The proximity to the boardwalk

I wish the suites were bigger.

I liked how the room was presented and the look of the bathroom.

The television. Only one channel worked and it wasn't an hdtv.

Was nice and convienant to everything and the price was right compared to alot of other places.

We were very unhappy w our vacation getaway we had brown water couldn't enjoy even taking a bath in our Jacuzzi tub ..it was my husband and I 13 th wedding anniversary and just not happy ...pool was clo sed hot tub was cl ok sed value for our money was poor we wo uldnt reccomend this hotel to anyone

Bro wn water ....lack of cleaning in our room dirty tub dirty toilet ...not a nice place to stay

Location on the boardwalk, ocean view, updated furniture, carpet, kitchenette, easy friendly check in/out at desk, reasonable price. good value

Parking garage is not attached to hotel or have an elevator. Can be inconvenient to elderly. Need to check in before allowed to park but, no sign indicating this. Bathroom needs to be updated. Diner attached is not great

I didn't like the fact I was so high up...27 floor but I understand. Also didn't like that cleaning service didn't knock on my door first before they came in.If it wasn't for that you have got an excellent on staff.

I loved the fact that there is no hold placed on your credit card upon check in. And I love the shape and decor of the room.

I didn't like that the pool is only open seasonal. And I would recommend updating the website because it does the hotel no justice!

No one informed us that there was no maid service. Even after we requested it and the housekeeper said they would come, no one ever did.

I loved the view of the ocean from my room. The hospitality was great and I'm looking forward to a longer stay there.

It was clean for the most part just a lot of hair in places I'd rather not see hair.

When I turned the jets on the jacuzzi tons of dirt came out.I screamed and was happy I didn't get in yet. Maintanence and housekeeping came to fix it. I got in the jacuzzi and paint was peeling off the bottom of it. The next day I turn on the jets and a little bit of dirt still came out. The lobby looks a little old. The pool was also not open but I only stayed there for one night and one day.There restaurant was also not open. The parking garage is very small to manuver in. Once you go to the parking garage in order to get back to the hotel you have to walk all the way to the first floor of the parking garage and leave out to enter the hotel again.

The room was amazing...we watched the sun rise and set from the comfort of our bed!

Our room was lovely, clean and spacious,had a full size refrigertaor, dishwasher, 2 cooking burners,toaster and microwave.The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, with the exception of a spatula, which I purchased from a nearby Family dollar. There is Save Alot about 4 blocks away. We did eat out, but I cooked at least one of our daily meals. I was told we recvd one of the recntly renovated rooms. Our room showed no visable signs of aging.The bathroom was fine, and included a jacuzzi tub and stand up shower. The view was amazing!!! And they have these window benches you can sit on to enjoy the view. Any time I spent in the room sitting on the benches and enjoying the ocean view. Who needs a tv with a view like this? I didn't, but the room had 2 nice big flat screen tv's if you do. As far as I could see, the hotel was pretty much at full capacity, and yes they have 3 elevators, one of wich was broken.However we never waited more than 5 minutes for an elevator

The only rule we recvd was that this is a non-smoking hotel. There is no maid service unless you want to pay $50. I spent the weekend giving my hubby the slanted eye about him being messy =) Im pretty sure it was a full bed and not a queen as advertised. My husband found the bed to be comfortable, I wanted it to be a bit more firm. (In defense of bluegreen, we have memory foam mattress, so im a little spoiled)

everything was very, very well and I do not know what else to add or how to improve service. all is well

I loved fact that it is on the boardwalk. The staff was very friendly. I loved my room it was perfect for my husband and myself. We hadn' t had any alone time in years and this was a perfect place to bring back the romance<3

For a town filled with 24hour businesses check out being at 11am is extremely too early. I honestly cant understand why 1pm isnt exceptable.. the lady that checked us in failed to tell me where to get my parking pass (honestly she didnt tell me anything she took my card, printed something out and gave me my keys.. i worked in a hotel for 6months i know there is more to say then i need your card youll be paying with and here is your room keys...) then when i finally got back inside the building to ask if she forgot to give me mind she RUDELY interrupted me and said "i told you go to security for that".... then proceeding to security i was YELLED at because i dont have my brand new cars licence plate number memorized... the unprofessional staff that has been hired here is enough of a reason for me to never return..

This hotel was just $118 for a Friday night stay when most of the other hotels close by cost over $200. The taxi fare to the Boardwalk Hall for the Rock concert with The Who was just $8 each way. Free Coffee in the Morning. $12 to park the car next door.

The T.V. in the room was locked on 1 station.
