The hotel rooms were beautiful, large and very comfortable with amazing views out to the harbour. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel like part of the family. There was a lovely lounge with coffee, pool table and comfy sofas. The location is excellent, right on the harbour and a short walk to the aquarium, Fanueil Hall and the market. We truly couldn't fault our stay, it was the nicest hotel we've ever stayed at and somewhere that we'll remember for a long time.
If you want to experience the North End of Boston, this is the place to stay. We were steps away from being right in the middle of everything in the North End and, minutes away from TD Garden and, other historical places. The staff was amazing and, the woman who checked us in took the time to find out why we were in Boston so she could highlight areas on a local map of places we should see.
parking. They only have 5 spots to park and if the lot is full, the gate attendant won't let you in to check in. Once you have checked in, you need to move your car but, it's Boston.
Everything is great about this Inn. The room and the view were fabulous.
Everything was great
the staff Reney is wonderfull. everythiny is just great, breakfast is simple, but very acceptable to us.
Everything was just what we wanted. We had spent a few days in New York which was full on and then we spent a few days in Boston and this Hotel was just what we needed to unwind. The room, the staff and the views were first class.
Proper teas bags for us English guest, but I'm just being picky.
a view for a bay; a cozy hotel in a walking distance from a market and a shopping center; relaxing atmosphere; a big, spatial and comfortable room, very kind and friendly staff, very clean hotel in a safe area
Wonderful views; central location; Fabulously appointed room and RICK, who was wonderful.
Great location and great value for money. Close to tourist attractions and public transport. Beatiful views of the city and harbour.
great little hotel, very friendly staff and nice rooms, the best view in town.
minor issue but wifi signal in our room was weak. also location can be not so convenient for some.
This place is a hidden treasure---spectacular views of the harbor, spacious, comfortable rooms, walking distance to Quincy Market, and access to water taxis right at your door! It was very cool.
Amazing, huge rooms with an abundance of in-room facilities and comfort. Very quiet location minutes from everything.
Parking is a pain; out of room facilities are minimal.
Bedroom was very comfortable Views over the harbour were good
Cost of stay was too high bearing in mind what was available. Breakfast such as it was , lacked imagination Wi fi in bedroom did not work Limited hot drinks available in room.
In the city but quiet.
The position was excellent for my husband - a keen sailor. Close to the centre for walking but far enough away to be restful.
The room was very cozy. Great view of the city and harbor from our room. Walking distance to quincy market, aquarium and TD garden. Staff are friendly.
We wanted to use a different credit card when we arrived but before I could say that the woman already put my card through. I couldn't use my card while in Boston because it was my debit card and the bank put ahold on it. And two days later I still can't use it. I recommend not using your debit card.
The cozy atmosphere and views were awesome! One of the few hotels I have stayed in where I didn't want to leave my room...granted it was raining but you truly feel like you are in a house which is so much more relaxing then a normal hotel. I wish I had more time to spend in this hotel and will def go back one day.
There wasnt a vending machine for snacks or sodas so I had to go searching for a store which wasn't that close by.
Location was excellent, walking distance to so much. Staff were morethan excellent in helping with planning etc. Large, spacious, comfortable room. Great breakfast each day.
Not much, coffee and tea selection could be better.
Breakfast View of city and water Proximity to historic sites
Breakfast Inoperative wi-fi High cost
Size of the room, excellent breakfast, incredible views of the harbor, ALL was wonderful
The view, the large size and comfort of the room and the central location as well as scenic position of the hotel. Lovely breakfast too which you take back to your room.
Location is great and harbor view is too.
Parking is a big issue - you have to park a block or two away
Horrendous weather during my stay (60 mph winds) and the staff made sure everyone stayed warm and dry. Great views, great location.
Keep in mind that this is an inn, not a hotel. The day I checked in, staff checked out by 5:45pm. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but just coffee & team onsite.
Take the water taxi shuttle from Logan airport, hop on a water taxi right to the hotel. This hotel has only 10 rooms and is a 5 minute walk to Quincy Market, Fanuil Hall and the North End restaurants we love.
Nothing. We cannot wait to go back.
The view! The proximity to Fanueil Hall and downtown Boston. Kuerig coffee makers in the room. Best of all, Rick at the desk, was just wonderful, gracious and welcoming.
