Location was good. Quiet!
Breakfast could have used more food for the amount of people there. ran out of rolls.....cold biscuits. Several buses were there.
always clean nice rooms with great beds.
They run out of food during breakfast two of three days we stayed We left before breakfast on day three. Doors to rooms open to outside Elevator not convient No checkout service at desk if you depart before 7am
Breakfast room was too crowd and not enough seating
The staff was very helpful at the front desk with any questions and concerns we had. Our room was comfortable and cleaned well daily! We had an issue with the heating unit in our room and we were moved to a working room next door. The maintenance crew fixed it the next day.
The continental breakfast was a bit bland and there were no spices (salt and pepper) available.
The bathtub did not drain well. The internet was not dependable. Outside noise was loud Breakfast was in an entirely different building that was a good distance away.
good location . staff very helpful.. good price
pillows a little to fluffy
Walking/driving Tia different building for breakdast
I liked that the hotel was updated. I liked how high the showe head was high since I'm pretty tall.
I didn't like that we had to go to a different building for breakfast. The breakfast was a nice combo of things but the gravy was way to salty, the eggs were ok, the biscuits were way to dry,and the Orange juice had no flavor.
Convenient location to many shows.
Room not as shown on the internet. They have two buildings and the one nextdoor was new. Kitchen area ok but lacked adequate food to accomodate all. Both mornings by 8:30am all was gone.
The location to everything
Was disappointed in the free breakfast
The beds were very comfortable and lots of pillows! Did not hear any noises from other rooms. Easy access to the places we were going to.
Breakfast is good Location
There is literally there is no wifi in building 1 in some rooms...we stayed in ground floor 2&3 rooms.. After complaining the answer was May be other guests are using it..I don't know what to answer that..I don't prefer staying here next time.. Need to go to other building for breakfast..
Good value. On par with a Holday Inn Express. Based on the price, I was pleasantly surprised.
No early morning front desk staff when we checked out. Even though my card was swiped and on file, I still prefer to check out.
Great location. Clean room.
Beds were very comfortable and facility was on the main strip where most shows are located.
Same breakfast every day - biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs and no meat like ham or Bacon. A little variety would have been nice. Also, the decaf coffee maker was broken. Decaf was promised for Saturday, the day after we left!
Too salty sausage and gravy. At least fresh fruits perhaps not just came from a can!
Miniature golf discount and friendly staff.
The breakfast was not real great. It was loud until midnight on weekends from miniature golf business that sits directly in front.
everything else! rooms far too small for the amount of necessary furnishings! breakfast was a joke!
front desk staff was great
small cramped room. the small things staked up...like closet door wouldn't stay closed, tp dispenser was almost off the wall it was so lose. bugs in light fixtures. no vending machines i could find. breakfast we passed on 2nd day
For the most part I really liked my stay, the beds were comfy it was a quiet place, the staff was very friendly. For the price we paid for the room it was exactly what we expected
I only have 2 complaints, the water pressure was horrible. It seemed as though if the neighboring rooms were using the water at the same time then the pressure went down, sometimes to the point that the water would be trickling out making it very difficult to take a shower or use the sink. My other complaint is that there is no one in the office overnight. One night we accidently got locked out of our room, there was no one in the office when we tried to get in, thankfully I had my phone I tried calling the hotel and a man answered and was able to come open my room for me. When he and down he told us how they save 20000 a year by not having someone there overnight. Because of this incident I probably will not stay here again. I understand that it's my fault I got locked out of the hotel, I should of had a key on me but clearly accidents happen. I was stuck outside in the middle of the night with no shoes no car keys thankfully I had my phone and thankfully that man was still awake and able to open the door. What would we have done if I didn't have my phone? Or what if he was already asleep and didn't answer the phone?
Inn is centrally located; walking distance to many attractions; very clean; staff friendly and helpful
Very small rooms; breakfast adequate but not great.
Kids running up and down the halls at 1am. Kept us up until after 2am or later.
Broken coffee pot.
