Score from 826 reviews Very good
I liked the pool and the Starbucks sitting area at the loopy
They don't offer a free WiFi at the rooms
The manager went above and beyond when we had run into an issue with our room.
I had got a panoramic room for view over the water and I found out corner room looks over the water.
The accomodations and staff were wonderful.
The weather,LOL. If I could complain,I'd say the noise of the flushing toilets. You could hear them being flushed all around us.
The hotel was in a good location
The tub didn't drain right and the heat was stuck way to hight and the pillows hurt to sleep on
I reservered a "panoramic room" reserved over a week in advance. When arriving at the hotel the room was no longer available and I was charged just as much for the room. Very displeased.
Nice hotel with competitive prices in the offseason
Hotel garage did not have elevator to all floors and was dark and confusing; Overnight parking was very expensive $43
The barman Paul who certainly knew how to me a cocktail.
Stayed for five days over Christmas. Poor service on Christmas Day no lunch menu and standard menu for dinner. Over priced for a Hilton.
close to mall
parking is expensive
Paid 45 $ for parking. 15$ for wifi and lots of $ for fees!
Wifi is 15 dollars per night plus tax for maximum 3 devices. This is obscene in today's hotels. Won't stay again for this reason.
Location; size of room and batgroom; bed; cleanless.
Old carpet; food (just regular); breakfast
Views of city are unreal. Lovely room and lovely staff. They weren't snooty like The staff at some posh hotels.
Having to pay for wifi. Why ? Should I have to pay for water to come out of the tap ? Or perhaps coin slots in the tv? Why on earth at this price is wifi then extra ? In this day and age wifi should be free everywhere. Other than that everything else was excellent.
The hotel was very nice and the room was comfortable and cozy. The hotel is close to most of the tourist spots we wanted to see. Abigail, one of the concierge, was so nice and very helpful. She made our stay so much more pleasant.
nothing too fancy but everything done really nicely. Overall a great stay
cost of parking is outragous but I guess that goes with the territory of downtown Boston
Loved the location as it was next to the Prudential Mall. Everywhere we went was close by and we enjoyed every minute of it. The fitness was good and clean but the indoor swimming pool was small.
Starbucks is located at the lobby but closes early so a big downside for me as I am a coffee lover.
Near Back Bay train station and the Prudential Shopping Centre.
The hotel is modern but lacks free wifi in every room. There was no washing machine.
Location. Starbucks at the lobby.
Hotel decoration is a little bit dated. Room (on 25th floor) was small for a superior double room.
The overall feel of the hotel was friendly and professional. Every member of the staff we interacted with demonstrated helpfulness and courtesy; they could not have been nicer. The location is easy to get to from the Mass Pike (rt 90) and parking is available at the hotel (costly but convenient) it's located next to the Prudential center and has easy access to public transportation. The room was roomy and clean with a very good bathroom. We had a drink at the bar which was very nice with again, great staff. We will definitely use this hotel as our Boston getaway place in the future. jhg
everything clicked with us
Positive points: Location, on site parking, on site Starbucks
Arrived around 2:30p.m.- checking was 3p.m. I was immediately told the room wasn't ready, so we were given an " upgrade" room. According to the desk clerk, " it's a 400.00 room" the room was smaller than the picture of what we were to get . Outdated coffee machine, only decaf. Called the desk, asked for regular coffee and was brought 4 decals. I had to buy my own coffee. Beds were soft, pillows cheap as well as sheets. Room service was prompt with the wrong meal and missing desserts. I called and 25 min. Later the correct items were delivered. It was New Years and it was crowded, however it is The Hilton. We were happy due to the location, overall disappointment with. The hotel. Sorry-
The view :)
No free wifi
Value- The location for the money was good for New Year's eve because we used booking.com
We used booking.com and the Hilton computer never recognized us as a Hilton guess. We were like a side guess situation. Even when leaving the room key did not work to get out of the parking lot. Also the room had no TV remote and no shampoo etc. We had to call to get them.
Great location in Back Bay, brilliant for Newbury St shopping. Really comfortable beds and good large rooms.
No free WiFi. Dripping tap in one of our rooms. The noise of the lift was audible at times.
Great help from concierge/reception staff. Well placed for getting around Boston.
Room heating controls difficult to work - a bit too hot! not much of a problem though.
A memorable stay after the Wolcott New York. Beds extremely comfortable .attention to detail in all respects. Have already booked Hilton in Honolulu .thank u would definitely stay againxxx
