Score from 244 reviews Excellent
Very Comfortable Bed!, Clean room and bath, Iron and board in room, Plenty of drawer and closet space, Full breakfast bar every morning (eggs, biscuits and cream gravy, sausage patties, fruit, cereal, make-your-own waffles, milk 2%, bagels/toast, donuts, fresh coffee - I probably left something off...), Room remodeling is ongoing but did not disturb us, Heated Pool and a Hot Tub that I visited frequently, in-room fridge, Microwave and coffee service. Fairly easy to get to. Not on the Main Strip - quiet and easy driving. We didn't use Wi-Fi.
dated (1990's) - but I don't mind as I get a better value. I booked through an internet service and needed to change my reservations to leave a day earlier - I couldn't remember my password to the internet site and the hotel said I could leave, but they couldn't refund the difference without the OK of the booking site.
The room needed new carpet; the bathroom had been recently patched. The free breakfast offered had molded egg patties like the frozen ones for egg sandwiches. I won't stay there again.
My folks use to stay there several years ago they always enjoyed the cobbler after the show. Since I was taking.g them we thought we would do it again. We enjoyed.
The rooms kind of smelled of smoke trying to b covered up with room Freshener
liked everything. would recommend this to anyone staying in the Branson area-Ice cream social is a grand idea. Can't say enough good things about our stay. Will stay again and again.
not a thing
The beds and pillows are fantastic! The breakfast is always great! We have no complaints at all!!!
Have stayed there a number of times over the years.I like location very much.I have stayed at a number of places in the past in Branson but I like the towers the best.
It can be very noisey when there are groups of kids in the hotel. They need to enforce quiet time for the sake of sleep morning and night.
the inside and outside appearance was very warming. We had no problem with the staff or maintenance personnel. The first nite our a/c would not cool the room down. Call the front desk and a/c personnel came up and try to fix it. They ended up replacing and the room stay cold during our stay. The room was cleaned and had enough supplies to comfort us every day,
The only dislike is that the hotel had a smell that u can get use to it. If not just purchase an air freshner and it will cure the problem. Either replace the carpet or hire a professional to clean it I believe this may be the problem with the smell.
I liked the feel of the building more classy spiral staircase grand piano.
The room had a bit of dingy smell to it that I was not expecting but it went away after we turned the ac on.
The room should have more than one chair when it has a king size bed.
Pool was clean & well maintained, the ice cream social was nice, the jacuzzi tub in the king room was great. The common areas were all well maintained & well taken care of. Bed was comfortable.
Pillows were small & not very comfortable, sheets were cheap, thin & threadbare. Paint in the room wasn't up kept & the fixtures were old. The room smelled like smoke. The rooms need to be painted and the fixtures updated but overall it was a great stay & a great hotel & definitely worth the price I paid.
We chose this hotel because of the arcade since our kids love playing old style arcade games. This was a great distraction for a few hours. Although it was very small and some of the machines were out of order and it became very busy and crowded, we still enjoyed it. We also liked the ice cream social at 10 o'clock. The peach cobbler was amazing! Best continental breakfast ive ever had!
It was a little out of the way. Nothing within walking distance. The arcade could be expanded. It was small and cramped.
I loved the beds they were really comfortable and having a little refrigerator and microwave was nice.
I only wish there was two pools or hot tubs. The night we stayed there was softball teams staying so we didn't get to enjoy those since they were full of young kids We had looked at other hotels that had more than one. Other than that loved our stay.
Convenience, food , pool
We loved our stay there. The bed was so comfortable it was like being at home. They r very friendly to the customers and very helpful. They also serve icecream and cobbler at night and the guests all gather around and visit while enjoying the desert.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like.
The cake donuts. The room had a fridge and microwave.
No toilet lid dude to being a handicap accessible room. The walls of the room and bathroom are pink.
clean room and bath
noisy AC and little fridge
quiet clean place. great breakfast
Was very close to roads that would take you to the "hot" spots - theater, Silver Dollar City, etc.
Some noise from the hallway -- but not bad, and the people settled down.
Location. Good breakfast. Clean rooms and common areas.
The one woman at the desk was very snippy and rude. I think she was German. She had a charming accent. Very cold.
Quiet. Staff was excellent and responded quickly.
Breakfast was good, but could be excellent if you had yogurt.
--Clean rooms and facility. --Friendly, helpful staff. --Hot breakfast with variety every morning. --Indoor pool.
It was a nice, comfortable place for staying.
The hotel was away from all the bustle but only a few minutes drive away. Nice amenities. Great rooms. Next time we visit Branson we will definitely consider Branson Towers.
The breakfast.was too generic. Come on, the eggs were thin, dry and shaped like patties! Very sub-par compared to all the other amenities of the hotel. I spoke with several other guests during our stay and basically had the same reaction of the breakfast menu.
The atmosphere and the cleanliness
The walls were thin. One could hear every activity in other rooms and/or corridor.
