We stayed in the back of 6 story and was very quiet and had a view of the trees.
the breakfast was outstanding. and they even provided a shuttle
our room was not ready when we arrived at 3:00 but there were 4 other rooms just like it already ready. and yes we had reservations.
The rate was wonderful...and room was nice and comfy..Breakfast was AMAZING both days!!!
Our key card quit working 2x and we were in the back building on the 3rd floor and had to go to lobby to get it fixed...Had to wait forever for our room to be ready(over 1 1/2 hrs)...and to many barking dogs..
The location and outer appearance, and the elevator was nice.
The room wasn't clean. I only stay again if I have to!
The breakfast and shuttle to it was great..the gentlemen driving super sweet...pool and location great...loved the keurig coffee maker in our room...staff was prompt with towels and service
Carpet is old....dingy....had a burn hole in our sheets..and a huge hole in our blanket....they replaced immediatly and it was a busy weekend for such speedy service...just be a little more aware when it comes outta the dryer...also couch looks very old and dingy
Value for the money was good & the staff was polite. The location was excellent as it was right on the strip was the action was.
The wifi was spotty & poor at the room I was located. The cell service was poor, but it was in a mountainous area, so I dealt with it. But one day, only one bed was made & the other was not.
Location, great staff, good breakfast, enjoyed the shuttle driver, playground
Old rooms need updated. Wifi horrible, you have to rent fridge and microwave.
Great price. Great staff.
The room was great. Handicapped accessible and all. We were in and out a lot with my daughter playing ball. But was really happy with the comfort of the room. The adjoining room was perfect when my cousins decided to stay another day in Branson. They accommodated them without any problems. That way we could all stay together. I would recommend this because they also have two pools to choose from. I also liked the way they shuttled us to Dick Clark's Restaurant for our free breakfast. Door to door service. We will stay there again the next time we go to Branson. Lots of things to do right there at the resort. We would love to go back there for our anniversary at Christmas time, that's where we would stay but money is tight at that time of year. Thank you.
The first room we had had black mold in it and smelled. They move us immediately to a clean and perfect room.
No service when I needed it.
No response to plumbing issue.
We Booked a king room - wasn't told there wasn't any on the lower level - on the third level. I have an artificial legs - had to carry "needed" items up three flights of steps - otherwise it was good.
The rooms were very clean and the free breakfast was awesome!
Having to stay on the 3rd level with no elevators!
two pools and child play area!
The rooms need upgraded a bit. Super nice lobby and mediocre rooms
I've stayed in many hotels and motels in my 66 years and this is the first one in which you had to rent a refrigerator. I thought that cheapened the overall quality of the facility.
Our family likes the convience and the quality of the breakfast.
There were no refrigerators or microwaves available.
I am more than willing to give a little on the quality of room if my family can afford to do more things while on vacation. The Ramada was budget friendly and the room was very newly remodeled and very clean. Staff was friendly and I will be staying there again.
staff was extremely friendly, had a nice quiet room , 2 pools to choose from and the best hotel breakfast so far
sporadic internet the second day we had no internet even after 3 calls to the front desk , older tv's and cramped bathroom area
Pool was nice.
Parking for the back lot. Wish it was closer to unit It was scary at night.
The Location was about the only good thing about the place.
When I arrived at 3:00 in the afternoon I was told my reservations were cancelled. I was given a room but not the type of room I requested and the lady that was working that afternoon and the day I checked out was very unfriendly. My son and his wife had reservations there as well from my recommendation and their experience was even worse.
There was nothing to dislike
All of the personnel were great. Very helpful and very friendly. Made us feel very welcome. Some of the nicest people working there.
The only thing was we wished we had been more down 76th closer to all the action, but at the same time it was nice since it was quiet. It made up for being so far away. We could go back to our room and relax. So it was great.
Bed was super comfortable,There were two pools you could choose from to swim in, and a nice jungle gym area for the children.
Bathrooms are extremely small!
The grounds have some neat "senic" areas that make great photo opps. They have the most comfortable pillows I've ever slept on. House keeping staff were very pleasant and friendly. It was nice that the pool was open until 10 pm.
The bathroom had paint chipping off the walls. The sink was functional but desperately needs replacing. The drawers had mismatched knobs. There were 4 of us staying in the room and there were only 3 of everything such as towels, cups, etc. The TV remote didn't work and when taking it to courtesy desk, the Lady seemed a little bothered. When checking out, she was not any more friendly.
Close to theaters and outlet mall
No elevators in this 3 story older hotel (and we were on the 3rd floor). The hot breakfast was in a location way too far away from the hotel (they do provide a shuttle but you'll want to take your own car). This is a really old hotel that has not been updated - analog TVs, saggy mattresses, very small bath areas, no microwave or small fridge, etc. On a 1 to 5 scale, 5 being best, this is a 1.5.
