I liked it beside the lake and the extras you gave with it. The pizza you could get at the market was a plus
The room we got was way to small for the 3 of us!!! No counter at the sink and no where to go with the suitcases!!!
Grandkids loved the pool slide and the park!
The lake and the amenities that came with it was great. The pool was nice set up but to small. The music on Wednesday night at the pool was great.
The outside pool was way to small. The beach was rocky and an after thought. No place for campfire. It would have been nice if the resort did a big campfire for families.
Facilities offered were good for family fun
A bit pricey, beds were really bad. Front desk gave incorrect information on marina marina closed way to early.
Available facilities, pool, hot tub, water sports equipment.
Everything thing else was excellent . Would stay there in a heartbeat we all loved it.
Wish they would trim a few of the trees so you could see the lake from the rooms.
Stayed for a week. Good location, things for younger & older children to do. Resort had a lot of people, but were never disturbed by noise or other problems. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with kitchen. Very nice, well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. Marina very convenient and easy to get boat in & out.
We were a bit surprised that no housekeeping would come during our stay. We had to go to towel exchange each morning & take trash out. The paper we got after check in said we needed to vacuum & sweep, which were supplied. It wasn't horrible, but 2 teenage boys don't like having chores on vacation.
I loved the cleanliness of the resort. We spent a lot of time at the Oasis pool and it a beautiful place to play with our young kids....even the restrooms were well maintained. We also ordered pizza from Parmesan's and it was delicious. I liked that the park was shaded and had lots of things for different ages.
There ended up being quite a few (meaning at least 20) flies consistently in our room despite our efforts to shut the door quickly. I'm glad we had the flyswatter but I'm not sure if this is a problem in all the rooms or because ours was directly across from the building trash containers. This was my only issue.
We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay very much. The kids loved the pools and the lake activities, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Looking forward to returning!
The Magnolia House was Awesome!! We really liked the location to the lake and pool and it had everything we needed!!
The resort is set up with family in mind. Location on the lake is great with lots of activities for everyone. The condo was excellent and very clean and maintained.
There were smokers in the swim and hot tub areas which was disturbing for someone who is a non smoker or someone that smoke bothers them.
We love StillWaters. This was our second time to stay here. Great for kids with lots to do - swimming pools, playgrounds, etc. Also very nice to have the little store on property where you can get carry out food and essentials. We will be back! :)
Can't think of a thing!
If was a wonderful place, would go back again
On 3rd floor and no elevator
Main pool was nice but overcrowded. Kitchenette was nice dishes were provided.
Most of the amenities were closed at 7pm. Secondary pools were very small and old. Room was a lot smaller than what we expected. Towel exchange closed way to early. Checkout time was an hr before what was stated on line.
The waterfall pool was awesome and relaxing! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.
The convenience of everything nearby and the updated gorgeous condo we stayed in! The free amenities kept us busy. Coming back every year-with more people!
Nothing! Other than it rained and stormed pretty hard. But you can't control the weather. The staff were immediately outside cleaning up from the storm!
Our room was about 750 Sq. Ft. and in great condition. Updated about a year ago (K Building). Priced right, did not hear any noise in our room. Property quiet time is from 10 PM to 9 AM. Resort has ample outdoor equipment and plenty of activities to keep youngsters happy and busy. Everything in the room you need to prepare meals for four people. Our room had a washer and dryer, vacuum sweeper, drop down bed and 2 TV’s. We spent six nights there. Our condo faced the boat docks and had a spacious balcony with a round plastic table and four chairs. Stillwater Resort is about 2.2 miles south of Hwy 76 and a 10-15 minute drive to the strip (Hwy 76 show area).
No Restaurant. Very limited items at general store.
Thought the resort was excellent. Loved all the free stuff. It was a bit pricey for the room. We stayed at resorts that were much cheaper with a nicer room but they didn't have the free stuff. Will stay there again
A little pricey. There were no complimentary items, like coffee, shampoo, etc.
The place was awesome, everything was clean and neat. Bed was comfortable and staff was very friendly.
that we had to leave...:(
The location of the resort was nice. I really loved the view of the lake and the peacefulness.
The cleanliness of the tub and dishes.
We loved the resort as a whole. Loved that there were free bikes, paddle boats and kayak's to use when we wanted too. The room was nice and clean and the main pool area was fabulous. We forgot our toothbrushes and the market on site carried those so we didn't have to run back into town to get those.
When arriving into Branson I called the resort for some questions on how to get to resort. I was asked if I minded holding for a "moment" after approximately 10 minutes the phone automatically transfered me to a recording asking me to leave my name and number and they would get back to me shortly. We arrived at the resort 40 minutes later, there was absolutely no one there but us and four women that came out from an office in the back of the desk. I told the lady that helped us about the call and what I was told. I told her once they listened to the message not to call me because I had arrived on my own. This was the one thing that upset me the most about the resort. Someone should have picked the phone back up and said something to me since that is what I was told a "moment". Not good service! Our phone in the room did not work.
We were only there 2 nights but we really enjoyed the rooms & the location. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We look forward to coming back when we can stay longer.
We weren't able to stay longer! LOL! Maybe next time!
I liked the lake front view that we had from our room, the free paddle boats, the offer to use free bikes and kyacks. I liked the pools and loved the 20 man Spa and hammock areas. The marina is really pretty and the staff there was very nice. The park is nice. The towel exchange stations were nice to have available.
I didn't like the fact that the bikes were not available to us on the nicer days that we were there during our stay because the market closed at 1:00 p.m., our shower curtain had someone elses "something" ?? on it. It grossed me out.. I didn't like that when I reached in the washer to get my clothes out that I pulled out someone elses under wear. That grossed me out too.. The couch in our room was stained? dirty looking, so I felt more comfortable sitting on it once I covered it with a blanket from the closet. It was cold and 45 degrees but we weren't able to use the fire place because we were told it was "Out of season". I think it needs to be available at all times if it is advertised in the brochure as such. The jacuzzi tub in the room was much smaller than we were shown, the 20 man Spa "exploded"????(we were told by a employee)..so the water was cold the last 2 days were were there... the shower head leaked (Rm # 251) Most of the grills at Building K were in poor working order.. The walking trails were not marked on the map. With all things considered we know that some of these things are out of the facilities control and so we will be coming back and trying again in September. Hopefully everything will all be in working order, clean, and the weather will permit us to do things we were not able to do this time around.
Very good experience. The Stillwater Team was professional and went the Extra Mile to make our stay enjoyable. See you next year!
