel that is a magnet for African Americans . When we got back from the ballgame it was like we were in a rap video. We had to drive around the parking lot 3 times to find a spot. Then saturday night there were so many African Americans I had to drive my car through a field and park under a tree. And all night long friday and sat night it was nonstop AAs. Driving through the parking lot coming to either a wedding or to party. Everyone was nice. Nothing went wrong. Just be prepared when u come back after a game .
This hotel is completely awful. This place claims to be newly renovated but they totally cut corners. It also reminds me of a Febreeze commercial were you are blindfolded around filth but made to beleive you are surrounded by roses. It was raining outside and our first room was leaking water from the window. They continue to ignore this issue with no repairs because the dry wall was pealing from a 12-18 inch section on the window ceil. Our second room was disgusting. The shower ceiling was full of mold were they tried to paint over it. The toilet had urine all over it from the previous guest, all four bath towels were stained but smelt clean and the white comforter on the bed had a black stain the size of my hand. I don't recommend this place to anyone unless your okay with everything I discribed. I would never stay at the place again.
the room was ok
there was an uncomfortable air in their bar for lighter skinned people. Seemed to be a serious criminal element that attends this club regularly, luckily they have police there.
Loved the fact that it was so close to cowboys stadium. Had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. Had a couple of drinks on the patio. Would have gone swimming but the patio and restaurant had been reserved for a birthday party so we didn't feel comfortable taking a swim in the middle of all that.
We did workout while we were there but the facility was a little rough. Lighting was very poor. Basketball court with no baskets or balls. It appeared that there may be been a racquetball court at one time so the glass walls were still up with some sections missing. We were able to use the equipment to get a decent workout so it wasn't all bad. The view off the patio in the restaurant wasn't all great but the atmosphere kind of made up for that.
The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. The indoor pool was nice. The breakfast was full until it closed at 9 a.m. every day.
The price has doubled since we started staying here a couple of years ago. They have definitely become more 'fancy' in their thinking, which is understandable... it was an amazing value before. Now it's a nice, expensive hotel.
