Location is really good. The food at the restaurant \downstairs is amasing.
No elevetor, but the staff at the restaurant was very helpful.
Roomy for our group of 4
Street noise from Hanover St--really loud, even with the windows closed.
This hotel has the ambience of Europe, located on the Freedom Trail in North Boston. The smells of baking bread and Italian spices fill the air and draw you into the quaint cafés. The staff was gracious and helpful.
The narrow, winding staircase is rough going with luggage.
Restaurant had great food and service, but was very crowded, tables very close together so noise level on a Tuesday evening was very loud. No elevator: bellboy graciously took our heavy suitcases up four flights but felt bad for him!
The Staff is very friendly, the suite is amazing - huge, wonderful view of Boston, a working chimney (so cozy!!!) and a "spa" shower!!! Perfect location in Little Italy, North End!
We loved everything about this hotel. The location was just perfect, the staff was so helpful and nice. The room was even more than we expected, it was absolutely beautiful. We loved the huge shower, the bed was amazing and the fireplace was the cherry on top. We will definitely be come bk and recommending it to our friends.
Loved the boutique style room ,a great place to relax after a day's sight seeing The location was great if you only had a day here you could find plenty of cute shops and eateries On the doorstep and wander the surrounding streets ,which were so pretty.
Nothing worth mentioning really..
The space, the shower! And the cleanliness. Coffee machine was good and having two TVs was an unexpected bonus.
Noisy wooden staircase and noise from room above
Location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff. Had a great overnight stay with my wife, we are somewhat local but had a great one night getaway for a bruins game and dinner and we really enjoyed our studio/suite.
The kitchette, tap fittings. Good quality decor and bathroom fittings.
As there were lots of restaurants in the area there was some noise where our room was situated.
The rooms are very modern, spacious and exceptionally clean. A great location in Hanover St North End, so endless choices of restaurants.
Wooden floor boards meant some noise of people walking upstairs. Found the bed a little hard.
Location of suites is excellent for cafes, bars and restaurants. Michael who looked after us during our stay was very efficient and accommodating. Room, whilst small was great and has everything we needed.
There was quite a bit of noise that drifted up from Hanover Dt and the bakery that started early. There needs to be a sign outside the door on Hanover St to let you know to go into the restaurant to check in. One of the locals went in for us!
The proximity of cafes, bars and restaurants was great. We were only in Boston overnight so being able to walk to everything was great. Did a harbour cruise and the on and off trolley. Also ad lunch t Quincy Market. Hanover St was like being in Italy, do much character.
Location, size of the room
Not a hotel setting (no lobby). We asked for two dbl bed it was not available.
Very spacious, great bed, great shower facilities. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Did not like bedroom on the street side of suite - lots of noise from restaurant below and street noise. Beverage charge too high. No sofa or comfortable seating to watch TV in dining area - not as pictured on website. Would have liked a tub in bathroom.
Location Space Furnishings
Withdrawl of self catering facilities and no prior communication of this - photos now misleading Lack of communication about check in/arrival, not mentioned anywhere about reporting to restaurant on arrival - very awkward when arriving mid evening and restaurant is very busy and also trying to manage luggage Bank of air conditioning units adjacent to bedroom made for very difficult sleeping - at time while building buzzes
Position and facilities
Being charged $20 for using 2 cans of soda from the mini-bar.... No reception area
Very central to everything, great night life and shopping
Great location, Would recommend this area to anyone, the restaurants are fantastic and it is only a few minute walk to Faneuil Hall and the harbour. We walked everywhere, it is very accessible The One bedroom suite had the most comfortable bed, great shower.
No kettle, although a good coffee machine. No cooking pans or microwave, but staying in that area, there are so many fantastic Italian restaurants that you wouldn't need to eat in the suite. No lift and stairs are very steep, we stayed on first floor which is 2 flights up, it is a long way up to top floor so request a lower floor room!
liked everything about Bricco suites, great area to stay full of character. We stayed in a studios suite so I can't comment on the larger suites but a toaster in the apartment would have been really useful.
Smart suites Fantastic service Patio North End Location Immaculate bathroom
No bottle opener ;)
Location, staff helpfulness, comfort of accommodation and a great breakfast
Could not fault it
There was nothing I did not like. Great location, great room, great food, great staff
Location, size of apt, cost was fair, very comfortable..fabulous shower. Proximity to amazing restaurants. Staff was very accomdodating
We wanted to cook a little breakfast but there were not pots or pan. Not sure why there is a stove in the room. Granted with all the fabulous restauranrs around we were not going to be cooking all of our meals, but to be able to make a little breakfast on the stove would have been nice
My only complaint was the female serving staff working behind the bar. Not a thank you or a smile to be found.
