クリスマスの飾りつけがきれいで、ロビーはとても雰囲気がよかったです。

朝食が内容のわりに高かったので、すぐ外にある軽食がお勧めです。

1927年開業ということで、部屋の大きさや設備では最新のものに比べ見劣りするものの、歴史的建造物に泊ることが出来るのは貴重な体験。また、ホテル内のレストランが全て素晴らしく、料金も手ごろなので外出の必要が無い。

部屋の設備に関しては、セーフティボックスが無いことが不満。

お湯が出るのに時間が掛かった。

sometimes chaotical service: e.g. coffe break at conference: sometimes milk missing, sometimes water missing, sometimes spoon missing....

Courteous and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Very efficient elevators! Attractive period building and decor.

No tea or coffee facilities in room.

The location was the only positive. After i booked it i could have gotten a better deal through Travelocity and saved myself about $240.00.

The bathroom was very small. I had to ask twice to get my room serviced. They never vacuumed it. It had a beer cap & pistaccio shells left from the previous guest. They were still there after a week when i left.

Changing room to get away from all the noise by my allocated room. The staff at front desk they were very helpful about this.

No coffee/tea maker in room. Very annoying. The hotel is clearly a very successful and busy venue but to be honest I would have preferred a smaller quieter hotel. I have not read any guest reveiws on your web site so cannot answer that question below.

Be prepared for very small bathrooms; this might not be an issue, but they are super-tiny

Location. 2 blocks from Boston Commons and metro station; Walking distance from all major attractions. 3 good Restaurants inside the premisses; very helpfull and kind staff, particularly the concierges. Definitely recommend.

The price. The dayly rate jumped from US $146 on Friday to $250 Sat - Mon due to the Marathon. I consider it an abuse. Around 20-30% increase would be fair and acceptable.

The fast check in and the fast check out. The room was quiet ant clean.

I think that $40 for car parking is too much. I stayed 3 nights and the cost of the car would have been another doay fee for a room. I graduated reduction might be a good alternative to a single fee. Some nights the car was kept right on the street outside the hotel and I still paid $40. Fair?
