Staff at the desk were helpful. The cleaning staff did not leave clean towels and I requested more but they were never delivered. |

We went to eat in the North End and shopping. We were a bit taken back that the water was turned off at 10am and we were not notified prior to coming and not compensated in any way. |

central location, very close to subway. actually on the freedom trail path would recommend on these points alone. however, also very clean, attentive staff and am sucker for anything that looks grand!!! |
