Boulder Station Hotel Casino  

This hotel is a good value and well situated if you are not looking for an hotel on the strip.

price reasonable.

Arcade for children keep taking money but did not work, need arcade attendant.

The Luxury of the Hotel,availability of coffee and tea in the room. Iron was also available. Staff were helpful and efficient.The buffet was very cheap and had a great luxury of choice and available all day from 7am -9pm. Ample parking availableCinemas and kid's quest(children play area-charge of $8/hr-max 5 hrs) available.

The outdoor swimming pool,atmosphere full of cigarette smoke as the casino was in the middle of all the access areas and restrauants.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Front desk people were very nice and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

It was a nice hotel, my room clean and had a very nice view.

Did not appreciate extra charges after I had booked the room online with one price!!! Please add everything the hotel charges your customers when folks are booking online so that there won't be any surprises!!!!!

Rooms were clean and the food was good. Good value for the money.

The buffet should open at 7 am.

Second time staying here and found accommodations very nice. Food in buffet is above average, especially compared to some of the downtown casinos. Great that they have a Starbucks.

Typical of casinos is the cigarette smoke prevalent in the gaming area. Other casinos seem to do a better job of removing it. As a non-smoker it is quite obnoxious.

Loved the friendly staff clean room with a great clean fresh smell...I could not have been happier with the hotel 5 stars all around.

Nothing bad to say

Too hard to get to room from parking & too many rules & too many hidden charges

The staff were kind and the rooms were simple yet nice.

Staff was great and rooms were clean and the food there was great.

The beds were fine, but the wood they had for the bottom border hurt when you ran into the corners... :(

The rooms were very clean, and comfortable, as was the casino floor. The kiss concert was awesome!

I played slots for nearly an hour on several different occasions and not once did anyone ask me if I wanted a drink. As a matter of fact I don't even recall seeing any waitresses while I played the slots, so I want to the bar and purchased my own. I do realize that it was the New Year's Holiday and that it was quite busy which is why I decided not to mention anything at the hotel check out desk when asked about my stay. I appreciate this opportunity to express my feelings. Salome Foster

spacious room, nice view, friendly staff, very good price not too far from the strip kids quest

too much smoke in the casino and even in a non smoking room sometimes you feel the smoke coming up through the AC there is nothing fancy in this hotel but if you're looking for a good price quality ratio that's the one

Great Room and service

Rooms are clean, modern, comfortable, and spacious at a affordable price. Buffet are affordable and good selection. I would stay here again for the value but there is things that could be addressed.

Due to the Buffet being so affordable it brings in undesirable local's that live near by like bums, thugs, and local families all wearing their pajama. The area has high crime from thugs living just down from the casino in extended stay hotels. There is police lights going every night in the area, free entertainment, But it is safe for the most part inside the casino they do have good security, but they can't discriminate who walks through the door I guess.

The price was right and it's true you get what you pay for...

The staff especially the Hosts Shane was very rude like they owned the place and didn't welcome out of town guests.

I didn't like this hotel. They charged a room fee which was not in the booking. It was advertised as a place adapted for children and it is not. The service is not friendly at all. It's a noisy place next to the motorway and far away from las Vegas Strip. I was told it was near by and it is 20 min away by car.

Casino staffs are friendly. Mr. Erdman Michale was very nice. He checked our play card once at the table and remembered our name for the rest of our stay! We only find that in Lake Tahoe just because we visit the casinos very often there; this was our 1st trip to Boulder so we were very impressed with him. It's personal things :-)

I wish that the resort fee's was notated at booking time and the amount plus the extra deposit need at time of check in. I will never stay at Boulder Station again

Lots of dust on tables, stools not cleaned at all. Most Most importantly it says 7 minutes from Laz Vegaz trip, this is totally a fat lie!! and this is why i put poor on the location. it is actually about 25 minutes by car from the trip, so this detail shouldbe changed.

Kid Quest. Great ideal to have it in casino but would be better if you got a bit of a discount if you have more then one kid.

Pool to small. No designated non-smoking section. Especially around the Kid Quest and food areas.

I thought it was lame that I didn't know anything about the $100 fee until I checked in, even though it was put right back on my card after, I had no idea/

The price. This was the last night of a very expensive holiday, and needed somewhere cheap to get my head down.

Don't want to criticise. As you get what you pay for, but having stayed 3 nights at Aria, and then 5 at Dreams in Cabo, this was a real shock to the system, much better value to be found on the strip
