Our room was on the third floor - there was no elevator. Difficult to get our luggage up three flights of stairs.
There was a kerig in the rooms and the free breakfast.
That there wasn't a refrigerator in the rooms.
The bed was not comfortable at all and there was no hot water so we had to take cold showers.
Great value for the money. Location was right in the middle of our ventures. Had a great visit and didn't have to break the piggy bank.
The room was very adequate with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, tv, etc. The voucher to breakfast at the café next door was a nice bonus. A very good value or the money. I would choose the Ramada Inn again if staying in Branson.
Because it was a very busy holiday weekend, the Wi-Fi was very limited and slow. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room without having to pay extra ($5 each/night).
The breakfast at Dick Clark's was very good.
The toilet did not work properly. very poor maintenance for a chain hotel such as Ramada
Rate & location

If you intend to only be in the room for sleeping, it's a very good deal for the money. I know, it seems like an odd statement considering my ratings. A hot breakfast buffet at the next door (short walk) Dick Clark restaurant is very nice. Limited food choices but still, it's better than most Continental breakfasts offered at other lodgings. Bath towels were thick, not thin, and the room was clean. Heater worked well and offered the option to have the fan run continuously. We like that as it tends to drown out other nearby noises.
Again, for the money, there wasn't anything we "didn't" like - BUT - numerous things that could be better. The door 'dead bolt' lock wouldn't engage unless you pushed the bottom of the door with your foot. The sink & faucet had been replaced and the old cutout holes in the back were still visible. The only 'user' electrical outlet was by the sink, nothing by the desk. I had to unplug a lamp to charge my cell phone and only one of that outlet's 2 plugins worked. I could keep going but surely you get the point. This is not a high end lodging but you're not spending big bucks either. You're in Branson and if your only need is a place to rest for the next days activities and aren't too picky, it works.
It was comfortable bed and clean. Good location and good breakfast.
The Wi-Fi did not work at all. The door had a broken lock on top lock and the bathroom door did not close enough to catch the fastener.
The room was super clean. The beds were comfortable. Heck they even had a Keurig coffee maker. Now what more could you ask for?
Having to climb the stairs when asked for a downstairs! I did not appreciate this. When you're 72 years young, had double bypass and messed up knees and back having to climb one stair or 20 is difficult! It appeared there were downstairs available right where we parked! Oh well, once the stairs were conquered the room was great!!
A good hotel great breakfast
we got diesel fumes in the hall from the bus that was warming up
Price and location.
The complimentary hot breakfast every morning at Dick Clarks. Staff met our requests. Convenient to everything.
Very little hanging space for clothes. Bathroom not very warm, which I like it to be warm.
The final room was comfortable.
The reservation wasn't correct. The 1st room wasn't what we reserved. The second room hadn't been cleaned yet 4pm. the 3rd room was in a building far from the registration desk building. I think we were the only ones in this building 6 stories tall. We like a room with a sofa, as my wife likes to crochet and the sofa is better sitting than on a bed or a straight back chair. We also like a micro, & a fridge. This room had neither.
The hot breakfast was very good.
No refrigerator or microwave included.
Staff was friendly and very helpful.
I thought there would be Wi-Fi somewhere in lobby or sleeping rooms but was not.
Cards had to be reset everyday, very annoying..... Coke machines not filled, 3 days out of everything but Dr Pepper. Only 2 bath towels, no hand towels or wash rags till the 2nd day. Internet worthless, always poor connections
We had a problem with the first room we were given, but the manager quickly put us in a new room
When I told the lady at the desk about the problems with the first room, she was basically rude!!! The manager when I told him, apologized for her behavior and said he would deal with it.
The pillows and beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!
That we finally found a room that was warm.
First two rooms did not have heat and were not as nice. Maintenance finally found a room that the heating element worked and then it was fine. I think the older unit needs some sprucing up.
We have stayed here numerous times. Will come back
Areas of room were not cleaned. Mainly dusty and cob webs not removed.
They were willing to move us to another room to accommodate my arthritis condition. And they didn't charge us extra for the better room.
Not having an elevator to get to the third floor. This seems like it would be hard on older folks even if they didn't have health problems.
