Parking in absolutely dark place - non safety Horrible and smelling room without furniture It is not motel it is something for workers Fees for late coming in 6:30 pm Wifi unavailable We left and found another motel, money didn't cashback We recommend close Motel 6, for similar price with cofee and pool
Very very dirty &damp. I seen the room & immediately canceld my reservation.
Very noisy..can hear very clearly in the room when people walk outside the corridor.
Didn..'the I will look closer at recommendations by booking.com
Hallway and room stinks, the bed was like a sway-back horse. Had to ask to get wash cloths. Floors in the entry area had not been mopped in ages.
the staff was very helpful, personally showed us the room and got us on line.
Great price. Huge room. Great shower. Clean room. good bed. Quiet.
Hallways and exterior of building are quite old and run down. Kind of a scary place to approach at night, but the room itself was clean, comfortable and did not smell bad.
absence of comfort, cleanliness, staff responsibility
Our window was had a piece of plywood covering the entire window! The carpet and chairs were covered with stains. Most of the buildings were closed because they were falling apart.
Very nice view of mountains out our window and air conditioner worked very well, just noisey
There were no lamps in the room, light switch way over by door so when you turned out light were in pitch black, only overhead light in bathroom hard to see to shave, rug was stained, nothing on walls for pictures, no chambermaid service, not even extra toilet paper had to go to office every day for clean towels, when we arrived there were no wash cloths, found a dead cockroach in hallway and killed a bug in our room, the pictures on site are very deceiving, nothing like they actually were, thank god we only used it for place to sleep and didn't spend much time there, looked like was a very nice motel in it's day sign said motel, restaurant and pool, no restaurant or pool, no ice machine, said wifi available in all areas, saw none. Nothing in lobby for sites in the area, no tv,,staff did not know where anything was for sites, didn't even know there was a visitors center just a few feet up the road
Not much.Sheets were clean.Room had been vacuumed. No bugs seen. Recently painted inside.
Oil stains in carpets, furniture was stained and dirty. Covers were old and seemed to be from Salvation Army left overs. Did not see any bed bugs. One wash cloth for both if us. No board trim in halls put up.
Cheap, good value, comfortable beds, decent location near the I-70.
Hotel room and general complex seemed a bit old and tired and falling apart. Better than other places I've seen though.
Price. Very affordable, big room
OMG! Couldn't find it, away from the road and not lit up. Had to ask at the gas station. Even my GPS couldn't recognise it! Then I got to reception it was 10.10pm and a sign on the door said they'd be back at 12.00am! Very awkward, had to knock on the living room window. Then I had to drive to my room on an untarmaced area which was very bizaare. Like the motel was still being built or something
The best part about this motel was when I was able. To drive away.
If this motel is an arm pit it could not smell worse. It is in bad. Need of some serious renovation and I mean serious. Torn, worn out carpet, broken windows, landscaping consists of weeds all around, units uninhabitable, swimming pool full of weeds and open to fall in. This place should condemned, not open for business.
We just went to the Passport Inn & Suites. After half an hour we've runned away from it. First of all I want to say that we have traveled the world enough. Morocco, India and Haiti are some of the places where we had less luxury accommodation. However, we had never found a place like this. The words that best define it are: grungy, dirty and Unhealthy. Not only it's been a long time since somebody did the cleaning or passed a lick of paint to the common areas but, upon entering the room ann important stale stench invaded us. In addition, there were hairs from the previous tenants, menstrual blood in the toilet bowl, etc. ... All this was not enough to discourage us until a rat came directly towards me. We left the key in the mailbox and we we've gone to the hotel next door. PLEASE, BOOKING, REMOVE THIS "HOTEL" FROM YOUR LIST A hotel may be better or worse and this is why scores exist, but a cavern like this should not appear here, as is a very bad image for Booking Acabem d'anar al Passport Inn & Suites de Green River. Hi hem estat mitja hora i n'hem marxat corrents !
the room was very, very dirty!
The young girls at the front desk were nice.
The building looked abandoned, nothing was plugged in in the room, half the tv channels were fuzzy, and the floor of the bathroom was dirty.
The picture on line.
Run down property. Swimming pool was full of tumbleweeds. Infested with crickets. Torn rugs in hallway. Unable to a just water temp in shower. Water was yellow. TV not hooked up.
Didn't charge us since she didn't check us in.
The family which allegedly took over management the day before we arrived did everything possible to assist us and was very friendly. We sensed that they needed the work, and wanted to help them get started by staying with them. Although dingy, there were no obvious signs of filth, so we bit the bullet, decided to make the best of it, and decided it would seem funny after it was over.
When booking, I neglected to read the recent comments. The horror stories are consistent with what we found. The property had been so neglected that it was much worse than places we've stayed in the third world. The owner blamed the condition on prior management, but we can't imagine that an owner would allow it to turn into a slum under ANY manager. There were several security lapses, including an inability to lock the door with the deadbolt. The room's wheezing a/c never cooled the room adequately. We couldn't tell if the highly worn and wrinkled sheets on one bed had been laundered, but we took a leap of faith. We almost decided to take the loss and move to another hotel. I would not recommend anyone put money on the line in advance of actually inspecting the room, and I hope the new management with the owner's support, will be able to turn things around. family that allegedly took over management just the day before we arrived did everything possible to assist us. Unfortunately
More than half the place looked empty and unsuitable for human occupation. It was filthy, dry pool full of tumble weeds, parking lot full of weeds, no one in attendance, smells, sign on counter says "no refunds".
Location, room clean and big. Helpful staff.
WiFi weak in room. Pool closed.
1. It is very old 2. They do not have a booking system. Even though I made a reservation online, when I got there, the staff said he did not have a computer. Basically, he did not know anything including booking price. You can tell him a random price and then he will accept. 3. He did not even know if they have available room or not. When I went to my room, there were someone living there!!! Then we switch to another room. When midnight, someone opened our door!!!!!!! OMG!!! 4. The room/ sheet/ carpet is DIRTY!!!!!! If possible, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!
Big rooms Value
No ice machine General disrepair of the building
