ロケーションがボストンの中心にあり便利。また、ホテルの雰囲気や施設はとても良い。 廊下の話声が聞こえやすいのが少し気になった程度。 |

スタッフがきびきびと行動し、プロ意識を持って動いておられるので、気持ちがよかった。外国の大手ホテルに- あるだらだらと仕事をしてる人の姿は無く、スタッフが皆プライドを持って仕事をしているように感じられた。- １部屋でもあってよかったが、予約してるのに無いといわれないために、事前に電話で確認する必要があるよう- です。 2部屋を予約しているのに１部屋しか予約されていないと言われ、その上空き部屋がなく、４人で１部屋を利用- することになり１部屋に４人は狭く、不快であった。長男がアメリカ在中で何度か利用しており、推薦してくれ- ただけに、本人も残念がっていました。 |

The location is ideal for a 3 day exploration of boston. historic sites and metro to all my must see locations was my main reason to book here. The room I was allocated was claustrophobically small, dark and cramped.... far inferior to our room at the Omni Washington for more money per night, yet nominated as a higher star rating. The "view" out the window into a dirty grey chimney-like atrium on arrival is heartbreaking and we kept the blind drawn thereafter incase the window opposire, about 20 feet away, could see right in! We were "shafted" but fortunately we spent little time in the hotel. Incidentally, the hallway outside our room smelt of fish cooking the whole of our stay. |

I was on a 36 hour turn round business trip - I appreciated the friendly staff the rapid and efficient service and the very comfortable surroundings. Easy access to the business district also made life easier |

Even though they could not find my reservation and they were sold out they gave me a room. When they did find my reservation they did offer to let me move into the nicer room. They could not find my reservation |

Free WLAN in hotel lobby, clean room, personel busy but working quickly, equipped according to 5 star standard, but... Room was tiny. 40 USD for parking! (Valet service). They charged 10 USD for "VISA" and I had to claim refund, They offered a relatively good rate, but they charged it twice. They rectified the situation, after I complained by email, but I recommend that you should carefully check invoice and statement of credit card if you decide to stay there. |

The location was excellent. We did not have to walk very far to get to the hop on hop off bus or any of the historic landmarks. They had no record of our booking, but this was soon resolved and we were given a room at the price quoted. |

9.9 on 10 for the smiling and helpful staff, the good restaurant ( à la carte) in a nice dining room and good, affordable wine I didn't ask for an 'adapted' room, but maybe because of our group of age, we had one and the sitting arrangement is kind of weird when we don't need this kind of facility. |

Great location, historical building, friendly staff... but the hotel is ready for an upgrade, it's getting old and would really need a refresher. We usually stay at the Omni Berkshire in NY, and it's really not the same level as the Berkshire is completely renovated but kept its old charm. |
