It's very well located, in Lake Buena Vista, close to all the action in Orlando but in a quiet environment that allows relaxation. It's my fourth stay there, first one was 15 years ago. I think it needs remodelling, some units are really torn apart - it could definitely use some updating. |

No one vacuumed very well. Cereal/cracker? crumbs along the side of the bed when we arrived and were still there when we checked out. No mid-week cleaning service for fresh towels, needed to request pool towels, not provided in the room. |

Room Service was an extra charge that we did not opt to pay for but our room was well stocked to take care of anything we needed. It was a great hotel at an excellent price. We were very pleased with our stay. |

loved the pools and the kitchenette the web site maqde the mini golf and tennis courts sound better than what they were, and the borrowable equipment was not very good |

It was ok the grounds of the resort was very nice and well kept up. The room was exactly like the web site shows I was very disappointed about the shuttles to the disney parks. They only run once in the morning and then pick up early evening. So if you want to see the park at night time you were out of luck. So I had to rent a car while there so that was an unexpected charge I had not planned on :o( other people staying there also complained about that. They should state that in there ad |

the resort grounds were great everything felt like home there werent enough change machines located throughout for laundry and vending machines. Also check in time was a 4 sharp I was 10 minutes earkly and got told to wait because our room wasnt ready. |
