Everything , excellent price , a real friendly family has just taken over, nothing is too much trouble. It has large clean rooms and easy parking.Would highly recommend and certainly use again. Wi-Fi worked very well unlike a lot of more expensive hotels.

Price, convenient, located near farmland with horses and a good restaurant down the street. The lady at the reception desk was helpful and pleasant.

The place was very recently renovated. Local family owned and run, and had great local advice. Great Service.

Don't let street view fool you. (looks a little run down) the place is totally fine inside.

Price it was a good mid point for our trip to Phoenix

Lots of dogs barking. If you let the dogs sleep with their owners they would be quieter....less anxious.

TV stations dropped out occasionally and many had "snow." We were not there for the TV but this was a minor annoyance in the evenings.

Clean room, sober interior. Typical motel. I would advice skipping Moab (way too expensive) and drive one hour south to Monticello.

The internet was very poor. The rates for a room are not very low.

it's a dump. No cofee, no breakfast, a lousy location and way too expensive for such a dump. The lady at the reception was quite rude too. Wake up people, this is not Moab! I would never stay there again, it's not close to any national parks, any stores except gas stations, no services, nothing!

Nothing - a low point in our vacation The Horse Head Inn is a disgrace to the community of Monticello.

1. Old, poorly maintained, rundown facility (see attached photos) 2. Advertised Wi-Fi was unreliable (losing connection every few minutes) 3. Staff was disinterested in our request for service and help 4. Continual highway noise 5. The bed caved to the middle and the "fitted sheets" slipped off the mattress 6. The bathroom fixtures were cracked and discolored 7. No ceiling fixture - only a 60 watt bulb 8. They advertised a low rate and then claimed the rooms were filled and we had to pay significantly more for the room.

The owner was friendly and pointed out sites to see. We decided to sta an extra day and she gave us a discount on the 2nd nite.
