    The view was pretty.

    It was not clean.. Sheets had been slept on and it didn't look like it had been cleaned from the last guest.

    Nothing really stands out

    Water stains on ceiling. Numerous light bulbs out in room and elevator. Uncomfortable sofa. Lamp shades dirty. Only one patio chair. Unit showing wear.

    Liked the location in that it was off the main strip and away from the congested traffic. Located in a nice area that was still close to the various attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The 2 bedroom suite provided a large enough space to accommodate our family of 6. It was so nice to have a full size kitchen with a refrigerator and to have a washer and dryer for washing and drying clothes.

    No dislikes to report. Fortunately, I read guest reviews after booking this reservation, but before staying at the Grand Regency. Therefore, I was prepared for some of the problems noted in the reviews. We knew about the registration check in being at a different location than the actual property. We took our own linens for the sofa sleeper. There is a note on the check in paperwork that you have to request these for cleanliness purposes. We took extra towels and washcloths as we knew we would not be able to run down to the front desk and request extras. We took our own soap and shampoo as we knew these items would not be replenished daily like is done in a hotel. The only complaint was that one bedroom did not have a remote so the guests in that room could not watch TV.

    Location is awesome

    Pool is not on site and you have to drive to it.

    Loved the peace and quietly yet only a few hundred yards off 76. Great accommodations.

    It was a bit confusing and frustrating having to check in at a different location. But once that was done all was well.

    The bed was comfortable.

    We paid for a jacuzzi tub/spa and it did not work at all. There was not any WI-FI. It seemed like false advertisement. Everything should be in working order.

    Pretty nice rooms. Good working AC

    No maid service, no vending machine after busy weekend, shower in unit B never got hot. Had to enter the lockout through unit B because the key wouldn't work in unit A.

    We loved the location, and that it was a quiet facility.

    We wished that there would have been a pool at the facility to utilize, instead of having to drive to use one. We would have also enjoyed having wifi.

    Absolutely Nothing!

    There is nothing Grand about this property, nor is there any reason this should be called a Resort. This 1 night stay absolutely ruined our last nights vacation in Branson. 1) Checkin was 1 mile away from the property across the busiest street in Branson (very difficult). 2) Once at the condo, we called for the location of the pool and was told we had to use the pool where we checked in. No Good, but we loaded up the family and made the difficult 1 mile journey to the pool. We were totally shocked to find that the pool had been closed for 4 days for chemical treatment. Why did the hotel personnel tell us that on the phone. 3) When we went back to the condo, We notice there was no coffee provide, no toaster, limited cookware, limited bedding and limited towels. So we had to go out to dinner and breakfast (an unplanned expense). 4) The next morning I ran the water for a shower for 10 minutes and all I got was ice cold water. So the family could not even shower. 5) Sewage smell from hall bathroom, tried running the water to subdue the smell, but it was still present. Just closed the door and did not use. 6) When bring these issues to the staff, all we got was there is nothing they could do. My family deserves an entire refund on this booking because we were really scammed on this deal. So buyer beware, as I will never stay here again or book another reservation thru booking.com

    Room was spacious and clean, a good value. Pretty good location, was very close to what we wanted to do in Branson, was not out of the way to stop in if needed.

    Office to check in was not on site (was not informed of this) it took over an hour to get into the room. Walls and floor are thin, if you get neighbors you will hear them.

    location

    there was no phone in the room, the pool was across town, the first night we were there our beds were not made up right, we called on our cell phone to get linens for the fifth adult , and they said they would bring them the next day we went and got them.

    We had a place to took our food

    Pillows were flat bed was as hard as a rock kitchen was missing utensils only received two pillows on king bed only two spare pillows to boot in addition we didn't have a kitchen table and chairs as indicated on the aminities list the also isn't a pool on site. You can drive 3 miles down the road and sit in 15 minutes worth of traffic if you really want to swim. When using the jetted tub the whole thing filled up with black dirt (so darn gross) who wants to be dirtier when trying to get clean?! There was a DVD player as stated however only in the living room. The bedroom had a VCR yes folks a VCR! I felt like it was a flash back of the 90's. Of course like most people we were travling with dvd's not tapes (roll my eyes) would have loved for my kids to use the DVD player unfortunately they didn't provide the proper remote with it. Instead we got some random remote without batteries. We loved the idea of the condo set up (home away from home) however they certainly failed on it. There was much much more that added too it. Just don't have enough time to state it all.

    I love the facitlity itself. Very roomy and secluded and close to everything.

    I don't like that you have to check in somewhere else. If you need anything at night they cannot bring it to you because they are not on sight. We did not have linens for the sofa bed and had to wait a day for them. They don't have a pool on sight.

    The room was nice.

    The air conditioning was broke so we made an immediate phone call to the desk. We were told they would get maintenance right on it. We called 4 hours later to check the status and was told they would get maintenance on it. I then asked to speak with the manager. They took our number and said they will have him call, which never happened. We called multiple times through the day with no luck we even asked for a different room. We never got any response. We spent our entire weekend without air conditioning! Very frustrating. We spent way more money then planned because we were avoiding our room.

    Everything was so nice! It was as if I was at my home! I loved the washer and dryer in the room and the jacuzzi tub! The price was excellent!!!

    No internet service!!! I could hear the people staying above me walking around.

    Loved the suite. It was nice area for two couples. It was a pleasant stay.

    Didn't like checking in at one place and then having to drive to another.

    We loved the 2 bedroom condo. It was perfect for our us. The location was excellent with easy access to the shows and shopping. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and small appliances such as blender, toaster, and coffee pot. We had a problem figuring out how to use the DVR and staff was quick to get us the answer. We also needed the pilot light lit on our fireplace and they took care of it and showed us what to do if it went out again. We were very pleased with the friendly accommodating staff and everything about the facility. We're hoping to return to Branson next year and planning to stay at the Grand Regency again.

    There wasn't anything we didn't like. If I had to mention something, the chairs on the balcony were not real stable. Probably just needed some screws tightened.

    It was close to most stuff.

    It was not clean. The front door would not shut good.the shower leaked in to the floor the other bathroom the tub the water dripped all day. The telephones did not work they had been shut off. It seems who ever purchaseed the property does not care about taking care of the property or the grounds just taking the money.

    the phones in room did not work, the plug in the tub did not work, the knob on the iron was messed up, the door to our room did not lock when we left the room.

    The price was far. And good location.

    Location was hard to find. The house keeping people were loud and used a lot of profanity. We could have stayed at over places for the same price and had a pool.

    Pricing and comfort was great! Very relaxing stay!

    Check in staff was not very friendly, did not give me my key or directions until I asked for them before walking out the door.
