Only issue we had was getting a phonecall at 12:30am to turn our tv down. We didnt have it on we were sleeping.
We love the room with the jacuzzi. And the location and the price is just right.
The bed was uncomfortable; maybe it's time to replace the mattress.
The pool, water was warm enough that my little one could enjoy the swimming.
I would rate everything as VERY GOOD, except for wifi. They seemed to be having issues with it so weren't able to connect most of the time.
Not enough pillows
Breakfast and kid friendly
water run cold before filling up the jacuzzi. Water pressure was worse than most.
Room was Large. Housekeeping and staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was boring, same items every morning and wasn't good at all on our last day there due to an unexpected snow.
Staff friendliness and assistance, price, pool, cleanliness.
Clerk asked for a copy of my drivers license but not my daughter in laws plus I used a credit card this has identity theft all over it. I stay at many hotels and am asked to see a drivers license but not make a copy that they scan into the computer. Would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.
There were kids running up and down the hall the entire time.
Pool was not in the hotel, outside building. It was December so it was cold going back and forth. Game room was small but a couple machines were free. Ice cream social was cute, 10 pm may be a little late to have it though. Weirdest mismatch of colors, patterns and styles throughout the hotel, not that it matters, but it was funny.
Price was decent, hotel had an inviting entry. Wifi was good. Good staff, great free breakfast.
The only problems we had was the carpet in our room needed deep cleaning or replacement. And the toasters in the eating area needed to be located in a different location. It was very hard to get to them with all the other people being in the way.
We liked the location and the beautiful Christmas decorations. The hotel was very pretty and the staff extremely friendly. Breakfast was very good and the cobblers in the evening were delicious.
We always like staying at Branson Towers it is a good location, quite and peaceful. The rooms are always clean the staff are the best you can have. It is just minutes from shopping and the shows and good places to eat.
Was told they had an indoor pool but didn't say you had to go outside to get to it.. didn't want to go out into cold then swim then come back out in cold.. said they had ice cream social but didn't say you had to pay for it.. was okay but should of let people know that.. It was okay, but wouldn't stay there again..
room was big.. had fridge. wasclean
We were on second floor and family on third floor had four rooms with children. It appears they didn't know how to make them mind. They were jumping off beds and banging around until after midnight when we called front desk, but it was taken care of and it appears others in hotel complained also.
Loved location, hotel was very clean and they had ice cream social very night at 10:00 so was great to spend time with granddaughter. Will stay there any time we need to get away to Branson.
The bathroom needs better lighting. We were on the second floor and could hear the people above us each morning quite easily.
The hotel lobby was very nice and decorated beautifully for Christmas. We had a newly renovated room which was nicely furnished. The beds were better than any other hotel we have stayed at.
The lobby area, ready for Christmas was lovely and the cobbler & ice cream at 10 PM was wonderful.
The breakfast was never organized, our last stay for 3 nights when we went in the pans were always empty and we had to search for someone to fill them, the jugs of milk empty,no eating utensils, just needed more attention.
the lobby was very nice and inviting, looked very pretty. Was there over Christmas one time and was decorated beautifully.
dated (1990's) - but I don't mind as I get a better value. I booked through an internet service and needed to change my reservations to leave a day earlier - I couldn't remember my password to the internet site and the hotel said I could leave, but they couldn't refund the difference without the OK of the booking site.
Very Comfortable Bed!, Clean room and bath, Iron and board in room, Plenty of drawer and closet space, Full breakfast bar every morning (eggs, biscuits and cream gravy, sausage patties, fruit, cereal, make-your-own waffles, milk 2%, bagels/toast, donuts, fresh coffee - I probably left something off...), Room remodeling is ongoing but did not disturb us, Heated Pool and a Hot Tub that I visited frequently, in-room fridge, Microwave and coffee service. Fairly easy to get to. Not on the Main Strip - quiet and easy driving. We didn't use Wi-Fi.
The room needed new carpet; the bathroom had been recently patched. The free breakfast offered had molded egg patties like the frozen ones for egg sandwiches. I won't stay there again.
The rooms kind of smelled of smoke trying to b covered up with room Freshener
My folks use to stay there several years ago they always enjoyed the cobbler after the show. Since I was taking.g them we thought we would do it again. We enjoyed.
not a thing
liked everything. would recommend this to anyone staying in the Branson area-Ice cream social is a grand idea. Can't say enough good things about our stay. Will stay again and again.
The beds and pillows are fantastic! The breakfast is always great! We have no complaints at all!!!
It can be very noisey when there are groups of kids in the hotel. They need to enforce quiet time for the sake of sleep morning and night.
Have stayed there a number of times over the years.I like location very much.I have stayed at a number of places in the past in Branson but I like the towers the best.
The only dislike is that the hotel had a smell that u can get use to it. If not just purchase an air freshner and it will cure the problem. Either replace the carpet or hire a professional to clean it I believe this may be the problem with the smell.
the inside and outside appearance was very warming. We had no problem with the staff or maintenance personnel. The first nite our a/c would not cool the room down. Call the front desk and a/c personnel came up and try to fix it. They ended up replacing and the room stay cold during our stay. The room was cleaned and had enough supplies to comfort us every day,
The room had a bit of dingy smell to it that I was not expecting but it went away after we turned the ac on.
I liked the feel of the building more classy spiral staircase grand piano.
The room should have more than one chair when it has a king size bed.
