I liked the location, view, and price. The continental breakfast started at 9AM. That is the normal time most breakfasts are done.

Comminicative staff despite our 8:45 pm arrival I should have requested an earlier breakfast, something we missed since it wasn't offered before 9 am (Friday)

Convenience of location The office closes from 9 pm to 9am...so the continental breakfast is not available until 9 am... My "view of the rock" room was no such thing. My room was under the stairwell and that was all i could see. There were people talking loudly til 2am outside my door. Walls are not soundproof. It seemed there was no one to monitor guests behaviors. Parking had to be on the street.

It's perfect walking to the seashore & shopping & dining. Very quiet in the evening time. The blow dryer didn't work, there was no soap the first nite, the pool wasn't heated, the breakfast was packaged pastries & fresh apples, juice & cofee

I've been going to Morro Bay with my family for over 25 years and this was my first time at the Breakers Motel and it is the best value we've ever had in a hotel there. Close to the bay, reasonably priced, jacuzzi, and nice accomodations. We will come again as will our family members.

We stay at Breakers everytime we come to Morro Bay. The place is dated but we like it and the view of Morro Rock is always beautiful and changing. This time the free breakfast wasn't available until 9 a.m. so any early birds were just out of luck. They are always advertising for help but the position has never been filled. Maybe they should offer more pay. Don't know what the position is.

Good view of Morro Bay and Morro Rock - we stayed on 3rd floor - may not have same view from lower floors. Room was clean and comfortable, with easy walk to restaurants and sea front. Overall good value. Overall setting not attractive, but met expectations from description when booking. No elevator.

the view was amazing and the staff was excellent I drink a few cups of coffee in the morning, and having to wait till 9 am for the continental breakfast (or even a cup of coffee) was a little ridiculous. There was a toaster, and sliced bread but nothing to put on the bread-I guess it was a good way to cut calories, and kids went in and wiped out almost everything else which was not replaced. We also enjoyed the fireplace, but the one log per day (we couldn't even buy one there) was a little strange. It was pretty chilly most of the time and we would have enjoyed having a fire in the morning and evening.

The location was really neat among the shops, next to the Saturday market and close to the water. The hotel was definitely "old school" be we enjoyed it tremendously. That it took so long for the hot water in the shower to heat up. I hate wasting water!

The location was real good We go to motto bay4 Times a year. It was quite noisy You could hear everything going on Next door and upstairs. They did not come in And Tend to our room They forgot it
