Everything was great. We always stay there because of the positive atmosphere .
4 people 3 towels,wash cloth stained,rough parking lot.
Location of hotel.
The room could have been cleaner. Wall of shower was dirty & countertop by sink was dirty when we arrived.
Location to strip
For a family of seven, this was the only place in town where we wouldn't have to book two rooms. George at the Front Desk and Cocoa (-2 spelling) on the Breakfast Bar just wanted to make things perfect. We hadn't been to Branson in ten years, but with the affordability of the Windmill Inn very evident we'll be back again soon.
The laundry driers were the only complaint I had, and when I mentioned them to George at checkout he informed me that repairs had already been ordered. The driers worked perfectly, but someone had removed the closing mechanism receiver so you had to put chair against drier door to keep it shut.....other than that my family had no issues!
Rooms were not cleaned while staying there !! Very sad to say!!! Won't be back !!
Read above!!! Food was not good and not clean !!!
Just to look at it, you would think it is just an older motel, and you might be right, but I have stayed there twice in the last month and both rooms were very nice and clean. Nothing fancy, but as good as many other new ones I have stayed in. It served the purpose and was close to the places I wanted to go.
I really can't think of anything I didn't like.
Everything was great and all that..
Everything was great and all that..
Location was great. We were on the main strip - highway 76. We were able to walk to some of the attractions from our hotel. My husband and I were at Branson celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary and had a wonderful time. We met individuals from many different states and even Canada. Everyone was so friendly.
In joking - the Krispy Creme donut shop was too close to the hotel where we stayed. Oh so delicious.
Convenience Good TV Reception Free Breakfast Price Since we weren't looking for luxury, this motel served our needs very well
Beds were kind of lumpy
Location, price, and amenities.
The bed was not the most comfortable but it wasn't awful either.
jacuzzi kind size bed comfortable decor
none I can think of.
We have stayed a numerous motels in Branson but this was our first stay at Windmill. This room had been recently renovated, but as with many motels in the area updating the TV's and plug-ins would be nice.
The lighting was very dim and I had to move the mattress to find the plug-in for the lights between the beds.
When I got to the hotel, I was a weary traveler, and dehydrated. The man at the desk gave me a bottle of water, and was so kind! The room was comfy and clean!!! Also, the price for my 5 day stay was what I would have paid for 2 nights in another hotel!
WIFI went in and out, but not really a big deal
great location, internet fast, close to most venues
little more selection on continental breakfast but still more than adequate
Friendly courteous staff
Location is great..
Room was very dusty, shower was still broke from the last time we stay in that same room, beds are very uncomfortable, pillows hard and, breakfast is terrible.. probably last time staying there...
The location was convenient. It was nice to be close to a mall like Tanger.
The shower drain was rather slow. Had to stand in water while you showered. The TV was difficult to view while in bed. It would be easier to view if higher or even mounted to the wall. I have two metal knees and it was difficult to sit on the commode because it was so low. My knees were higher than my bottom when I sat down.
A very good breakfast
the go carts next to the hotel
Bed was poor
Rooms were clean and the air conditioner worked well.
The breakfast was quite poor in choices, quality, cleanliness, and comfort of facilities when eating. We had to keep asking for things to be refilled. We decided to go out for breakfast on the second day.
Comfortable bed Clean
No spa tub Intermittent closed caption TV. I am deaf.
A fair price for the accommodations.
Defective outlet found. A safety hazard (fire). Plug-in would barely stay in the outlet because of annealed contacts. Had to have been that way a long time. Reported it to the front desk & they noted it and said it would be fixed. (I happen to be a retired electrical engineer with 34 + years in the utility business.)
Breakfast was a joke. Didn't provide a good supply of towels. Clock was broken.
We liked that it was so close to everything, & that when we asked for the staff to not clean our room till we checked out, and they followed that.
The bed was hard as a rock, you could feel every spring in it. The floor looked disgusting, the room smelled, the curtains wouldn't close all the way, we had to clean the tube ourselfs,
