Blue Lake Inn @ Heavenly Village  

I rented the room for so cheap that I thought it would be a dump and far from the casinos and shops. I was so excited upon arrival when I saw that we were only a few blocks from Harvey's and Harrah'S. Only about a five minute walk and we could see them from our room. The customer service was excellent. The girl at the desk when we checked in was very helpful and friendly. Two thumbs up.

My only complaint is that the mattresses are hard.

housekeeping staff were top notch. The room smelled so fresh. After watching your housekeeping staff work over a room, I was surprised at the detail they go through.

I was first disappointed that at the time of my reservation, i requested room next to my daughter and son in law! When we arrived the hotel was far from full and yet i was told that i could not change rooms( 12 rooms away)!! I found almond and some threads not vacumned and the bathtub not very clean! Complimentary breakfast consisted of a couple of pieces of fruit, oatmeal or a few not so fresh donuts!

Room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly adequate to stay at. Front desk woman was kind and accommodated our requests. Overall a nicer hotel than many of the other "cheap" options I have stayed at in slt. Walking distance to everywhere in downtown.

Hot tub was warm but jets did not work, which was a bit of a bummer.

Excellent proximity to Heavenly village and the casinos. Comfortable place at a good price.

The rooms were large and quiet. Location is right across from the slopes at Heavenly. Rooms have large refrigerator and microwave.

Breakfast was horrible and cheap. The instant orange juice was so diluted with water, that it was tasteless. Served only donuts and instant oatmeal. Tea choices were limited - no green tea. Overall the place is very cheap. Did not provide enough blankets and pillows. The air/heater was stuffy, so could not leave on during night and without the additional blankets we had to wear out coats in bed. Personel was unfriendly.

Clean room, feature with microwave, mini fridge, coffee machine, and hair blower.

The pillows are uncomfortable. Poor sound insulation.

the "non-smoking" rooms didn't smell so great - not terrible, just not perfect...

All facilities were more or less available. Liked its proximity to the beach and the friendliness of the staff.

The breakfast was a downer. Add at least eggs pls!

gute Lage

leider war das Zimmer nicht vorgeheizt, daher super kalt und nur eine Wolldecke als Zudecke da. Auf nachfragen wurde uns eine weitere Wolldecke in die Hand gedrückt - komischer Service. Absolut störend war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht temperaturgesteuert arbeitet sondern nur unter Dauerbetrieb oder eben gar nicht. Empfehlenswert sich im Sommer, aber im Nov. eher nicht.

Excelente relacao custo-beneficio. Otima licalizacao, pertissimo da estacao do teleferico. Recomendo.

I really didn't like much about it. Ad was misleading. Not as close to beach as implied. Jacuzzi smelt and looked like urine. A family of about 10 with 3 toddlers and no appropriate swim wear were urinating in the pool and jacuzzi. The lock to the pool did not work, could not get I unless someone was already in that could open from the inside otherwise u would have to reach in and over the bars if possible to let urself in. A cabinet in my room did not work and had to be wedged shut with a piece of cardboard. The front desk did attempt to fix it but still worked improperly. The door to the bathroom would stick shut. Took effort to open door. The woman at the front desk was very nice and courteous and did try to fix the cabinet door right when we arrived.

Erg mooie locatie, fijn bed en ruime kamer. Prima ontbijt erbij en behulpzaam personeel.

Clean, nice room size, good location, friendly staff. Great price. I would come back and stay again.

Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Hotel is a little noisy and not very private.

Staff attentive to our request for room change: no hassles.

Funky showerhead, old-school tv in room we were moved to.
