    Your Doorman - pay him way more money. The rest of the staff were excellent (except one), the Doorman was exceptional We didn't eat in the hotel - too busy sightseeing. All other facilities were of a very high standard

    A single member of staff let the side down - we had added another night to our holiday and he flatly denied that we had a booking. Luckily in the morning another member of staff was very helpful and ensured we didn't have to change rooms

    Pool gym breakfast

    The freezing aircon. None of the public rooms were comfortable enough temperature wise to invite lingering. No free wifi in rooms. Very poor in this day and age. Fact that when we changed rooms at 7 pm the room still wasn't ready for us to occupy.

    As you would expect of the Hilton everything was great: efficient staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds etc. The toiletries were lovely.

    I would have liked free wi-fi in the room. It was free in the lobby so not much of a problem.

    The Hilton Back Bay is in a premier location. It is within walking distance of Fenway Park, the Prudential Center (shops and restaurants) is across the street. The Hynes Convention can be accessed from the Prudential Center. Hospitality in Boston was excellent.

    We liked that it was close to everything. The tour buses were just steps away. The room was very clean and comfortable.

    The price for breakfast. ( no complimentary breakfast) No free WiFi. Lack of security. (people come in and out ).

    Liked the location, close to Fenway Park, within walking distance to most everything

    Room was average, beds were small, expected more for the price in the room and the hotel. Hotel dining was very expensive!

    the bed sheet has blood spots on it. The house keeping did not change the bath towels and did not replace the glass cups.

    Location The room was big

    1. Staff was not cooperative, I needed to "squeeze" answers from them. 2. I had few problems with packages delivered to the hotel for me; I needed to ask for them for few times till I actually got them. 3. When I checked in I was given a room which is literally facing a wall, when I asked to be moved to another room I was told that this roon was given to me because I booked it through booking.com which automatically assigned me that room. They moved me to another room which faces only few chimneys and a parking building. Although they promised me in a day or two to a room with a better view - they didn't.

    Great location, close to shopping districts, fenway Park and lots of food options. Great view from our room. Staff let us check in early and the checkout is nice and late at noon.

    The location of the hotel was convenient for the hop-on hop-off bus.

    The decor was very very dated, and the room amenities were not in keeping w the Hilton standard elsewhere. The hotel is not quite even a 3* property. We couldn't borrow any umbrellas or electric adaptors. Staff seem pre-occupied and uninformed. Extremely overpriced for the quality offered.

    they do not pick up trays left in hall way. Have to step around them. AC in room pre set and could not change.

    Unreliable. When I arrived they told me that some guests extended their stay and therefore they did not have a room for me, even though my reservation was warrantied with a platinum American Express card. The city was pretty sold out and I could not find a room in any hotel within a 30 mile radius. Do not trust this hotel with your reservation.

    Staff were lovely and very helpful; expec. Restaurant Manager and staff. Room was very comfortable and very good value and location.

    Hotel was very conveniently near transport links and within walking distance of parks, restaurants,places of interest and shops.

    Internett was not free and was rather slow in room.

    Perfect location. Big, very clean room with nice view of the city and Charles river. Comfy bed. Fine bathroom.

    Breakfast was terrible. No luggage racks. When I asked for a taxi, someone from the staff called his friend and insisted I should go with him instead. I'd say it is overpriced.

    Location is perfect. Very friendly staff and very accommodating. Room in 26th floor w excellent views of the city.
