The pirce of the room

blankets were worn out, holes, discoloration, not plush...the blanket on the bed has holes, discoloration, i asked for a new one, and received one exactly the same. the air conditioner was weak too.

Small, but nice. Really no complaints, we were able to check in (extremely) late with no problems, room was clean, didn't see much of the staff but they were friendly. Complimentary single-cup coffee machine.

A little sketchy at night, some guys hanging out in the parking lot got a little loud, and the shampoo/conditioner packet was very small. Overall, very few blaring negatives.

It close to UB campuses and shopping areas.

The shower was not completely clean and heater did not work properly.

When I came to the hotel I came from another hotel in Detroit (Quality Inn) and the services of Boulevard Inn should not even be advertised. At Quality Inn I paid USD 85 for one night and USD 55 per night for 14 days. All with continental breakfast (excellent), Good stable internet, Room cleaning, nice hot shower, clean rooms. At Boulevard Inn I paid USD 55 for 6 nights - they didnt clean the room, no breakfast, very weak internet, local calls we paid USD 15 per week, drunk people in the neighboring rooms (police were called in one night), no one to respond to our calls after 9.00pm, the bathroom heater was not on for the whole week we were there despite our numerous talk to the hotel manager. Eventually, we had to move to Best Western near the airport and we had fun. I would never ever recommend anyone to this hotel. In-fact the relevant authorities should be alerted to ensure that this hotel keeps the standards

Location

The room was very dirty. The bath tub definitely needed to be refinished. The floor was not swept, sink was dirty. The towels looked sketchy. The carpet had not been vacuumed. There were nail clippings on the floor and a dirty, discarded cup beside the bed. There were cigarette burns in the sheets. Overall not clean at all.

The smell of the room, which was supposed to be non-smoking smelled of smoke and mould. The plastic bag over the smoke detector. The rips in the sheets and the cleanliness of the room was disgusting. The cockroach on my leg in the morning was the icing on the cake, we quickly packed and got the heck out of there. If I can reccomend one thing, and if I was the manager of Booking.com then this establishment would be immediately removed from the website.

Close to the Naigara falls which was our main interest. Also, because we had to book at the last moment, it was practically the only one available.

The room as well as the bathroom were very small. Bathroom did not have even the basic facilities

The room could best be described as filthy. Filthy washroom, beds, sheets, floors, and even walls. The windows would not close and lock. The non-smoking room was permanently smoked. Paid 111 dollars and would not have paid 30 for it. In the 22 Countries that I have visited I have never stayed in a place so poorly kept. This hotel is an example of why I will read the reviews before I book a hotel in any system.

Hassle free and the location for our purpose in Amherst was excellent

For the price we paid facilities was ok, however I do not like an ugly bathtub with mold stains so that was creepy for me. The room could have smelt a little fresher, better.

My son had male cat spray in his room and we all sleeped in our room, we had to threaten legal action to get refunded my money. There were appartent drug deals in the parking lot, and the place was dirty and nasty- the last time I will use an internet site to book a vacation room.

The rooms were clean and neat. We were given an extra bed that we requested. Its a value for money.

Only the location.

No bath tub, unhygenic bed, no rack for towels. Not worth $ 80 a day.

My room had been painted and new carpet, staff was friendly and it was a great deal for the money... This was a nice change of pace , I usually stay in hotels and this quaint little motel was perfect ... Not far from Niagra Falls or downtown Buffalo.. I would recommend this place.

It was centrally located close to my family.

It was dirty and poorly maintained. The lock on the door did not work. The bathroom plumbing was poorly maintained and the drains did not drain properly. The room had a musty smell and there was long hair on the sheets. The bathroom window did not work and the air conditioner was really sad. When we checled out, they charged us for an additional night even though we arrived at about 2 am.

i was happy to have cable as I was able to watch the grammys

I saw insects in the room.

The room was non smoking but smelled like stale smoke. It was very musty and seemed like it needed a good clean. There was someone banging on the door of the room next door in the middle of the night, swearing and threatening to break it down. Not a pleasant atmosphere.

Non-trusting owner. Rude guests in other rooms. Poor bedding. Room not too clean. Way to expensive for the facilities offered.

Location was good, close to shopping areas.

The room was not in very good shape. Linens were clean, but bed was sagging. The bathroom was the worst of all, with visible stains all over. Moreover, the water pressure was so low that it just trickled down. Taking a shower was impossible with the water changing from scalding hot to freezing cold continuously.

Dirty, dirty, dirty! İ am sure they did not change the pillow cases for the the past 5 guest. They were smelling bad and white cases were seems to be gray. The Sink was Plugged so the water accumulate in it. Tuere were bugs in the toilet. The shower was so dirty that i could not have a shower.
