overpriced coffee in front of restaurant
Bed so comfy!
Wish there had been a fridge in the room!
I liked the aesthetics of the place; the bar/restaurant; and the friendliness of the staff.
The price was very high, and when I asked for an AARP or AAA discount the receptionist said she could not oblige because I booked it through you, rather than through the hotel itself.
everything about this hotel was excellent but it was a bit pricey. If you can afford it, it's a good place to stay.
the room, pool. Staff very friendly and helpful
No frig to put leftover food and to put beverages.. No TV topics to look up channels . No information on cost of movie rentals
Good location and excellent service.
Call from reception as soon as we entered the room to check if everything is ok. Comfortable and spacious. Convenient location in quite area by motorway.
Outside city centre.
The staff was incredible, food was wonderful at the hotel's restaurant, amenities were remarkable. The room was pristine and very comfortable. Complimentary mimosas to celebrate our honeymoon was a nice touch. Very happy and will be staying again
Food prices were a little high, but worth it, the food was delicious
Bed was comfortable.
Would have liked refrigerator in room. Would have liked complimentary coffee in AM
Noisy in the room
very expensive food expensive breakfast expensive very noisy
the room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast offered was excellent withe the omelet bar being a nice surprise. Staff was also very friendly. Did not use the pool but it did look very inviting..
We arrived following a transatlantic flight and the usual hassle of collecting a hire car. The friendly welcome from the lady on your front desk was not only appreciated...it was needed! On departure the next day, I suggested to the equally friendly front desk that they consider a Nobel prize for the designer of the shower soap. What seemed initially to be a silly shape proved to be ideal. You obviously employ people who can think about customer comfort!
The Staff was so friendly, they acted like we where a guest in their own homes, Shaun was so cool
New rooms. Breakfast
The hotel is dated. For the price at least coffee should be free if not a continental breakfast. The rooms are very small. The elevators are slow and loud. The hotel is severely overpriced; at best it's a $70 per night facility.
It was right off the interstate.
Our room key was given to several different occupants - staff cited computer failure the first time. Second time, different stanger, we got the same excuse. I worried about leaving the room during the day that someone would enter it again. There was no backup system in place for when the computer went down. Having multiple folks walk in on you when you pay $200/room/per night is not acceptable.
Close to Peabody industrial park
Free wifi some time slow
Bed sheets were ripped
being close to I95 Good room staff
No free coffee Did not like AC blowing on beds Not enough cable TV stations- no Bravo-no ESPN2
The food was good. The bed was cozy
Housekeeping was rude and very nosey. They came in my room 14 times and walked in. There was not a smoke detector the window did not lock and I was on the first floor.
I liked the location, right off highway & beds were comfortable.
Staff was extremely rude. I called before arriving & asked if I could leave a cash deposit for incedental charges & a woman said yes. Upon arrival, front desk agents were rude! Refused to let me check in because they do NOT accept cash upon. heck in, so I had to leave to go to CVS to buy a pre paid debit card so that I could check in! So I was lied to when I called & every other time I spoke to staff, they were cold & rude! Will never return to this hotel
The food ate for breakfast was excellent. The room was clean & ready.
The room next door was having a party with loud music, screaming, and perhaps heavy drinking at 1 am. Security was called 4 times before the party was ended. The security guard was rude to me on the phone.
Modern, convenient, friendly
There was a long curly hair on our bathroom counter glasses. Gross.
The smell aromatheapy was very strong and manly.
