Just as the headline say, there where some bugs in my room. Not sure is because the lack of pest control or it was because there was door open all time in the hallway. Also think that walls and door in the room didn't help to hold the noise, so didn't got straight hours of sleep. AC was a little musty. The wifi conection was poor. The lady who did check in was a little rude. Seems that she want to avoid the sense of giving hospitality to the guest. Everything get done tho. Overall I will stay away from this hotel if I can next time. I think i will had a better experience if the staff was a little warmer and if the bugs weren't there.
Staff was very kind. Breakfast was good.
Wi-Fi did not work at all and bathroom was missing shower curtain. This is an old Hotel that needs to be upgraded. If you like old motel then go for it.
There was mold all over ceiling in bathroom. Bathroom floor not clean. Lamps didn't work, curtains weren't hanging properly.
There was no shower curtain, was going to heat my leftovers...microwave wasn't cleaned, carpet felt dirty, we had to turn ac way down before it would even come on...Will we stay again no
I liked that the WiFi was good. And the AC was good.
Had to fix the Dryer so I can dry my clothes. The laundry area was dirty, the kitchen was dirty, not enough towels. Room was dirty, People smoking in the hotel, kids running up and down the hall. bed uncomfortable and old bedspread and sheets.
Shower rod was barely hanging on. AC wasn't the coldest. Only 1 of 3 outside door access machines worked. AC in room was held up by 2 small boards and pool had a white foamy substance floating on it. Tub had no non-slip coatings and VERY slippery. Breakfast was Eggo waffles and honey buns from Sam's.
They did not want to furnish 3 women with enough wash cloths. The beds were hard. The wifi would not work in the room. Now who travels nowadays with hotel rooms without great wifi. Women need lots of washcloths.
The toilet was broke,We had no toilet paper,The rooms stinks, not even worth the money you have to pay
close to casino
coffeemaker in room didnt work. room smelled very musty. continental breakfast wasn't much of anything.
Rooms were not very clean, no toilet paper in the bathroom, had to beg for bath towels, air conditioning was lousy and the TV didn't work - it's one of those old fashion ones that the remote didn't work at all and it only had one channel to view. If there was free breakfast you really couldn't tell because they only had cereals kids eat and coffee. Also, prior to checking out the hotel housekeeping just went into our room without knocking or announcing themselves stating they are picking up linen and towels, etc. This is not how to run a hotel and infringing on guests privacy and it was not even close to check out time. I saw the hotel person (who was a man) doing that to many guests up and down the hallway. The person at the front desk could hardly speak English. It was disgusting and i will never stay there and or recommend it to anyone. They only allowed a towel per room, even though we rented a suite and had four people and only one towel. I had to beg for towels and toilet paper. This was crazy.
QUEEN BED AND LARGE ROOM
NO TOILET PAPER AND ONLY 2 TOWELS AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN......MUGGY SMELL ON BEDSPREAD AND ROOM
rooms was clean pool was great and hot tub prices was good
could not check in 20 min. early no lid for coffee pot breakfast was not teal good
the room was nice and the pool was nice.
a couple of light bulbs burned in our room. the bed was very uncomfortable
There was a cockroach on the bathroom floor when I checked in (which, ironically enough was right after they cleaned it). There was some unknown 'stuff' stuck to the walls, the sheets and comforter were stained, the desk chair was filthy (so many stains and unknown substances on it I opted to sit on the floor and work). There was an odd odor in the room. The breakfast consisted of two different cereals and that's it...not even a piece of fruit was available. I'm not too sure why they even bothered to put anything out. It was overall dirty and unpleasant! I will never stay there again!
Hot. Air was not working right.
The room stunck,The carpet was nasty, and the AC didnt work right, for the price of the motel its better to pay a little more and stay at a clean hotel
The location of it from the casino and the price was decent
The place is beginning to run down. There was oilfield grease and oil on the walls and bathtub was falling apart.
Too much chlorine in pools, theft of personal belongings by hotel staff, locked front doors during business hours, bad breakfast choices, dirty linens, dirty towels, room was not made-ready upon arrival at 11 pm. Overall, this was a HORRIBLE experience for a honeymoon!
Room was nice. Beds were good. Bathroom was clean. Room temperature was good too.
Breakfast bar was horrible. Coffee was cold. Juice was gone. Nothing but a couple of bagels and bread left to eat.Not sure what was originally there to begin with. By 9:30 am you might as well forget it.
the facility was nice for the price and our room was nice.
Needed more towels in our room. Breakfast was not very good. The next morning when we got to prepare to leave I noticed some kind of bites on my face and arms. That made me wonder if there were bed bugs.
Hotel is run down and beaten up. Carpets need replacement, the room had exposed power sockets with wires coming out of the wall - we had to hide them from our toddler who was with us by placing luggage in front of it. The bulbs were missing in the main lamps in the room. Yet, the rates were 30% higher than typical economy hotels. I would pay no more than $50 a night for such a hotel even if I went again, where as I paid over $80. In short, no value for money and property needs renovation.
Suites need more towels and maybe an updates on room...not bad for though. I would stay there again.
clean, and comfortable but check out time should be at 2;00 pm like the other hotel down the street
I was going to get in the sauna and the water was so nasty,It was awful
Friendly and quiet very reasonable .
Wifi needs improvement inside pool very cold .
