Seemed like the pool at tower three had a lot of debris in it and wasn't being cleaned as good as the other pools.

This resort is absolutely great! Not only is it the only resort on Disney World land that is not a "Disney Resort", but its well worth the money and you definitely feel the Disney Experience. . The villas were extremely comforting, large, accommodating, and beautiful. . This resort is 5 minutes away Magic Kingdom and they even do shuttle for a small fee. The pools and lazy river are relaxing along with the bar and grill attached. You have access to the penthouse to view fireworks every night. Parking is great, and customer service is satisfactory. I would highly recommend this beautiful property.

We had a great stay. Loved the game days at the pools. The grounds were well kept & everyone was so friendly. We will back for sure.

I would suggest some more tubes for the lazy rivers.

Suite was comfortable; swimmimg pools & amenities are nice; grounds are well manicured.

Unfriendly front desk staff ; rude, unpleasant timeshare people who hand out parking decals. Garbage needs to be removed more often, stench is overwhelming at times.

This is a nice resort with a lot of things for families to do. My kids (Ages 9,5,2) were busy playing in the pool and taking advantage of activities (mini-golf, karaoke) and didn't really even want to go to Disney! The facilities are clean and when we went, there were plenty of chairs, towels, and space to put our stuff. We enjoyed the outdoor tiki bar for lunch one day; the food was good (and pretty expensive, but that's OK). Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful to us, and it was an enjoyable stay. The pool by our room left a little to be desired, but we appreciated being able to pick and choose from a variety of pools, so we just made the trek to other pools during our stay.

Our room was a bit disappointing, and my husband kept complaining of a bad smell. The carpet was possibly new, but it was pulled up on the edges which looked really tacky. The sheets didn't fit and kept coming off. My in-laws down the hall had much more dishwashing soap, sponges, and general kitchen stuff (pots, pans) than we did, and their room was smaller and less expensive (we had the 3 bedroom). The air conditioner is loud and the dryer was even louder (though we did appreciate having the in-unit washer/dryer). The toddler splash area adjacent to the main pool was mostly broken (spray toys and such), so that was a bit of a bummer for our littlest. My biggest complaint was the lack of umbrellas throughout the pool areas. A bit more shade would really, really be a good idea.

    Beautiful facility and great location.

Too much noise. Guests didn't respect quiet times and had people yelling across hallway throughout our stay as late as midnight.

The pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, the lake, the beautiful scenery, the fact that you can see epcot fireworks at night, a one bedroom suite was a way better deal than I can usually get there

We were on the first floor so ducks, birds, lizards and bugs were on our terrace and I'm scared of them. 10am checkout is ridiculous. There was a large bug that ran under the dryer but Florida has bugs and you kind of have to deal with that but there's that problem with the first floor r

On Disney property so centrally located to all Disney attractions, can also access the freeway in less than 5 minutes to all Orlando locations but the resort itself is in quiet, beautiful location.

    Plumbing was loud.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and incredibly relaxing! Well laid out and organized. Jacuzzi a huge treat and much needed after a long day at Disney World! Close proximity to Disney World/Epcot was wonderful!!! And a great price for the location and spacious rooms! Due to the rain every evening and the pools closing we never got to use them, but they looked nice. I have already recommended the hotel to several friends coming to Orlando this fall who have been looking for a hotel. However, told them to take their own sheets. At the prices being charged you really should have a better quality of bedding!!!! The towels were very nice and soft! Much better quality than the sheets!! I do intend to stay there again next year!

    1. The mattress was very uncomfortable and 2. the sheets did not fit. They continually pulled off even after requesting new. 3. And both sets of sheets were scratchy so it was hard to go to sleep. 4. Poor communication and information regarding the shuttle to Disney World. The shuttle van was great leaving on time to go to Disney World, but I had to call 3 times to front desk to see when they were coming for pick up. We were told to be a C14 by the early driver, only to be told no it was C13 by another pick up driver late that night. But it was the over 1 hr. 10 minutes of wait time when we were told they came every 45 minutes that was extremely frustrating!!!! Thankfully we didn't stay for the fireworks and arrived at 10pm for the shuttle bus which didn't arrive until 11:12 and discovered it was the last bus of the night which we did not know. What would we have done if we'd stayed til the park closed at midnight? The front desk did not tell us that they stopped running at 11pm, but did tell us they arrived for pickup every 45 minutes. Several families gave up and paid for taxis though they had already paid for shuttle bus tickets. 5. WIFI was horrible! In this day and age you need to do something about that! 6. Due to rain and inability to swim or enjoy other outdoor amenities it would have been nice if the TV in the living room had more channels - extremely limited. The bedroom TV was great, lots of choices of channels just uncomfortable to watch on the bed.

Location is great, Beautiful resort area next to everything, rooms are great (if you get a higher floor lakeside) walking path to get to restaurants and pools is very convenient. Beautiful at night, Landscaping is done very well and kept up.

Hate the check in process, and the pressure to attend their time share sales pitch just to get your parking pass, also not knowing if you will get a lake view room will probably give us reason to go elsewhere because there are so many choices to stay in the same area.

Orlando Bonnet Creek suits are spacious.... the beds are super comfy and its all about location, location, location!

It can be on the more expensive side...and the "parking lot" view, can be a total bummer...

The beds are comfortable, and the rooms fabulous with plenty of room, even a laundry. The variety of pools and games areas were very good.

We didn't like the 'time share' sales tactics on check in to get cheaper theme park tickets. We were told that we would have to sit thru a 2 hour presentation including breakfast - 3 hours later and only coffee and cake, we were sucked in.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. My husband and I along with our one year old wanted a nice resort get away and this was exactly it. The only issue we had was check in. We arrived at 3 and our room wasn't ready until 5. The staff wasn't too accomading with check in but other than that the experience was awesome. Very clean, spacious rooms. The pools were clean and lots of activities for kids to do. We will be returning in the future!

    Check in was disorganized.
