The beds were very comfortable and lots of pillows! Did not hear any noises from other rooms. Easy access to the places we were going to.
Good value. On par with a Holday Inn Express. Based on the price, I was pleasantly surprised.
No early morning front desk staff when we checked out. Even though my card was swiped and on file, I still prefer to check out.
Great location. Clean room.
Beds were very comfortable and facility was on the main strip where most shows are located.
Same breakfast every day - biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs and no meat like ham or Bacon. A little variety would have been nice. Also, the decaf coffee maker was broken. Decaf was promised for Saturday, the day after we left!
Too salty sausage and gravy. At least fresh fruits perhaps not just came from a can!
Miniature golf discount and friendly staff.
The breakfast was not real great. It was loud until midnight on weekends from miniature golf business that sits directly in front.
everything else! rooms far too small for the amount of necessary furnishings! breakfast was a joke!
front desk staff was great
small cramped room. the small things staked up...like closet door wouldn't stay closed, tp dispenser was almost off the wall it was so lose. bugs in light fixtures. no vending machines i could find. breakfast we passed on 2nd day
For the most part I really liked my stay, the beds were comfy it was a quiet place, the staff was very friendly. For the price we paid for the room it was exactly what we expected
I only have 2 complaints, the water pressure was horrible. It seemed as though if the neighboring rooms were using the water at the same time then the pressure went down, sometimes to the point that the water would be trickling out making it very difficult to take a shower or use the sink. My other complaint is that there is no one in the office overnight. One night we accidently got locked out of our room, there was no one in the office when we tried to get in, thankfully I had my phone I tried calling the hotel and a man answered and was able to come open my room for me. When he and down he told us how they save 20000 a year by not having someone there overnight. Because of this incident I probably will not stay here again. I understand that it's my fault I got locked out of the hotel, I should of had a key on me but clearly accidents happen. I was stuck outside in the middle of the night with no shoes no car keys thankfully I had my phone and thankfully that man was still awake and able to open the door. What would we have done if I didn't have my phone? Or what if he was already asleep and didn't answer the phone?
Inn is centrally located; walking distance to many attractions; very clean; staff friendly and helpful
Very small rooms; breakfast adequate but not great.
Kids running up and down the halls at 1am. Kept us up until after 2am or later.
Broken coffee pot.
Felt it was overpriced and not as clean as it should/could have been.
The king room we states in was a great size and the bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and felt like you was getting a massage every time.
The night staff was a younger lady and male and they was both on the ruder side. I waited a couple of minutes before they even noticed me and then they still didn't answer my question. I had to grab a broucher and find the answer myself.
We really enjoyed the breakfast that was free and the room was clean? Updated, and comfortable. The location was also great!
Our only complaint was that a man who was often smoking and drinking was sitting in the hall where we would come up and down the stairs, we thought he was another guest but soon realized he seemed to be residing there... Possibly a manager... He made my fiancé quit uncomfortable to walk by alone
I think it needs an upgrade on decor also not a lot of parking when checking in..
The hotel was clean, no complaints there. I think the 2nd building was better but TOO FAR from pool & office. Breakfast needs a over haul!!
Pool too far & small. Breakfast not so good upgrade NEEDED!!
Friendly Quiet Good location Good size room
Refrigerator was not cleaned out from last customer.
The bed was comfortable and room was clean. We have stayed here before and really enjoyed it.
Our bathroom was very dirty and I had to clean the toilet just to use it! My only gripe about my room!
Very clean and up dated.
Shower wasn't good. lack of hot water. Fridge not very cold.
we like everything there - the rooms -location - free breakfast --- we come to branson every year for I think 20 years now always make it a 5 day vacation - we come for the shows mainly, we've stayed with you most of the years for the 4 nites.--- previous owner had coupon deal if you stayed the year before you got some off on this years stay that was a nice plus but you are fairly reasonable considering you give breakfast too.
nothing I guess I noticed you eliminated the meat on the breakfast but that;s ok we like everything else at the breakfast always eat there.
helpful, courteous, location very good
steep driveway down to Inn, mattress was too hard
The location was very central to everything we wanted to do in Branson
The inn was dated. No plug for charging computer or iphone, except on the counter by the sink. Breakfast served another building that you have to be part mountain goat to get to.
within walking distance of Baldknobbers, mini golf course on site
there was a table in front of a/c unit. The room was small with 2 queen beds. We stayed in the back part of the hotel and it was on a steep slope.
