“ We stay in Branson at least 4 times a year,we called here after the tornado hit and we were very glad we did. The room was very clean,and one of the biggest we have had since staying in Branson, we will be choosing the Ramada for all our bookings from now on. ”

My Wife and I really enjoyed the clean rooms, very nice staff, and comfy beds. We didn't like how it's right on the strip it at times is very hard to get out some where or get back to our hotel.

I was so impressed by the fact that I asked for a short distance to the room and no steps for my 85 year old mother and it was so convenient for her!! The elevator was close to the parking lot and the room was right off the elevator! Thanks so much!!

location and free breakfast the door to the room had a 1.2 inch crack under and the wind blew in freely i had to stuff dirty clothes in to keep the wind out.

We enjoyed the sights and sounds of Branson. We will use Booking.com again and we have made reference to friends and family. The hotel was not acceptable and our experience was very poor..we will not stay again at Ramada Inn. The building is old and badly in need of a facelift.

Location was good, quiet. No refrigerator or microwave. No closet space; only a small "rack" on the wall, like an after thought. Not enough closet for a week's stay. Carpet was extremely old and smelled if maid didn't spray daily.

Price was good. The breakfast was good. When I looked at the rooms online it showed the rooms to have a refrigerator and microwave. This room had nither. Had this been a motel 6 I would have expected not to have those items. The plumbing was not working correctly.

The Hotel was centralized and very convenient... The breakfast nook was dark...the eggs were too dry...one morning they were out of orange juice. Otherwise, it was satisfactory.

The best part was being almost right in the middle of the strip for both shopping malls. The room was very outdated, no flat screen, an they was not that busy during are stay but some how we ended up all the way on the third floor on the back side of building. The room also had poor water pressure and very outdated bathrooms in room.

The bed was comfortable Friday night at around 11:00pm there was an argument downstairs with people yelling, cursing and slamming doors and then alot of loud talking, this kept us up for quite awhile. Saturday night the same people were standing outside of their room talking very loud, laughing, cursing and slamming doors. This went on for several hours, then around 3:00am they were honking the horn on their vehicle. We did not get very much sleep that night.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean although could use an update. Clean nice sheets. Lots of pillows which we really like. The breakfast was terrible. We opted not to have free breakfast our second day. Went and bought our own blanket because the one in our room was scratchy and really old. Needed nicer towels. They were not soft.

Good location and very friendly staff. Water problems, running water in toilet tank and problems flushing. Lack of cart for luggage. Too many dogs. Free breakfast? First there has to be food. Come on!!! Even a bowl of cereal would be appreciated, but there weren't any bowls. Very dirty carpet in the rooms.

The convenient location, esp. since we attended the Dixie Stampede and the Dick Clark Theatre. Also a good proximity to restaurants (Fuddruckers) since we could walk there. Also the actual lodge-looking check-in building is very attractive as well as the surrounding grounds. We were able to book a smoking room. We always bring our own deodorizers for smoking rooms. It seems like there should be a way for the hotels to address that also.
