No fridge or microwave
location and the price great
around on the back side parking can be a little tight
The breakfast was poor. The mattress and t.v. needs up dated.
Easy access to main road to attractions
The rooms stayed cool and staff was nice when we needed something.
The rooms need to be dusted better like over the sink [lights] the box springs edges where needed att.
The location is out of the main rush of traffic.
The "breakfast" was very slim. White bread, pasty "gravy", and when the donuts ran out at 8:30, no one was available to put more out, though more guests had just arrived.
The beds were wore out,we were in pain due to the matresses.
the room was always clean when we returned for the day. thank you to the housekeeping staff. beds were very comfortable!
The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been the availability of a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The breakfast was only so-so.
It was off the strip, quiet neighborhood.
Shower didn't work, husband did not like mattress, he did not sleep well.
the bed was ok
the paint was off the door on both sides in big spots and door had a gap to let the cool air out or the hot air in.
It was kept very clean and quiet. If you're looking for a bed and a shower, I guess it would do.
Beds were sorta like a trampoline or a waterbed without baffles. Continental Breakfast was "austere". I know this is the Ozarks, but it was "hilly" to park and to exit out onto the street. We'll probably not do it again.
Location was good for restaurants and shows that we were interested in
Rooms were humid/moist and coffee pot wasn't clean
People were really friendly.
The room had a odor like a dog had wet in there and the stain in the front of the door.
We chose this hotel because of the price and convenient location and we were looking for one with a pool that would offer privacy. We felt it was beautifully placed with lovely flowers and pleasant surroundings, however, it rained so we didn't get the opportunity to use the pool.
We would have preferred the room have both microwave and refrigerator.
Location was close to our choice of entertainment.
We had three rooms for our family and two out of the three bathrooms smelled like urine. There were also ants in one of the rooms.
The ice machine was close to our room. Even though we didn't use it, the pool looked pretty clean and accessible. The gazebo was pretty neat option to have.
The noise of people walking up and down the stairs all night. The bed was hard as a rock and every turn of my husband about bounced me out of the bed. Even though the room was non-smoking, it was heavily saturated with the smoke smell. The toilet did not have a lot of flushing power and we had to fix it a couple of times. When we walked in the air had not been turned on and it was so hot. We turned on the air and had to wait about 5 hours before it cooled off the room enough to try and sleep. In fact we slept without a sheet or blanket and I still was sweating most of the night. We sit over by the air conditioner and let it blow directly on us for the first hour. The air was cold but the fan did not blow very hard. They had breakfast that consisted of biscuits and gravy, juice, donuts, and cereal but there was not any protein option or fresh fruit available that usually consists in a continental breakfast. Also an option for ice water or other drink would have been nice. Even though I liked the pool and gazebo, the landscaping was more like a dessert look and the boards on the gazebo could use some staining. In general, the place is pretty run down looking on the inside. The staff were ok but not very engaging or welcoming..they did not seem genuine. You could tell it was a job to them only.
The rooms were clean. The staff was pleasant. The location was excellent. BIscuits and gravy at breakfast was a nice perk.. but the gravy was terrible.
The pool was very small but clean. The street to access this motel was very steep and made it difficult to enter and exit. We were in a car with a manual transmission and had to find an alternate way back to the strip.
Toilet was not bolted down and toilet was too big for the bathroom and could not close the door.
staff was friendly but had limited english skills.
the bath towels were old and dingy. the hotel needs to be updated. the star ratings were deceiving.
comfortable and clean
need exhaust fans for bathroom for odor control, but we bought some freshner and lysol. No lotion and I didn't take any......
Price and close to attractions.
Mattresses where to soft. No frig or other updated amenities.
had a good time not a five star but all in all pretty nice
Location right off the strip and across from the winery, the price was decent & bedding was clean. Staff was friendly.
Carpet really old & dirty looking, didn't want to be barefoot on it, tiny tiny pool, crack across bathroom floor, slow plumbing, old TV with sepia color.
That Maid service came daily and gave you two clean towels. Location was very good.
That you had to pay 10.00 a day for a micro or referigator. I stayed a week $140.00. Very very small towels My ac was old and it took a long time to cool TV was really old and the wifi was hard to stay connected
Close to Brandon strip
Room was musty everyday. Towels supposed to be white they looked soiled not properly washed they looked gray and off black. Continental breakfast a big joke. Mattresses are nasty and uncomfortable no bed ruffles you saw all the spots and stains. Air stop working last night.
