I made reservations for a exeuctive room and I was thinking it should have been more comfortable than it was with at least a king size bed,but it was only a queen. |

The condition of the suites was excellent and the facilities were far beyond what I expected for the money. the suite being a third floor walk up |

I love the landscaping and beauty of the facility. We have stayed there twice and would love to come back. The location is perfect and very convenient. |

Not thrilled. Bed was a double in master, sheets were like sandpaper. No washer/dryer. On 3rd flr and no elevator.would not stay again. |

very nice, spacious, tastefully decorated rooms, all necessary items provided in the kitchen, open kitchen/living room layout allows for conversation while cooking difficult to locate the rooms because of the bizzare method of number/letter identification used |

The 'peace and quiet'!! Excellent staff; response to questions and needs always met in a timely manner. Instructions clearly stated in hotel info. pamphlet. Thoughtful supplies in room. Five other groups, also stayed in Blue Tree - family reunion and wedding; Everyone was very happy with the service - one party has already reserved another stay 18 months from now! |

The Resort was well equipped and met our needs. Staff was friendly. We were charged more than the amount we were originally told. (this was taken care of after I brought it to their attention. they did not provide any paper work until I requested, so therefore I did not notice the difference until I checked out. |

Staff was helpful with directions, service, park tickets: Everyone was really nice and accomodating. We liked the location and convenience in this resort. We were in town for the cheerleading nationals competition, and this resort was close to the events. We had a little problem with the heat in our room when the temperature was chilly- after contacting the office the problem was handled by maintenance.(within a couple hours our room was nice and warm). |

It's very well located, in Lake Buena Vista, close to all the action in Orlando but in a quiet environment that allows relaxation. It's my fourth stay there, first one was 15 years ago. I think it needs remodelling, some units are really torn apart - it could definitely use some updating. |

el hotel tiene muy buena ubicacion esta cerca de la I4 principal via de orlando de los parques disney a un lado del hotel practicamente y de sea world , los centros de compras estan muy cerca y las personas que trabajan en el hotel son amable y te ayudan. buena las instalaciones y la picina |

zeer dicht bij alle Disney parken maar ook rustig gelegen, winkels zals Kohls, Wallmarkt en Super Target in nabijheid. Het hotel is netjes en service is goed te noemen. Er zijn 4 zwembaden waarvan 2 verwarmd ziet er netjes uit. Grote badhandoeken op vraag aanwezig, nu 2e maal in dit hotel met gezin en kleine kinderen. De auto kun je bijna voor de deur van hotel appartement parkeren. Kortom zeer tevreden over dit hotel. |

Es comodo, bien situado, economico, buena atenciòn, seguridad, posee buenas instalaciones, familiar, con cocina y lavadora y secadora que hacen falta a la hora de hacer las maletas, la pase de maravilla ya tengo 3 años consecutivos alojandome en el. El muchacho que me recibio se equivoco de terminal y me cobro la habitaciòn dos veces, en la terminal del deposito de los 50$ y en la terminal de cobro, estoy haciendo los tramites en mi entidad bancaria para solventar la situaciòn espero que el proximo año me acepten pagar los 50$ en efectivo y despues me los devuelvan en efectivo para evitar este inconveniente. |

De kamer was netjes en goed voorzien van alle benodigdheden zoals keuken app.en gereedschap. Ook prettig tweede tv in slaapkamer. Prima temp regeling. Fijn(e) zwembad(en) Wel even vreemd dat er geen dagelijkse schoonmaak cq en vervanging van handdoeken en bedlinnen plaatsvind, indien je er een week verblijft.Wij hadden 10 dagen geboekt en dan wordt er eenmmaal schoongemmaakt. Overigens na even een telefoontje naar de hoteldesk word alles direct geleverd. |

de vriendelijkheid van het schoonmaakpersoneel en de ligging van het hotel heb ik als positief ervaren de geringe klantvriendelijkheid en uitleg van het personeel ad balie tydens in- en uitchecken en badkamers waren niet schoon evenals de muren en de zitruimte |
