Location (proximity to lake). Clean room, great price with refrigerator & breakfast thrown in. Courteous staff with helpful knowledge of local area.

WiFi didn't work too well for me - constantly dropped signal.

Affordable. not incredibly noisy.

Carpets were filthy. Most people probably would not have notice it, but, my 10 month old had black hands and knees after a few minutes of crawling. There were some unfinished renovations (Molding/Plumbing)

Place was a little run down. And the fireplace didn't work.

Place was great location , older motel but u can tell they try to keep it clean and are upgrading .. Would stay again

Excellent location right off of State line. When walking out of lodge casinos are right in view and only a 4 minute-walk away. Staff was very friendly and non-judgmental.

Beds VERY uncomfortable, Some rooms did not have functioning A/C or even an A/C unit at all! (i'd suggest checking this first, the place is great but summer without A/C is kinda rough)

Room was clean & staff attentive.

It was run down, the stairs crumbling, no A/C, the beds were hard & the continental breakfast was junk food.

Just the bed, its a clean place but the smile lotion in the room was so strong

I dident like the breakfast an the gay in the front desk was so seriuos.

Free beach access because their pool was broken.price was good. Within walking distance of beach and dasinos

No AC. Box fan was provided. Poor tv reception. Remotes did not work. Cont breakfast was slim pickings. Pool broken.

The lodge was great! It was close to the lake and the casinos. It was clean and comfortable.

The bed was fairly comfortable, but you would have to be comfortable sleeping with someone's hair and bodily fluid stains on your sheets. It was walking distance to beaches and casinos. The front desk person was kind.

The hotel was very different than the picture. We drove behind the hotel into a different building, and it was not like the picture advertised. Walking up the stairs was hazardous. They were chipped and rusted. The carpet on the outdoor walkways was curling and very old. The door to the room has a half circle window, not covered, and if you don't sleep well in a completely lit room, then you will have problems sleeping here. The lights outside the room shine right into it all night long. My husband took a magazine and towel and tried to make it a little darker. The toilet seat was old and gross, with chips on it. The pool was tiny, but it wouldn't have mattered, it was empty and not in use. The parking was terrible and noise from neighboring properties was all night long. Not worth your money, spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

Staff was extremely friendly. They offered us free beach passes for our entire stay. The room was huge and although the furniture was outdated, it was very clean.

Our room, it was lovely very big with Spa Bath in our bedroom and seperate bathroom. For what we paid this must have been an upgrade which was a lovely surprise. There was coffee making in room which was great. Breakfast was more than adequate. A great stay.

Corridor from the back of the hotel to reception where breakfast was served could have been cleaner. This wasnt a problem for us and I had to think hard to find anything here.

The room was not in a very great condition. Better to skip the complimentary breakfast.

great value for the money - off season, was a bit concerned as it was so cheap, but in price only, everything worked, was clean, and peaceful and decent breakfast.

paperthin walls - i am grateful to have had quiet neighbours, but you can hear almost everything between rooms.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with good facilities, and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Shopping and casinos are very close, and the scenery is beautiful.
