Great location on main road, can walk to restaurants. Rooms are at 90 angle from main road, so noise not an issue. Loved the decor...hip but understated. Great bed made for a good nights sleep. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Will definitely be back when next in Twin falls..
I found it to be very comfortable and the location was great. The staff were always available to answer questions. Would recommend to travelers.
The variety of healthier options. Coffee Great, and Not watered down. The friendliness of the staff, along with their efficiency and helpfulness.
Everything was beautiful, clean and an overall great place to stay! We'll be back!
Great service and great quality. Comfy bed, clean room, and cozy decor. Great location for travelers. I wish I could have stayed longer!
At first I was a little uneasy with the safety of the parking lot. However, they had security cameras and the guy who checked us in informed us we could contact him after hours if we needed anything. Great customer service!
Friendly staff, breakfast, comfortable bed!
Flies on the ceilings.
Very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nicely decorated.
Our first room smelled like smoke so we said something and they were nice and gave us another. Thenext was better but had small dog hair on the top bed sheet. Since it wasn't in the bed we were fine with this room.
Everything. Absolutely everything. When we first arrived we were greeted by a very courteous person. Check in was easy, and we received a succinct brief of breakfast, etc. Room was a big surprise. The exterior looks nice, modern, and clean, but when I saw the doors facing the parking lot I will admit I was curious if I had made a good choice...until I opened the door to the room. Very nicely appointed, big king bed, furnished appropriately, refrigerator, toiletries very good. Looked new to me, and upscale. Breakfast was fantastic. Spoke briefly with a young lady that was cleaning the rooms, and another that processed our checkout - both disarmingly genuine and friendly, polite and courteous. I would stay here again, and intend to. Easy to find, great location, convenient to freeway.
Nothing. I don't know how to get to 200 characters in this area, other than to talk about baseball. I suppose I can complain about the coffee. It tasted like coffee you would normally get at a restaurant, and not like Starbucks - but then again, it isn't supposed to. I really liked this place.
everything! The staff was great when we arrived in a huge thunderstorm and helped us get inside as quickly as possible. stay on the first floor! access was so easy to everything.
how tasty the cinnamon rolls we're cause I ended up eating a whole one.
The room was spacious and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selections were very good. There were freshly baked cookies offered every day.
I think the carpet could have used a good vacuuming.
The man at the desk that night was friendly and helpful. I showed him an atlas and asked for some info. He actually got on the computer and located a helpful website for me regarding road conditions. We were traveling to purchase a horse and road conditions were VERY important to us! Also, the décor was very hip & cool. Beautiful!! I absolutely loved the interior décor that they had done. The breakfast area was very, very nice. I would stay there every time if I happened to visit again.
Nothing not to like.
The room was comfortable and peaceful. Nice place. I would definitely book a stay again. Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and concerned about our comfort.
There was a paper on the floor behind the night table and it was not ours.
Staff, beautiful and modern, very comfortable room, with amenities galore, even water in the fridge! Breakfast was superb! Omelets, crispy bacon, cereals, Cinnamon rolls, muffins, lots of fruit, yogurt, lots of drink choices! BEST breakfast on our 4200 mile trip and nicest room!
I stayed at this place before it was remodeled. It is much improved in that regard.
The room was dirty! To look at it from a distance, you couldn't see it , but once you get in, you see all sorts of things. I wanted to take a bath and there wasn't any way to hold the water in the tub. Pictures are much better than the real deal
Very helpful staff. They gave us good ideas for sights and dinner.
Modern rooms Location Staff's ability to give directions and knowledge of the area Great breakfast selection - loved the cinnamon rolls
You couldn't watch TV from the only chair in the room.
Blue Lakes Inn was a very pleasant surprise to the end of a long road trip. After staying in a variety of motels, this place was a treat! The staff were pleasant and helpful, the bed was very comfy, great shower, fast WiFi, and the free breakfast was way more than I expected (really good bacon!). I can't recommend this place highly enough, especially for the $$! I've stayed in motels 3 times the cost that were not a bit better.
The only complaint would be the window coverings, but that always seems to be a design flaw in most motel rooms. I managed to make it work to block the light. You will too. Not a big enough deal to keep me away!
I loved the decor, the friendliness, the little touches...and the welcome mat for our dogs. Even treats for them! Oh, and I almost forgot the great breakfast!
No breakfast as promised. No one in the office in the morning to check out. $106 a night to much money for just a nice room. There was nothing else.
The nicest inn I've ever stayed in for $100/night
The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, the staff worked with us when we unexpectedly wanted a room for one extra day. They gave wonderful recommendations on things to see and do in Twin Falls.
I really can not think of a negative.
An older hotel with a great modern update!!! Well designed and executed. Breakfast options were far better than 90% of the hotels I stay in for work. The staff always went out of their way to help me and make sure I was completely satisfied with my stay. I will be staying here again on my next business trip to the Twin Falls area.
I liked everything having to do with the hotel but Twin Falls is a "food-desert!" No other way to put it. Unless it comes from a Food Services of America or Sysco truck it's not going to be on your plate. Could not find any organic food or bistro style places to eat. Just a lot of chain restaurants. Ugh.
Room layout and comfortable bed.
Round toilet; put in elongated.
The room was clean
The manager was rude and treated me like I was ignorant
