クリスマスの飾りつけがきれいで、ロビーはとても雰囲気がよかったです。 朝食が内容のわりに高かったので、すぐ外にある軽食がお勧めです。 |

Location.. close to trolley tours and boston common and other tours Hotel was old and dirty. Blinds in room didn't work, old clunky furniture, bathroom door missing paint.. bare wood on back side of door with strips of paint still on it. Great location, great potential, needs alot of money and attention to improve. |

The hotel is very well positioned. The rooms at 15th floor can benefit of the nice Lounge. The furniture was ok, so was the view on the park. Pillows and bed was not perfectly clean |

The location was very good, as was the standard of the room itself. Whatever we required was available and we were impressed with the direct link to airline's on-line check in service. Our only (small) gripe was the fact that we had an adjoining room with other, unconnected persons. The soundproofing was poor and we could hear every word being spoken by the couple next door, and were woken by whistling, bathroom functions etc. We would have preferred to have been made aware of the type of room on checking in so that we could have requested a change. |

The bed was comfy. The lobby is nice. My first room had mosquitoes and moths! It wasn't very clean. Very very small. No coffee machine in the room. I could every word that was being said next door. |

Location. Very noisy--it was impossible to get a nights sleep.We were often left short towels,soap,shampoo etc.and the stopper for the sink diden't work. |

Staff was very friendly, uncomplicated, patient and helpfull. Great location in the center of the city. Easy access to public transport, park, cafes and shops. Not so clean, comparing swiss standards ;-) |

The staff was very attentive and polite. The setting is impressive very old and extravagant, but still not expensive as in the middle of Boston! The coffee served as "coffee pot" option (14 dollars) was not steamed/italian coffee but filter coffee. I was very disappointed, it should be written somewhere as most Europeans like "fresh steam" coffee... |
