Facilities Staff Location Food The fact that I had to pay $15 / day for internet. This rankles. I had asked for an upgrade--I got (and was charged for) two upgrades. The nature of the upgrade charges was not clear. However, the upgrades were worth it, and I may have bought them even if I had known of the two separate charges. Just an annoying detail. (This was a function of Hilton itself, not of bookings.com.)

I like the large room (2001) and the great view. The location for what we were there for was great. My son had a grad school audition at the Boston Conservatory. I liked that there was shopping and dining within walking distance. It was just a nice stay. I will be back again. I booked my room on booking.com and the rate was terrific.

The location of the hotel was excellent - just about 250m from the main shopping areas. The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous. Unlike many US hotels that are hermetically sealed to prevent even the slightest breath of fresh air, the windows at the Hilton (in our room) could be opened. Yet despite that we still had issues with the airco system which was loud, kept us awake throughout the night, and was impossible to turn off despite requests made to staff. This was disappointing. Otherwise a good hotel.

I've stayed in the Hilton Back Bay Hotel (Boston, ma) for 2 nights recently and completely satisfied with the high-calibre professional staff (reception, help desk, catering), clean and comfort room, modern facilities. I've got complimentary coupons from the Hotel and it was really a pleasure to enjoy gorgeous breakfast. I'd certainly recommend the Hotel for all travelling to Boston and will surely make decision in favour of Hilton Back Bay Hotel during my next stay in Boston.

The people and the services were excellent. I would like the hotel can have a ramp to go to the restaurant as the one you have in the coffee shop and the internet.People with limitations walking and going upstairs can not go to the restaurant.

Location, view from room, pool and hot tub and big towels and comfy chaise lounges, chaise lounge in room, spacious room, Internet and computer access in lobby, friendly staff no SciFi channel, no tv guide, radio didn't seem to work, no breakfast included; cost of breakfast seemed excessive; couldn't get Internet access to work, location seemed too close to alleys, secluded

the location was good. it was in the middle of of everything, close to the prudential center and newbury street and everything else. the room was big and comfortable and well equipped. Internet wasn't complimentary. It was around $15.00 for 24h. it was only free in the lobby which didn't make sense, seeing that we were paying a good amount of money for our stay

Well it is an average hotel , nothing astonishing about it . if you'll be busy touring the city or in meetings all day and need a place to crash in the is clean and decent this will be a good choice. i would say that the hotel's strength points are : Location and room size. The staff were variable , I felt no standard in care of the visitors. You would be standing in the reception for check in and the same guy will offer different people different hospitality treats. They lack the hospitality factor bIG time . for five days 2 members of the concierge were up to the job and very nice and efficient . the rest (thumbs down) example: in a 5 stars hotel I dragged my back to the room when checking in ( and there was a bell captain watching) !! the other annoying thing is the WIFI . it is almost 15 dollars per night per device !! i've been traveling all over the world and never heard the per device thing. so when i bought the 24 hours thing i could only log on from my laptop and can't log my iPhone !!! that's retarded !!! the fact that it is not free to start with is Sick . and the lobby where is was supposed to be free , they had a problem with the system . VERY VERY POOR for 3 stars hotel not 5 ! a little advice : Hilton back bay go to europe or Dubai and just test/taste the hospitality . you are WAY BACK

Most of the staff was very helpful. We found one person to be very helpful and that was Koravee Xeung. She helped us book our trip on Amtrak and even tried to help me with logging on my iPad. The Concierge was very useful and helpful and a great service for us.
