Such à good location for this small hotel ! Big rooms very well decorated, nothing to add but could be even now considered as a B&B with delicious breakfast ready to pick up on level 1 and to be serves in your room.
Poor quality of Wi Fi. Expensive
Location, comfort and view of the harbour. The room was quite large with wonderful ceilings with exposed timbers. The balcony opened on to the harbour and was a delightful space to sit and drink watching the boats
Poor housekeeping by the cleaning staff. Failing to replace water, coffee and tea and failure to clean the bathroom
Big room, extra queen bed and sofa bed. Breakfast is buffet in hall outside bedroom. So easy!
Not quite warm enough for extra beds.
We loved our stay here. Our room was a really good size with a soaring wood ceiling and a good sized terrace overlooking the harbour.the room had a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The room was decorated in blues and white, it was very relaxing. Breakfast was laid out on the landing and it was nice to be able to take it back to the terrace and eat looking out on the boats below. We'll definitely return
The bathroom was teeny but adequate .
Boston yacht haven is in the perfect location & the staff is very friendly & willing to help with anything!
Nothing. My fiancee & I loved it!
The accommodations and staff were excellent!
Lack of parking for guests.
The location is very good if you want to explore Boston, want to sleep in a quiet place and don't mind walking a little bit to get to the center. People were very friendly.
Breakfast was left outside the rooms for us to collect. For the price I would have expected a proper breakfast room with more variety. Quality was good, though, and I understand that with a small number of rooms keeping such a service could be costly.
My wife and I revisited Boston after moving to California eight years ago. I wanted both comfort, convenience and to entertain old friends. Our room, 206, was perfect, very well equipped and had a balcony large enough for a group of more than 10 and the best view of boston, the Harbor and the airport available.
Very clean. Very friendly. Convenient location.
Balcony, large room, big bathroom and shower, comfy bed, breakfast in room on the balcony, taking the water taxi, VIEW
No onsite parking
Superb accomodations! The staff and location were excellent.
Lack of onsite parking.
We had a room with a very spacious deck, where we spent most of our time. The room was beautiful. The breakfast was a plus. We would definitely come back, because we had the best location in all of Boston, and didn't need to go anywhere.
Lack of parking. We had to drive back to the TD North Garden to find a lot and in between we got lost and ended up at Logan. All the lots that were close were full. A list of lots that took overnight guests would be helpful, because some seemed not to. The bath, for such a spectacular room, left something to be desired. Trying to find enough room to put down the bath mat between the toilet and tub was a challenge. The part with the sink could have had a counter on the other side from the sink where you could spread out your toiletries.
The location is within walking distance to the Harbor and the Italian Restaurants. It was extremely hot while we were there and it was close enough to seek refuge with a AC break.
Initially I was "disappointed" that there was no on site parking - however, the Valet at Lewis Wharf (200yards) was extremely accommodating and made a spot for me and at $15 a day, as opposed to the $40 at some Hotels, made the Haven a even better deal.
Beautiful spot! The rooms are unique and extremely comfortable!
Great rooms...large, nice views, well fitted and have character.
Wifi is too complex to connect to. None of the cabs seem to be able find the location despite GPS!
Very helpful staff. Prime location and views terrific.
Limited to a continental breakfast. En-suite facilities a bit cramped, but adequate.
Stunning property with an excellent staff and amazing rooms! Absolutely perfect!
Location was excellent. Room beautiful and having the outside decking area was great to watch the world go by on the river. Aquarium was a stones throw along with the bus tours. A five minute walk from Quincy's Market as well.
The bathroom let the room down but apart from that everything was great.
Very comfortable and quiet. Everyone was very friendly. Special thanks to Cheryl, at the front desk, for giving such great referrals and directions. It made our stay that much more enjoyable!
The fact that we couldn't stay longer!
location and scenery and room decor
late check in was not easy as doors were locked and we had to call the man on duty.It would have been easier if a bell was used
This is a small exclusive hotel with just eight large rooms. The perfect getaway location on Boston harbour. A wonderfully peaceful location moments away from all that Boston has to offer.
Location of this hotel is suberp, especially for sea lovers. Major Boston attractions are a short walk away. Personnel was very kind and helpful to us.
Great view, spacious room, lovely deck, nice Boston location though a bit of a walk through a parking lot (not nice if alone at night).
Horribly overpriced (still trying to wrap my head around how they charge $500/night for this level of accommodation and service), no service really (e.g. no phone access to reception, staff available only during day, the door locks after 6pm, very limited breakfast spread left awkwardly in the corridor), bathroom is very old and icky (must be completely replaced), room needs care and more personal touches, common areas are very basic. I would not recommend or ever consider again unless they slash their prices tremendously. Not sure why people rate this place so high, certainly the ratings fooled me. Unless you think a view is worth what you are paying, do not expect much else.
Perfect location, extremely friendly staff. Comfortable stay with the greatest view of the harbor. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!
Luxurious, spacious accommodation. Beautifully appointed room. Wonderful views across harbour. Very friendly, helpful staff.
Nothing. All excellent.
