“ Our Second time to stay at the Omni Parker. Friendly atmosphere. Safe feeling in the middle of the city. Able to come back to hotel with shopping or just to rest before going out again. Its so close to airport, only 30 minutes or to door on the T. Will definitely back and recommend it fully. ”

We loved the history and charm of the hotel, and the location was perfect. We walked many miles around the wonderful city of Boston and looked forward to the very comfortable beds at the end of our busy day!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was right next door to a group of young students who were very boisterous so the hotel graciously reduced our room price. The rooms are small, especially the bathrooms. Because of that they are not as well appointed as they could be if they were bigger.

-Beautiful, classy decor -Wonderful bars, some of the best in the city -High level of customer service -Great location -Most comfortable bed ever! -Great room temperature controls -I love that the Omni tries to be green (you can specify if you want your bed made everyday, etc) -Room service, fitness center, wifi, valet parking are great services -Select Guest program for extra benefits, free to enroll -I'm happy that I upgraded to a queen room and paid an extra $40 per night for it--totally worth it -Absolutely great history--JFK proposed to Jackie at Parker's Restaurant, Malcom X was a busboy, etc. It's nice to stay someplace that has so much character! -Great hotel for Red Sox game. Quick T ride over, and I'm glad we stayed in the financial district--better for sight-seeing, restaurants, etc. -Valet parking is kind of expensive, but it was nice not to have to deal with parking in a city I don't know well

Location. Decor. Mattress. Helpfulness of Jackson, the doorman. Fast elevators. Check in was an hour-plus late. Lack of knowledge by concierge. Water was too soft. Shower was very slick and mat was hidden from view.

Central location Poor room-Cramped, no fridge, bath was pitted with holes in the finish, bed cover had a big piecec missing out of it, awful view from window, heater/ air con too noisy to use, No iPod docking station as listed on booking details. Too many staff blocking doorways in to entrance. Very expensive for what it provided. Comfort is all in the lobby!! Having to pay extra for wireless in our room. No breakfast included in the price.

Great location in the centre of Boston right on the Freedom Trail. A historic hotel with a touch of luxury. My room had a very comfortable bed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who can afford it. Compact sized room, although well-equipped, clean and comfortable. TV reception was patchy with no signal some of the time. Although I got a good deal for this hotel, it's still pricey. Check-in was a little chaotic as key-cards couldn't be issued and the bellhop taking guests to their rooms didn't know what was happening.

The location doesn't get any better, right in the heart of Boston and its most popular tourist attractions. It was pricy and the bathrooms are small but I still think it was a good deal given the time of year we traveled and its location.

Staff was exceptional. Bed was comfortable. Origin of the Boston Creme Pie. It's an older building. Elevators are a little slow, rooms are small, dated furnishings.

Good location Nice room, good desk Good fitness center Very good staff Poor wifi service that you have to pay for. This really turns me off, especially when 90% of the hotels I stay at have free wifi that has a good signal. At Omni Parker House, you can pay for slow internet or pay more for fast internet. Also, unfair prices for breakfast. Most hotels don't mark up an order of pancakes to 15 dollars. To me these sorts of mark ups make the hotel seem a bit unsavory, especially with regard to the wifi.

Ambiance Too tight quarters for a two-bed room. That made the "bargain" lose the value it was advertised for.
