Air conditioner didn't work as well as we expected
This was our second visit here and it suits our needs well, we store our RV nearby and we are able to leave it in the car park while we stay at the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The fitness room small but adequate. The buffet is great value for money. The hotel is not too far from the Strip if you wish to go there.
It would be great to have a small fridge in the room. We were on the 16th floor and the neon lighting was a bit intrusive even through the closed curtains.
The food at the grand cafe and the buffet were a great value
could have used more employees at the reservation desk
Had a lot of things to offer . Movies on site . Arcade for kids . A childrens play area . Good food at a good price.
A bunch of hidden fees . A 200 room turn into almost 500 with the fees and taxes.
the resort "fee" I don't use any of the "perks" except the Wi-Fi and the signal was very poor. Of course they wanted you to "upgrade" Why when you are already paying for the service. I bet 98% of the guests do not use all the "perks". Years ago my husband and I stayed frequently at this hotel and the buffet was excellent. Boy, has it gone downhill. They were advertising "extra" October Fest dishes. They sounded very good and after I paid the money and went in, none of the features were available. What a let down. All in all very disappointing buffet.
Smoky, we are from California.
Everything from point A to point B
Water pressure, Cable TV
Bed was very hard, the room smelled like it was old and musty, bad ventation in the casino.
great room for a good price
not within walking distance to any other interesting places
Great on weekends when the hotels at the strip are ridicilously priced
The guard sitting at entrance
the food at the grand cafe was really good. rooms were clean and neat.
we reserved a room with a single king...but when we arrived there were non left. we got a room with 2 queens instead. ok..but we would have liked the bigger bed.
Everything close together.
The noise the workers where making next door early in the morning.
ease of getting in and out
The resort fee is an evil scam. I don't use most of the things they include in the fee.
Largest breakfast selection ever...
You have to go through the casino every time... but it's usual in Las Vegas.
Cheap, clean, comfortable
Too far from EVERYTHING in LA. Even the company I booked a tour to Grand Canyon did not want to pick me up at the hotel, because it was too far.
I love the Boulder Station it is my favorite place to stay. The staff is great. Great food choices. Just a fun place. The hotel is clean rooms are great
Buffet is really good
Great wi-fi Helpful employees VERY clean property
No coffee pot in the room Only 2 sets of towels for 4 people on arrival
Can't be the location. Its in the middle, not to busy, not desert. Boulder has been given a bad rep due to local area, but the area shouldnt reflect on the casino. Love boulder for many reasons!!!
Not being able to stay longer.
Boulder casino gave coupons for staying there the first time they should do it every time people book in
movie theater rooms all the restaurant and gift shop
Very clean and staff was very nice and professional.
The AC in the room did not work well at all. We called maintenance and the guy came to work on it and that helped a little but the room never got below about 78 to 79. The hallway outside the room was about 20 degrees cooler than our room. When I said something to the girl that checked us out she completely blew me off and asked if I wanted a receipt.
Room very nice and great view of strip. Even number rooms for that view! We were on 11th floor this time. Very nice, clean and excellent fast response from staff. We were allowed to check in 2 hours early. :) Our bedside lamp but broken and they sent two guys to fix it within 1/2 hour of calling the front desk. Awesome! Hardly anyone using pool, it was cold but refreshing! Grand Cafe: Good basic breakfast for $4, coffee a bit pricey $2.49 but it's Kona, and so worth it! Also had a lunch there; Reubon Sandwich very good and huge! Chicken fried steak also really good. The Pastry just to left before entering is all good! Slices Pizzeria, beware the slices are huge! The garlic knots are really good! Perfect snack for the price. Winchell's Donuts: Really fresh donuts! Burger King: 99cent ice cream cones Feast Buffet: OK, but not great. We wouldn't go back. Line to get in, slow drink service, salad bar was good, made to order International area noodles best choice by far. Not quiet at all! Lots of noise and felt rushed. Alot more people in Casino from Thursday evening through Sunday morning. Cocktail waitress very good! Movie Theatre: We saw Hercules. Only 12 people! lol Good movie! Food in lobby really expensive! Ask at box office for the Regal Card to get discount and if senior go on wednesday $4! Shopping: Go down Boulder Highway to Left from Hotel for alot of shopping choices (Towards Arizona Charlies and Sams Town), Walmart on Right. Savers down Flamingo on right good cheap place if you forgot clothing. Very clean store! IHOP on boulder highway on right also. Easy to get downtown, just go right from Hotel on Boulder Highway and left on Charleston. Then turn right for downtown or left for strip. For Welcome to Las Vegas sign; go to end of strip Las Vegas Blvd past Luxor, sign in middle of highway with small parking lot, get there early!
Pool isn't heated. Not a deal breaker when its over 100' though. :) Arcade needs to be larger! Lots of families and not many choices. Why is the Kids Quest so large and Arcade so small? Never saw anyone in Kids Quest, and Arcade was pretty busy. Feast Buffet: Really loud! Ribs awful. Slow drink service when seated.
