Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers

The beds were confortable. The room has double bathroom.

The bathroom and lavatory were very unconfortable.

Comparing to the hotel public area the room looks hold and need some renovation.

Very classy and elegant, excellent facilities, very comfortable accomodations, romantic, excellent service

High cost

The location is perfect

The location was very good, as was the standard of the room itself. Whatever we required was available and we were impressed with the direct link to airline's on-line check in service.

Our only (small) gripe was the fact that we had an adjoining room with other, unconnected persons. The soundproofing was poor and we could hear every word being spoken by the couple next door, and were woken by whistling, bathroom functions etc. We would have preferred to have been made aware of the type of room on checking in so that we could have requested a change.

Confertable beds

room was very dated and small, cost of room service was too high, cleanliness was poor

the hotel was close to everything the beds were too small and so was the room.

Staff was very friendly, uncomplicated, patient and helpfull. Great location in the center of the city. Easy access to public transport, park, cafes and shops.

Not so clean, comparing swiss standards ;-)

close proximity to boston gardens, newbury street shopping, rooms were very clean and staff was excellent

The hotel staff responded wonderfully to our questions, good services and the size of the room make our stay comfortable. I would stay again if going to this arae

Location was great! Easy access to all downtown sites.

I thought that it was quite unusual that they did not have coffee in the rooms and / or complimentary in the lobby. I had to go outside of hotel to get morning coffee. Did not make me happy.
