All perfect...great location, outfit appartement was great, everything works & complete, friendly staff, nearby the important things to see and to do...
The airco in 307: you can't live with (far too noisy) or without.. (to warm, opening + window means intense prof. airco's noise from neighbour company's)... You can only get some sleep with professional earplugs!
location & Cleanliness
bit of noise at night
Michael was excellent - answered our questions and needs quickly and with a smile. Nice, spacious and very clean room. Enjoyed the fake fireplace! Location is perfect!
The constant smell of bread in the room (bakery downstairs).
Location, space of apartment, modern furnishings, helpful staff, excellent restaurant.
56 stairs to flat, no lift, no fire escape, no cooking facilities in spite of photos on web-site, Wi-Fi difficult.
The bed was very comfortable, room clean, modern facilities, smell of the bakery right below us was wonderful, location was good to be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, near airport.
NO PARKING! Please tell us on your website where to park (and pay). TV sound didn't work.
I had taken a fall that day and were so helpful with everything.
No elavator with a bad hip. No place to set thing in bathroom.
We were going to the Fleetwood Mac concert and eating in the North End of Boston. So convenient to both.Great suite , great bed , so convenient to so many great restaurants . We ate at Limencello's. Wonderful! Great concert , great hotel !!
The web site advertises it's unique qualities of providing areas for sleeping, eating and relaxing. There was only a sleeping area, not even a comfortable chair to relax. There was a kitchenette, but no facilities to enable use of it. Just a very poor coffee maker. We booked a one bed roomed suite, but a bedroom was all we got up 48 steps with no lift!
Great location, boutique feel, clean and comfortable.
Felt so comfortable in the best possible location in the North End. Warm, friendly staff let me stay a few hours longer. Able to really enjoy my trip to boston with no worries.
location to walking the city walks, location to restaurants and coffee cafes. Lovely feel in unit, floating floor boards and quality finishes and products.
noisy disposal of bottles on Saturday night below our window. bedding was too hot. Mattress is encased in rubber and therefore is very hot to sleep on. Quilt too is too hot for the very warm room.
Everything, location great
The location is fantastic. We walked there from Boston South Station and the number and quality of restraunts and cafes was amazing
The television didn't work very well as the sound kept dropping out
location room quality staff
beds were hard as rocks
The location was fab, in the Italian quater on a busy street with great coffee and pastry shops near by. The staff were always helpful, professional and there if you needed them. The room was perfect for what we wanted and a good size. Thanks to all at the Bricco we will be back!
The flight of stairs up to the room was painful after a day out in Boston walking, there was no lift so beware if you don't want to climb a couple of flights to the top rooms, the air-conditioning was loud and right over the bed...not great but we were fine.
The noise level was difficult at times. The hallway noise was the worse of any hotel I've stayed. Pounding and clanking began early outside, probably as the bakery downstairs opened. Finally simple walking from upstairs neighbors sounded like soldiers marching.
The location was fantastic.
The whole place needs a fresh coat of paint. They also made us change rooms mid-stay which was incovenient.
Clean Great restaurants and cafes on doorstep Good Location Room service from restaurant great food
No Lift for Baby Buggies
Right in the heart of the north end, amazing food and smells everywhere; great to be so close to night life, and a great experience walking for breakfast in the a.m.
The suite was excellent, laid out differently but I liked it. Very clean, location to the places we went was excellent, staff very friendly, and even though it was one night it could have been a week I wouldn't have minded at all.
air conditioning was on the loud side and the stairs were a drawback (probably more because I'm out of shape)
The location on Hanover street is great. The apartment is very stylish with great sleeping accomodation and bathroom. The cafes, restaurants and food shops around the apartment are great and the streetlife was vibrant but still relaxed.
The apartment has a nice kitchen but almost no cooking utensils. As I am gluten intolerant I often prefer to cook for myself. There was a problem with the fire alarm which went off during the night-there was no night manager so this wasn't fixed till the next morning.
Location: near lots of nice Italian restaurants (including Bricco itself) and nice Italian food shops (including Bricco's bread bakery and their salumeria downstairs from the suite), yet not far from the rest of Boston: a 5-minute walk to the Haymarket T station. Staff: the manager and staff were quite pleasant and helpful
On our next-to-last day, the boiler failed and there was no hot water until just before we checked out. The manager was very apologetic, and while it was not pleasant, it would not keep us from coming back.
Loved the location. Wonderful spot for restaurants and walking the Freedom Trail. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious and includes a fridge. I would not consider it a suite but definitely much better than a chain hotel.Loved the Italian deli and fresh made bread right outside.
There is no elevator so either request a first floor room or be in good shape. Bathroom was very tight as in Europe however the shower was spacious. There was some noise but during our stay it was not too bad and not too late. We were there on the weekend and our room was not on the street nor above the restaurant.
Excellent location, helpful staff. Great restaurant.
Very noisy airconditioning
Room was clean and stylish. Great comfy bed.
Wifi very erratic. There was nothing in the room to explain about this virtual assistant that was mentioned.
