After 12 food become super cheap. Like pancakes 2$ egg sandwich 2$ but quality is awesome. Nice casino and shows.
Location is far from strip.
strong smell of cleaning bleach or smth like that reception within smoking area, but that problem of all such hotels, except major ones
we had a broken toilet seat, problem with shower, bad bed, small pillows, no xtra blankets, problem w heating & so on.Also paid big money 4 buffet & it was very poor quality. unable part of it.
Everyting I'm like
the man at the front desk was very rude I had problems because of booking with booking.com they would not accommodate me the hotel had no lights in the room ask for extra pillows when we ordered the room they sent no extra pillows the bedspread the blanket was two feet wide there was only a sheet and a cotton little blanket the worst part I was stuck there for the first night thinking that I was booked for two nights and they did not want to accommodate me and make me the customer comfortable and right they were not fair they were the most rude people I've ever dealt with I stayed in another one down the street the next night beautiful place best personnelanywhere would make Boulder Station look like bad bad bad news
The staff was nice, helpful, and accommodating. The facility was clean. Restaurants were nice, clean and food was good. We are planning to come back.
The in room HVAC didn't work very well. Would have liked a coffee maker in the room
The food the night front desk lady. Very freindly and helpful. She help us on stay extra night. Would stay again loved the staff.
The mexican rest. Waitess was rude and not helpful at all. The bathrooms in the room could have been cleaner. Hair on the walls and roof of showers. Beds more soft.
Unsupervised kids raising HELL in adjacent room
at 6:30 pm on saturday, there were 7 parties standing in line to check in and only 1 clerk was working at the desk when we arrived; her customer had some sort of problem which required the clerk to repeated get on the phone and greatly delaying the processing of their registration. all of us parties begin those at the desk were fuming in the line at the delay. finally a second clerk arrived and took 5 minutes to get ready to do the job. adding insult to injury, 3 supervisor/manger type persons then showed up behind the desk and were smiling, joking, and talking to each other while all of us parties in line continued to fume over the excessive delay. the managers didn't seem at all concerned that 7 parties were waiting in line for registration. guests first impression of the front desk can often set the overall impression of the facility and their enjoyment of the hotel. after driving 10-hrs we weren't in the mood to be standing in line for 20 minutes to complete the registration.
work staff wonderful...all very professional..perks very good..i would recommend and stay there again buffet top notch...ate at cafe many times hit my first royal flush....thx for the memories
Only had to stay one night.
While I was checking in they doubled the price of the room. If it sounds to good to be true, your at Boulder Station.
Staff were real nice.
Floor was wet for some reason entering the room. Shower head was slow then fast coming out. No info on log on to wifi had to go back and ask for sure
Reasonably priced and tasty breakfast buffet! Very comfortable room.
Very smoky casino.
Did not fufill my medical needs. Asked for a small fridge for my insulin and was told at check-in to use a bucket of ice! They could not accomidate me. :o (
Great place for the price.
Wi-fi was not that good and they did not have my AMC channel which means that I missed my Walking Dead Episode.
Hotel was quiet and beds were comfortable. Liked the black out shades. No huge crowds. Staff was helpful and friendly. Easy to check in and out without waiting.
I should have won the Megabucks jackpot!
Food was good, service was good
Cigarette smell was overwhelming in the loby and casino. Room was very basic
I liked everything about this hotel. the Rewards Members promotions are amazing and so much better then any other hotel in Vegas.
The billing department billed the credit card that I used to hold the hotel from my booking at www.booking.com and when I arrived billed the credit card I checked into and the correct card. WHO'S GOING TO FIX THIS???
Air conditioner didn't work as well as we expected
This was our second visit here and it suits our needs well, we store our RV nearby and we are able to leave it in the car park while we stay at the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The fitness room small but adequate. The buffet is great value for money. The hotel is not too far from the Strip if you wish to go there.
It would be great to have a small fridge in the room. We were on the 16th floor and the neon lighting was a bit intrusive even through the closed curtains.
The food at the grand cafe and the buffet were a great value
could have used more employees at the reservation desk
Had a lot of things to offer . Movies on site . Arcade for kids . A childrens play area . Good food at a good price.
A bunch of hidden fees . A 200 room turn into almost 500 with the fees and taxes.
the resort "fee" I don't use any of the "perks" except the Wi-Fi and the signal was very poor. Of course they wanted you to "upgrade" Why when you are already paying for the service. I bet 98% of the guests do not use all the "perks". Years ago my husband and I stayed frequently at this hotel and the buffet was excellent. Boy, has it gone downhill. They were advertising "extra" October Fest dishes. They sounded very good and after I paid the money and went in, none of the features were available. What a let down. All in all very disappointing buffet.
Smoky, we are from California.
