Bill and Jose were absolutely wonderful hosts! We can't wait to come back.
Bill and Jose were very helpful. Bed was very comfortable.
Bathroom a bit small.
Our stay was very pleasant, the management team were very helpful and informative. The room was very clean and very comfortable.
Loved the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. The atmosphere of the house was enchanting as well. We loved our stay!
The breakfast was limited but it was still very nice.
The bed was was very comfortable. A peaceful location, yet close to the main Street.
Warm and congenial atmosphere.
I have no complaints stall.
Central location. Fridge, fireplace, clean bathroom, comfy bed. Friendly staff. Price.
Tired, dusty, over the top Victorian decor. Shabby chairs in room. Continental breakfast nothing special and no dining table. Coffee was terrible. We ended up eating breakfast out.
Excellent location, friendly owner, a wonderful bed (!!!) and great breakfast
Great location and quirky rooms, in a nice way. Warm and comfortable, super location near to the hub of the town, a really good place. The inn keeper is friendly and makes sure you have a warm welcome, we liked this place very much.
We booked this hotel on the "Exceptional" rating, however it's only "good" maybe "very good" The inn keeper give us a " how to vote on Booking.Com" speech as we left. Explaning that we should choose "Exceptional" on all categories stating "good" is equivalent to a C in a maths test. This we found very odd and we think skews the ratings against other hotels. We have rated the hotel as we do every one we visit, and we visit many. It's very good but not Exceptional.
Close to town. Friendly staff.
It was all great.
The hosts were very friendly, genuine and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and charming. We were very close to the downtown area. A dedicated parking area right next to house was convenient.
Rooms are well-maintained, full of personality, immaculate. Modern bath. Breakfast buffet was out until 11:00AM, super convenient way to start the day. When my iPhone charger died, Bill loaned me his. Bill and Jose are charming hosts, even arranged a whale watch for us! Would absolutely return!
I have never felt more welcome than at the Bradford Carver house. Bill is absolutely amazing and the house is gorgeous and in a great location (within walking distance of everything in Provincetown). Thanks for such a great first trip to New England!
The Hosts The free Parking and the great location
The owners were a delight.
The shower space is limited by roof slope
The bedding was so comfortable my husband wanted to take them home with us. We are not usually fond of B & B's but the Bradford Carver House is the exception. Bill and Jose made us feel right at home.
I can't think of anything negative to say. We throughly enjoyed our time there.
Bill and José were fabulous! We really felt at home. They created a lovely place with a very cosy atmosphere and a great attention to details. Thanks for the great breakfast, we didn't miss anything, they even had REAL plates! We'll be back!
Clean room, close walking to all shops, resturants, really nice owners and just a really nice comfy space!
Great location. Quiet. Large room with comfortable bed.
Small breakfast, no room to really sit down.
We liked that it was close to everything in town. The owners were so kind. Made us feel so welcomed. We had clean towels every day and sheets. Our room was right next to where they put out breakfast and never once did we hear them. We are really early risers when we are away on vacation partly due to it not being our bed. But we were able to sleep much longer there at the Bradford carver house. Simple clean and homey is really all we needed. We don't spend lots of time inside so really it was perfect for us. Every guest there was pleasant. It was a joy.
We were not overly crazy about the size of the room we had. It was small. We can't speak for the other rooms there. But if you are looking for a place to put your head then it is fine. Our room was next to the road we could hear the traffic if the big trucks went by. For us that was the biggest down fall due to me being a light sleeper.
These folks make you feel right at home and more. Within minutes of settling us in our room with fireplace they brought ice to our room and had checked out our favorite afternoon hangout to see if it was open. Great Value included parking. We'll be back!
Friendly greeting Excellent location a few minutes walk from the main street Good recommendations (restaurants etc) from the staff Free off street parking
Aircon a bit noisy
The owners are very nice and helpful.
A little cluttered, but the room was clean and cosy.
Jose and Bill were good hosts. The building did have parking a block down from the B & B (I understand that many have NO parking at all).
The bed was very uncomfortable and the room decor was tacky (I know design is individual, but the bedroom was heavy in reds, chandeliers - and no chair to sit in to watch the TV). For the price - $172 - the gratis breakfast was minimal. I was disappointed to see that there was only one room in which to sit and relax with other clients. The home feels very claustrophobic - and made moreso by knick-knacks in every square inch of space.
