I loved the location. Easy to get to strip, shopping, food and such. The facility was great had all that we needed. Enjoyed how relaxing and laid back the atmosphere was. Very clean and no smell of smoke! Great place to stay with the family.
The thermostat was not able to be set below 72 degrees ( a bit warm in the room).
Hubby and I stayed here from 12/21- 12/26 on the 6th floor. All the staff was great, very friendly and professional. Rocki checked us in she was awesome, attentive, and she booked us in the perfect location for our vacation. We loved the shower in the Deluxe room. Bed was comfy, the room was clean. All the comforts of home. Refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer. Nice flat screens, cd and DVD player. Honestly they thought of everything. This is the perfect location off the strip.
The only thing I didnt like is I couldn't stay longer.

I didn't like that fact that when I made the reservation I was put into room 315A, that sits right above the pizza factory down stairs. When I walked in you could smell something burning, I notified the receptionist, she advised that it was the smell of the pizza company downstairs, she sent housekeeping up to deodorize the room, it didn't help the smell. So I called back to complain and it wasn't until I complained that they switched me rooms. Why put a person through all that, if you know that room is known for smelling like that?
We liked the location and kitchenette and that is why we chose it and have stayed there in the past.
This was our third stay at the Las Vegas Blue Green Club 36. The linens were dirty and we had to ask for clean ones. Paper products in bathrooms and kitchen were the cheapest possible. Carpets not cleaned in hallways. We generally found many things in a more rundown condition than previous visits. Using chlorine in pool instead of Bromine. Pool cold and not well heated. Dead plants on pool outside deck. Asked for a wakeup call on the day we were leaving as we had an early flight and never received one. We will probably look elsewhere for our next visit. We were charged twice for our deposit. Once though Booking.com and again through Blue Green. Eventually the Blue Green charge was dropped three days after we checked out, but why to take two deposits in the first place? Staff was pushy regarding their time share tour even though we declined three times. We were told that it is under new ownership for the last month and it shows. Hope they get it together as I do not recommend this hotel at this time under current conditions.
The equipped kitchen and the wash and dry machines. Spacious room. Quiet without airport noise.
No outdoor swimming pool but it is not a real problem
For a girls trip we had a two bedroom suite and a one bedroom suite. All had more than enough room with kitchens and big bathrooms. The washing machine and dryer were nice. And everything was clean.
The very long walk to the elevators. And the entrance we used on the west side of the lobby did not have automated doors or staff to assist. So the three of us juggles the luggage and the doors to get through. If they are not going to staff that side of the lobby.... put in an auto door. Thank goodness we were not disabled.
There are stores and places to eat right on the property, washer and dryer in the room. beautiful decor. I am determined to book the Presidential suite... BEAUTIFUL!!!
Clean, new facility.
our room was not refreshed for a two-night stay. Bed not made; towels not replaced; supplies (shampoo, etc.) not replaced. We were on our own.

The indoor pool was a plus especially with the temperature of 104 outdoor while we were there.
I wish though that they would've better maintained/scrubbed the pool surrounding surface because there are areas where there are black spots ? Most likely from constant moisture. Otherwise the facility is clean and comfortable.

shuttle service did not seem to be consistent and one way with no way to get back especially during the daytime made access to the Strip or anywhere challenging.
Couple of minutes walk from the strip, massive room for a very good affordable rate with a lovely big shower. Perfect place to get away from the noise and lights while still being right beside the action, would definitely come back
Rooms were clean
The first thing I did not like was the long wait to check in. Not a friendly atmosphere. The next door guests were too loud having sex at 4:30 in the morning I bang on the wall and what did they do, they put on the tv full blast.....

NO FULL BODY MIRROR! YOU GUYS ARE IN LAS VEGAS! you NEED FULL BODY MIRRORS! I also didnt like the fact that we had to walk so far to get to the ELEVATORS from the lobby!
Shower room was stinky
We liked the room facilities as well as the resort facilities and found that the cleanliness of the establishment and the politeness of all staff was very impressive.
Just my husband and I stayed in the Deluxe 1 bedroom. We love the home away from home feel here. The shower is everything!!! Staff is great. Very clean. Bed is so comfy. This ia the perfect location off the strip.
We booked a room with a king size bed and washer and dryer in the room and were given a queen size room and no W & D.

The hotel is literally at the end of the McCarron Airport runway. Even though the acoustics were very good in the hotel, there is still a good amount of jet noise.
Parking Access. Long lines to check in/out. Check in too long. Limited entry/exits from buinding.
Very late checkin. Room wasn't ready. No apologies or sympathy from staff. Cold attitude.

I did not like the fact that the resort ONLY offers drop off service to the strip, no pick up and no airport service. We had went to the presentation with open mind then after3-4 hours of brutal emotional and mental abuse by the sales person, we just had to finally stand up, push our way around his chair since he wouldn't move and leave. I went back to rescue my cousins from almost making a terrible mistake. That is the Worst pressure sales pitch I've ever been to, and I have attended a few time share presentations. The sales person went as far as to tell us we were poision and could not speak. We have a large family and we had already talked it over about seriously buying into the property. I'm so Glad we Did Not buy after reading the reviews online. This is a terrible place to stay. Only 2 friendly people that we encountered and I didn't work for the hotel just provided a service to the hotel. This company should be ashamed of themselves for employing such despicable characters.
