Staff was friendly and helpful, but see "what we did NOT like"
Moved us to Cabins at Green Mountain, since they had sold Branson Inn and Suites. Did not care for all the knotty pine floors, walls, and ceilings. Getting to and from our cabin was terrible.
Branson Inn & Suites is located not far off the strip, so it is convenient to all shows and attractions.
We had a room on the top floor with a lot of windows and patio doors and it seemed to be cold. Would be great in the summer.
exterior needed maintenance
Everything was nice
Neighbors complaining about us talking in livinging at 11:15 pm after coming in. Walls must be paper thin. We were just talking. Put us in a fowl mood after a great evening.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The tv on the ceiling. The pictures of the rooms online is nothing like what we had. All the pictures online must have been the 1 & 2 bedroom apartments not the studio. It stated online that all rooms with full kitchen and dishwasher. Ours didn't have an oven or a dishwasher, Our camper has a bigger refrigerator then the room had. The bed when ever you laid on it you rolled to the middle. If you wanted to watch tv you had to lay down otherwise you received a sore neck. The chairs were very uncomfortable. Had to take the sheets and pillowcases off of the bed before we left, but nothing said about the blanket or comforter. Seems to me that they don't wash them. We could hear the people talking in the room next to us, their tv and when they were washing clothes. I wish the rooms were sound proof.
We were on the second floor and the floor above us squeaked when someone walked on it. They were very heavy walkers and were up every morning at 6:00 am. Needless to say there was no sleeping late! The floors need to be repaired!
When I got home I felt really rested.
The toilet running every 5 to 10 minutes and the front door making so much noise when opening and closing it.
I wish the bathroom had more privacy. And not such paper thin walls between units.
We loved being on the bottom level and being able to walk to the pool from our patio. Upper level would have been nice for the view too.
The construction going on was a little noisy but it was ok
Wonderful screened in porch with a ceiling fan.
Bathroom was in bedroom which was inconvenient for teenager staying on sofa bed.
Very friendly and competent staff. Great location near the strip.
Room much smaller than advertised. No dishwasher
Maintenance took care of issues very promptly.
Wifi was not always available. When it was, it was not strong enough
everything was very nice room sizes were great all in all nice
construction worker took up most of the parking...couch and chairs in living area hard and dated
the pool was right there, the screened in patio, my sister and I had a great time
We loved the spacious room over all. We love having breakfast out on the screen patio. We love having a kitchen to cook and not have to eat out. We loved the sliding doors to the patio from the bedroom and the double sinks. We loved the shower and the jucuis tub. Big closet was nice too. We loved the over all layout and spaciousness.
We had issues with the wifi. Had issues staying connected and the speed. We also needed different chairs out on the patio. Our unit had only 1 regular chair and the other 2 were more of a beach reclining chair which made it difficult to eat at the table. We took a chair from the dining room out to the patio which solved our problem but would have been perfect if we hadnt had to do that.
Nice and quiet. Took advantage of the pool, horseshoes and shuffle board. Roomy and comfortable.
The accommodations were nice, I was pleasantly surprised and the kids have their own space in our two bedroom suite. the water pressure wasn't good and neither was the Wi-Fi connection but everything else was great! The kitchen had everything that we needed, utensils, dishes, pots/pans, dishtowels, toaster and coffee maker. All we needed to bring we're our clothes and groceries!
Price as compared to other nicer places in Branson Older decor including "tube" TVs For price expected so much more recommend staying someplace nicer for price Was charged almost $100 more then my booking.com price quote
room was very clean and very pleasant.good value and beautiful surroundings.
no staff on sight. no place to place suitcases, very thin walls and connecting room doors, unruly and load people in next room on 3rd night because of no staff on sight only a phone call was made to quiet them down that did not work as well as we had hoped. because of this I would not stay there again or recommend this hotel to others.
Everything no complaints.
This place was awesome! It was nice & quiet, off the beaten path, our rooms were beautifully decorated, well stocked with all the kitchen appliances we needed, and we even had a screened in porch as an added bonus. We have found a great place to stay from now on in Branson-highly recommended.
If you're on of those types of people that must be "connected" at all times,...the Wi-Fi wasn't dependable. But that didn't bother us one bit. I highly recommend Branson Inn & Suites.
Enjoyed the room, lots of room, elevator, pools facilities were excellent.
There was no staff ever in the on site office, had to check in via telephone, also the ac thermostat was preset at 78 degrees could not set it cooler, became very warm on the 4th floor in the heat of the day, other than that enjoyed very much.
The horse shoe pit needed to be fixed
No ice or access to soda machines. No ice trays in room or no ice options.
