    The Marriott Long Wharf is situated on Boston's water front and allows for easy pedestrian access to Fanueil Hall, Government Center, the Financial District and the North End. Restaurants and bars a plenty are within walking distance and the rejuvenated Seaport District is just a short cab ride away. Staff and amenities at the hotel were excellent. I highly recommend the Marriott Long Wharf.

    We had lots of towels! Nice, especially when our granddaughter wanted to swim. Room overlooked harbor, which was a nice view in the morning upon awakening.

    Security issues = anyone has access to elevators to the guest floors. Not safe at night, especially for women alone.

    The location was outstanding

    We advised the hotel that there were 3 people staying in the room and paid accordingly. We contacted house keeping to have the sofa bed made up. We went to dinner and were gone approximately 3 hours and returned around 10.30pm. The sofa bed still wasn't made up and we had to wait another half an hour upon our return to get the linen, which was handed to us. Not really acceptable.

    FANTASTIC, FRIENDLY STAFF THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL. THE RESTAURANT WAS OUR CHOICE FOR OUR ENTIRE STAY...BREAKFAST AND DINNER ALL 3 DAYS.. THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS MUCH BETTER THAN WELL KNOWN BOSTON EATERIES. WE WILL ALWAYS STAY AT THE MARRIOTT WHEN WE VISIT BOSTON!

    ABOUT THE ONLY THING WE FELT WAS NOT RIGHT WAS THE EXTRA FEE FOR WI-FI. IN MOST HOTELS IT'S FREE. WE HAD OUR GRANDSON ALONG (10 YRS. OLD) AND HE NEEDED THE HOOK-UP.

    Staff super helpful and check in person upgraded us to Concierge floor. Doorman also super helpful. All in all, five stars.

    Location is maybe the best in Boston beautiful view and very convenient for walking Nice staff

    Location, location, location!! We took the water taxi from the airport via the free shuttle to the waterfront and it brought us straight to Long Wharf! Perfect way to enter the city!! T-stop (Aquarium/blue line) right there! Sooo convenient to the North End eateries, Fanuel Hall, Freedom Trail and Quincy Market. Nice view of Columbus Park from our room. Son loved the 'pool with a view' of the Harbor. Starbucks downstairs A+.

    A bit pricy (~$1500 total, icl tax) for 3 nights, 1st week in April.

    All staff extremely helpful. Doorman set us up with a great driver. Better than taking a cab. No running up the meter. Pool and hot tub relaxing. Just get there before the kids.

    It was school vacation week so there were lots of kids.We knew that ahead of time. One night the kids very rambunctious could feel our room shake.

    Can't really blame the hotel but the pool was so constantly filled with children, even fairly late, that it was hardly worth swimming-and the pool was the main reason we chose the hotel. The restaurant was decent but over priced.

    From the moment we walked in and met the front desk person we were treated like royalty. Our room was so nice, clean and comfortable. The bed was awesome. The folks at the bar were friendly and took the time to talk with us, it was not all business with them.

    pool, hot tub and lobby were full of little kids, running all around with little or no supervision. our room was just off of the lobby on the second floor and it was very loud till well after 2am.

    there was an alarm going off at 5:30 - 6 am in a room near us and we could hear it and no one was in that room to shut off. No refrigerator or microwave in rooms, though did provide a microwave when called and requested prior to arriving, parking cost were very expensive, should be included with room for the prices.

    Being in easy access to airport and city .

    The bedding - partner is restless sleeper and the bedding sounds like you are crumpling up paper every time you move.
