Clean, quiet and well equipped room. Helpful staff. On the highway to Moab. Small town, but you will find what you need.
Classic motel divided in several buildings with parking lot in front of the rooms. WiFi signal strong and stable even in a remote building as we were.
The village is really a sleep-and-go stay between Arches and Monument Valley. Restaurant options are very limited in the neighborhood, hence the central location in Monticello is not a real benefit.
The area itself. Pretty, laid back.
Oh... I guess now that I think about it, the shower had an issue with the drain.
Nice, clean, quite place with a very friendly staff that makes you feel very welcome.
Quiet, good location.
only downfall, mini fridge wasn't plugged in! (which we discovered the next morning)
Very friendly and helpfull staff Room was very clean
A bit noisy from the street Infrastructure is slightly old
Friendly staff, good restaurant nearby, good value for money
Room outdated, but very good value for money
Easy to find place right on main street. The rooms were clean with adequate room and furnishings. Good value for budget minded travelers.
staff was really nice. I was checking in around 11 p.m. The staff called me to confirm my reservation. Wifi was fast.
Easy to find, good reception, bathroom had been modernized from the old motel style it had originally had. Although it was located on the main highway and our room was next to the highway, the traffic noise really did not bother us.
The sheets were paper thin. So many of these small motels need to replace their sheets with better quality. Also, window air units are really noisy.
Lag für uns nahe am Nationalpark Canyonlands, The Needles.
Very clean, nice bed. Nice 'veranda' with chairs to sit on in the sun.
Monticello is dull, nothing to do. Very close to the road.
Very clean and comfortable.
Bathroom was a little small.
Liked the wi fi, microwave, and refrig. We slept well.
The walls needed drywall repair in the bathroom and the shower faucet needed leak repair. Carpet had stains. Otherwise the room was great.
Clean, AC worked great, very friendly staff, perfect location, quiet, excellent value.
Very nice and close to my daughter!
When we're on the road, we only need a clean room & bath, friendly staff, and firm mattress. We're happy to pay a lower price to stay in older facilities that show wear & tear, as long as they are clean. We had a young granddaughter with us and (Jason?) at the front desk was most helpful with a couple of special requests.
There was nothing that bothered us.
room was large and clean, staff was quick to help with questions
outside was not kept well....but I didn't sleep out there!
Clean & quiet. Coffee maker & mini refrig in room.
The staff person was extremely friendly and welcoming. That always wins me over immediately. Even though the motel was older and dated, it was perfect for a young college student who doesn't need a 5-star hotel. All of the facilities worked well, the beds were comfortable and the two queen beds were in separate rooms which was nice for extra comfort.
I have nothing negative to say about this motel and will stay again if need be.
Good enough for overnight.
No amenities or breakfast.
Good place to rest your head and recharge for next day on the road.
Nothing to complain about at this price.
It was a nice, clean place.
A little pricey for the age of the place. No breakfast included. The manager/owner recommended his brother in law's restaurant as the only place still open at 9:45 PM. It was more expensive than the food was worth. $11.00 for my hamburger and hard french fries. My wife order the Fish & Chips. The fish tasted like turpentine. No joke.
Dry town. Motel has shift workers who come and go at all hours with no consideration to others, making a lot of noise. Cowboy style Restaurant recommended to us by office was absolutely appalling!
Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Outside needs a face lift, but the room was exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable, and even though our room was near the state highway, the room was quiet. We will definitely stay there again when traveling through southern Utah!
We had car trouble and were stuck there for the evening. No food close by except for 2 gas station/convenience stores within walking distance.
