Value for money

Compared to Disney resorts, Bonnet Creek is an excellent value. Having the use of a full kitchen made our vacation much more affordable. We only made a couple of dinners, but having breakfast there and making lunch to take into the Disney parks really saved us some money. The property is actually in Disney World. It is the only property that Disney couldn't secure when they were buying up Orlando real estate in the mid 1960's. Keep in mind that housekeeping is not included, but the staff will happily deliver any non food supplies that are needed.
You will keep a bit of pressure (but not too much) to attend a free breakfast that is, of course, a time share presentation. They only contacted us about it twice, and the attitude of the staff did not change when we declined. The main negative is the $7 shuttle charge to get to the parks. If you have a rental car you won't have to worry about that.
The location of this property, the suites and amenities were an incredible value for the price. I'd go back there anytime. We regretted not planning to spend more time on site. So many things to do.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat. 5 minutes from Disney and for the price the amenities were way better than staying at Disneys mid range hotels! Beautiful and relaxing!
My bathroom had a huge hole above the shower from rotted dry wall.
Kitchen was well stocked with nice glasses, dishes, etc...not just normal 'rental' stuff. Bed was really comfy, my daughter loved the jacuzzi tub. Size of the suite was perfect. Really a nice suite.
The somewhat hard sell of them trying to get us to do their timeshare breakfast. I should have said no from the start at check in. Don't be hooked just for the possible freebies offered unless you really want to do a timeshare in the first place.
Clean, updated unit. Beautiful grounds and pools. Friendly staff.
Wi-fi very sporadic, could rarely use Internet. Told them first day we had our plans set and no time for timeshare meeting, they called 3 times anyway.
This resort exceeded our expectations! Our family was very comfortable in our 2 bedroom villa and the amenities were great. We went to Disney for 3 days and to Sea World for 1 and everything was within a few minute drive. We felt like we were at home being able to cook our own meals and relax at night. We would highly recommend staying here to our friends and family. I think the best part for our family is that we were all together and able to enjoy the splash pad and pools comfortably. We had 4 children with us and they loved it! We did not want to head back to the cold weather!!
The only down side was having to pay for a shuttle to parks, our van didn't hold everyone.
enjoyed all the different pools and lazy river. kids had a blast.. also had lots of fun with the miniature golf. a great family getaway!!!
checked in on sunday afternoon. had to get parking pass from other desk where a gentleman tried to get me to watch a two hour program the next day. I had to put up a 20 dollar fee. had a late night enjoying the property and its perks. got to bed late but was woke up by room phone at 730 am. not once but twice stating that he didn't see us and did we want to reschedule. that was just purely disrespectful. I understand that I said I would be there but to hunt me down is just pure craziness. if someone doesn't show up maybe they changed their mind or just had a late night like us.
the amenities and quietness of rooms
the length of time waiting for a parking pass given out by the time share staff; the hassle of signing out towels and other activity supplies
the staff was wonderful and helpful, room was clean and well maintained, overall great stay.
since it is a time share property we were required to go to a time share meeting.
Location is perfect to go to Disney Parks but there is so much offered at the resort you really do not have to leave.
Sales meeting- I did not like the fact they told us it would last 1 hr and it lasted well over 2!
Each room is very nice.
Our room 2 coach roaches and ants. They came and sprayed for roaches on Saturday and sprayed for ants on Sunday. They left a dead roach in the closet. Still had a few ants on the counter for a few days after.
Place is huge and has lots of things to do. Rooms were very large and comfortable.
The dishwasher barely worked. The Wi-Fi was difficult to hook up to
Good facilities in the apartment and a good view from the balcony. The lake and swimming pools were good.
Isolation from the city and from shops and public transport. The shop at the resort had limited groceries. It was very difficult for visitors to come and see you because they had to get past security at the entrance.
Everything was very nice!
I was unable to sit on the balcony due to flumes from the cars.
I loved the hotel and the property grounds.
Took over an hour to check in. Staff harrassed us to attend a meeting regarding a timeshare. Called multiple times and late at night to make sure we attended a meeting. Did not attend a meeting. Had 3 small children and both spouses were to attend.
The units are large, clean, and very up-to-date, with good kitchens and a better layout than other suite hotels in the area. And it's literally a 5-minute drive to Epcot or Hollywood Studios. Security for the complex is also good.
This is a timeshare property, so you'll probably get roped into the inevitable 3-hour presentation. Wyndham is professional and honest, but it's still a high-pressure sales situation, like buying a used car. Not the best match to a restful vacation with The Mouse.
To litle restaurants
The whole one bedroom Villa was very spacious enough for the both of us. Having all the kitchen supplies ready to use for our availability were a plus.
Extremely poor Connection with the internet could not do needed business work.
the condos are very nice, comfortable and roomy, like being home
Excellent location. Lots of activities for kids. Pools with rec bars were plentiful and had fun things for kids at the pools. Will most likely return.
Clean, good quality, good restaurant, close to Epcot. Suitable for families with young kids..
Too far from anywhere. Pools not big enough to lap swim, pushed the time share option hard, difficult to navigate around, located our three grous in differnt wings despite emailing and requesting same building on check in.
Spacious rooms. Great facilities. Close to Disney!
WiFi was terrible! Not worth using... Even for free.
Great pools, very nice resort. Beautiful villa!
Mattress was VERY hard. Sales people were aggressive
