The staff was helpful and the hotel was close to the beach and the convention center. The indoor pool facility was really nice
The king bed was old and uncomfortable. The restaurant facility was closed even though the sign on the hotel said it was open year round. The price was too high based upon the lack of services that were supposed to be available. WiFi was slow and intermittent.
The quality of room was poor. Dirty walls with hole, black smudge marks, dents, and plain. Sofa couch was not properly fitted when we arrived and view was of ac units on roof
I guess the location was fine and it's clear they "try" to update this very old hotel
Kind of musty and very old.... Not the cleanest.... The bed was the absolute worst mattress that We ever slept on in our lives (very low and springy, couldn't make a move without feeling springs in your back) king size bed with 3 very flat pillows ..... Could hear kitchen exhaust through the windows and smell restaurant food from the exhaust as well. Simply far too much money for the experience.... Not happy at all
The room was right next to the ice machine which made noise all night.
Pool being inside..hot tubs..jacuzzie in rm was set up very nice..breakast was also good..
the fact u have 1 elevator..you def do need 2..and you need to take menues from outside off.. cas u dont serve that food in oct..
The location was great
The room was not very clean or updated.
staff food breakfast dinner entertainment loved the indoor pool n hot tubs open late too
Although brochure states 4 guests in room. After 8:00 P.M. a group of more than ten arrived on the balcony to drink & party loudly. Got no sleep and had to leave at 6A.M. to get away from the noise. Called the front desk at about ll:P.M. told security would check. No result in reducing racket coming from people congregating on balcony in room310. We were in 311
That it was a motel not a hotel
the bolero's the only place I would stay in Wildwood has great food great, nice views free parking swimming pool indoorwith a great view of the boardwalk. my favorite place to stay
Close to Boardwalk
Tooooooo expensive for what you get
The rooms in the hotel tower are clean, quiet, and have a nice view. The staff is friendly and professional.
I wish there was a balcony and the matresses are clean but in need of replacing.
Walking distance from boardwalk and attractions.
The price was expensive. We were in the motel part which wasn't any better than the hotel. (We had friends in the hotel). The indoor pool and spa were gross. Bed kitchenette and sofa carpet etc hasn't been replaced for 25 years. Yuck!!
Good location, decent room - was arranged nicely. Check in was easy. Pool looked nice, but didn't use it.
Noisy spot of town. parking was not so easy when first checking in. No balcony.
Loved the location and view from the hot tub. Bedroom gets pitch black so sleeping is great.
Room quite out dated. TV's old and a lot of static. Appliance need to be replaced very soon.
love the dining and entertainment in the hotel
not having a balcony out front
Been going to Wildwood my entire, first time staying here and loved it. Plan on going back again next year. Recommend the Bolero to anyone who is looking to stay in Wildwood, NJ
I have only stayed in hotel worse than this. What a bait and switch from the pictures on the website! My room was disgusting, not sure what the stains were on the sofa and the bed, the carpet was so dirty I was afraid to walk barefoot, and the linens down right scared me. I used booking.com believing their commercials. What a huge disappointment. The worst was finding a bed bug in the middle of the night. Now I'm terrified one of those critters may have hitched a ride home with me. This hotel is more geared towards the young , rowdy crowd that is looking to party all night long.
I liked everything about the Bolero.
We like every thing about the place. Will stay there next year.
Indoor & outdoor pool
It was very close to the boardwalk and other attractions. Once a few issues were addressed we had a comfortable stay in the room.
Our bedding had holese in it and crumbs from previous guest. I called to have it addressed. Upon the gentleman arriving he handed me another sheet set and I had to do it myself. I was perplexed that as a guest, I would have to make the bed myself and had to ask him to come back and clean off the crumbs. The front desk clerk could have been friendly. One elevator is hectic to get up to room.
Location, parking space,
Small space with the kitchenette.
nice and clean; good restaurant. Enjoyed the tiki bar. Close to boardwalk and beach.
Couch and bed very uncomfortable.
