We were amazed at the inviting decorum and friendly atmosphere for a urban city venue... Our host was named Bill (Blue Door Innkeeper) and he made certain that our stay was relaxing and attended to our every wish on our 1st Wedding Anniversary! Our room was a sanctuary of quiet elegance including a ceiling fan...luxurious bed & soft bedding...claw foot tub and did I mention the balcony? Lol!!! We can't wait to return next summer- as we highly recommend THE BLUE DOOR for young couples and mature as well... Absolutely a 5 star Venue! Thomas & Wanda Cooke ( Philadelphia, Pa : )
We like the hospitality of our Innkeeper and the comfort and cleanliness of our luxurious room!
The Blue Door met and even exceeded our expectations. Roger was always available and helpful. The room itself was charming. We were most pleased with our stay.
Fabulous hosts, delightful B&B, and delicious food -- we will definitely stay there again the next time we visit!
Everything, Roger made our stay wonderful. Great accommodation, chocolate surprises and personal trip advise. A 15 min. walk to the center
I liked that it was off the beaten path and that the rooms were huge. The owners were very accommodating and assisted with parking and with arranging a cab for an event I was attending.
It was a bit noisy outside at night; otherwise, I'm sorry I couldn't stay longer!
Rooms were large, bathrooms great with luxurious soaking claw footed tub. Linens lovely. Good breakfast food and time choices.Walked to Fells Point in 20 min. Area safe and clean. Took cabs at night. Quiet for city location.
Might be a bit far to walk places in bad weather. We had amazing December weather.
