The room, amenities, location and restaurant were fabulous. I recommend Bricco Suites highly. Their eye for detail is spot on.

I loved it all
The roof top deck was an unexpected great surprise

A microwave would have made the "suite" perfect, couldn't take home leftovers to heat up, darn it.
Location in the near North End was great, walked the whole Freedom Trail from here. Pastries and wonderful Italian restaurants were right there. Room was new, bed was comfortable, our location off a back alley was quaint.

The rooms are poorly furnished , torn pillows, poor sitting arrangements. The major negative is the lack of an elevator, even a small one, to go three floors up with a spouse with a walking cane. This (lack of an elevator) should be stated in their ad. Curved stairways for 3 floors. Awful. 67 years old, cane, 3 floor walk up, bad match.......

Charm of place and location

Kitchen lacked spoons, knives, and other things that are needed for cooking. In my case this was not a problem, but those who will be coming with the real desire to prepare food, should from the very beginning check this and request assistance from the staff.
Excellent location, real appartment, very new, clean and spacious. The team is very helpful. There are a restaurant and food shop on the ground floor. Wi-if worked perfectly.

Most of the pictures on the website are the 1, 2 or 3 bedroom suites. The studio suite is not that big or elaborate. There's no table and chairs (there's a desk and one chair only), and a refrigerator but no microwave. The fireplace is kind of silly. The rooms are quiet because they are off an alley off the main street, right next to the bakery. You can smell the bread baking at 6 am in your room! Also the Bricco Salumeria makes the BEST sandwiches - try the roast beef - never had anything like it!
It was an easy walk to most of the historical attractions and easy to get to the subway. The Freedom Walk was right in front of the Bricco restaurant! The hotel is right in the middle of the Italian section of town with plenty of wonderful restaurants. Also Mike's Pastry and Modern Pastry were less than a minute away. What a treat!

Stayed for 4 nights, including the weekend. For some reason the noise from the street on Friday night was extreme. Lots of drunken laughing and shouting going on until 3am. Also, the apartment was in need of some TLC.
Enjoyed the proximity to all the excellent restaurants and the neighborhood feel.

The location is perfect. It is an easy walk to Quincy Market and there are plenty of restaurants and bakeries. Although there is no parking on site, it was easy to take taxis and/or walk.

Very comfortable accommodations in a great location.

The hotel location is fantastic for exploring the North End and Downtown, and extremely close to major T stops to explore sights further out. Bricco is not your normal US hotel, it is modeled after European small hotels and you feel like you are living like a local above the hustle and bustle of tourist mecca Hanover Street. The staff at Bricco were fantastic and we could not have asked for a better experience. This will be the first place I try to book next time we come to Boston!

I loved the location! The studio was very comfortable. I slept better than I have in a hotel in years. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. I parked at the Government Center and it was a short walk to Bricco. I ate at the restaurant and the food was awesome. This will be my place to stay anytime I visit Boston. It's within walking distance to so many attractions and a train or bus ride away to other points in the city. I loved the neighborhood feel to my stay! Thanks!

Excellent facility for a trip to Boston .Splendid location in the bustling North End .Ideal base to visit Boston in the heart of the cosmoplitan Italian District. Helpful staff in Bricco, always available .

Steep narrow stairs, noisy air con and complete lack of cooking utensils even though there is a kitchen installed. Maybe this should not feature in the online advertising.
