Large comfy 2 bedroom villa, great pools, 10 minute drive to Disney World parks or 15 min. to Universal.
The view of the parking lot. Would have preferred a lake view.
Natalie who issued our parking pass and forced the so called free trip down our throats in exchange for a so called 2 hour presentation which actually lasted 6 1/2 hours. The free trip is a scam since it has to be taken in Feb or March this year! What a joke. We also did not like Lance the ringer Maria called in to put the pressure on us to sign the deal. After 2 sleepless nights we called the Florida attorney general's office, found out what our rights are and cancelled the timeshare.
The location is prime and the facilities are great.
No bad experience, but be aware that they will try to sell you their time share package. I participated in the presentation and the salesperson I got was very kind. We didn't buy the package though.
ENTIRE staff needs to be retrained, no one knew where anything was. Shuttle service expensive and inconvenient, we ended up taking cabs every day. Our key card stopped working on day 2, which seemed to pop open the safe?! Overall 1-10...1!
Loved the beautiful grounds, size of suite, many pools and mini golf.
Room had a weird smell that we aired out, asked to switch but was denied. Couldn't charge outdoor restaurant bill to room, needed to bring credit card which was pain while at pools.
The facility was amazing! There were so many amenities; the pools and lazy river were the best! The on site food options were nice as well as the food servers.
The customer service was a little lacking a few times and the property itself was a little confusing to navigate.
Beautiful resort, lots to do, very clean.
Shuttle service could be better
Problem continued with tv reception in room.
I liked all of the amenities. The food at the restaurants were very good.
The air conditioner didn't work properly.
The units were spacious and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need.
The transportation to the parks is at least $7/person per day and is on their time, not yours.
Convenient location and very comfortable. Friendly staff. We forgot an item in the room after checking out, and they were very accommodating in their assistance.
Good location, Comfortable Rooms, Fully stocked kitchen, Good amenities, Had a wonderful experience here on a previous stay
Registration took almost an hour, Arrived at our room to dirty towels and garbage outside the room, used tissue and a make up case in the bathroom drawer, hair on a pillow case, sticky silverware, and moldy food under the dining room table. Mini-Golf was shut down the whole time we were there. Pool towels were not available at the pool nearest our room, which we didn't find out until the kids were in the water (resort info says towels are available at this pool). Were told that we got a free breakfast w/ our stay because we were renting from owners, but it was really a LONG sales pitch for the timeshare (nearly 3 hours of our day was taken up by this, and we had our three kids with us). Each time we said "no" they sent over another sales person. It took me very firmly stating, "I'm done! The kids are done!" before they finally showed us the way out. It was a very exhausting process.
Loved the spaciousness of the accommodation. Beds were comfortable.
The name of the resort is Wyndham Bonnett Creek Resort which is a time share resort. Weren't aware of this at time of booking and when we arrived the taxi driver wasn't sure where to take us until he called the resort and they told him this. My voucher read Orlando Bonnett Creek Resort?? Couldn't do the breakfast seminar as had limited time there and didn't want to miss out on the theme parks just to go to a time share seminar. They do try really hard for you to attend the seminar by enticing you to a free breakfast but the catch is you must stay 2 hours. Didn't have the time for this and cancelled. They offer this to you on arrival and make you pay US20 so you attend. When you are tired you just want to go to your room. On check-in they asked us to pay the money to attend this and say if you don't attend you lose the US20. We paid the money just so we could go to our room. This was the only downfall.
Dirty worn out carpet
The location was very convenient, close to the Disney studios and a transportation there was available. The apartment had everything we needed (washing machine, dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc) Three-bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean. No hassle with timeshare marketing at all!
Our balcony was facing the parking lot and the sun shined there only in the morning. Would've been nicer to sit in the sun during the day but the hotel was full.
Tried to sell me a timeshare at check-in.
The airport shuttle service & the taxi driver there did not recognize the resort as it was not correctly labelled by "booking.com", they did not label it as "Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort" We arrived around midnight. The lady at the reception directed us to the wrong tower, after a very long flight. It's also surprising to see disappointment on her face when she learned that we did not have our own car!!! She said I'll call the "cart" driver before he leaves! otherwise we had to walk to our tower, with our heavy luggage! When we enquired at the reception about "no contract" sim cards, it was like an impossible question....the reception staff seems to have been instructed to limit information given to residents so that they stay confined within the parameters of the resort! awkwardness! The Holiday planning center & concierge charged much more for parks tickets than internet or outside ticket centers! which we found out in retrospect. No free transportation to theme parks! No airport shuttle service is available. We had to call a company that they deal with and it was very expensive. The resort is isolated from everything (grocery shopping, malls and pharmacies). If you don't have your own car, don't even consider staying there. We received a flyer/menu under our aprtment door. When we ordered they said we had to collect it from the security gate. So we asked the reception staff if it was possible to send a cart so we could do that. They agreed, however, it was major inconvenience! it took an hour for my husband to actually get transported to the gate because the driver simply chose to ignore him!!! We asked for extended time for check-out (it's 10 am!), since our flight was not until 4 pm. They refused. We asked if there is a place for us to pray...no help was provided! Since it's isolated, we had to purchase our groceries from the resort. It was very expensive.
Staff were very helpful and the condo was well equipped. The only downside was the pullout sofa mattress was horrible. We had to put it on floor and load it up with blankets for our two small kids to sleep on it. Adults and teens would not be able to use it. Otherwise it is an awesome place to stay.
Everything was just exceptional. Will recommend to all my friends.
We stayed in a two BR/ two bath villa. It was very clean, very comfortable, and quiet. We were very impressed with the amenities. Our girls (15 and 10) especially loved all the pools and how each one was different. Honestly, the pools, water slides, lazy river, water playground, and pirate ship made this resort a vacation all in itself.
everything about this resort was first class. Our 1 bedroom unit in tower 6 was spacious, the décor was beautiful. Would absolutely stay here again
The room was amazing and had a lot of space. Pool areas were amazing as well.
At times it was hard to find parking.
pools, amenties, location
Fantastic location convenient to all area attractions. Spacious, comfortable layout of our three-bedroom suite. Exceptionally well-stocked kitchen. Nice amenities on property -- pools, hot tubs, mini golf, game room.
(1) The entirety of our first two days and nights, there was a rhythmic banging noise coming from the walls and ceiling of one half of the suite. But, after notifying the front desk, they seemingly fixed the issue while we were out touring. (2) Not accommodating of request for 1 hour later check-out. (3) The on-site "convenience" store is poorly stocked for this type of facility. Resort could really benefit from a better-provisioned "grocery" store on premises. (4) Decor in rooms a bit dated and not great color scheme.
Whole resort was amazing.
