Excellent location, helpful staff. Great restaurant.
Very noisy airconditioning
Helpful reception staff (Marjorie), great location good for Fanueil Hall, Harbour & all City centre sights. Great modern facilities
Bricco is two minutes from Quincey Market and set right in the heart of the Italian quarter which is bustling with restaurants and bars - our two bed apartment was large, bright and decorated to a high standard - Bricco doesn't do 'great views' it does great location
Although we were up 3 flights of stairs, we were helped with our bags on arrival. We were able to check in right away even though we arrived before check in time. A fantastic location.
The apartment was well fitted out and very modern. We loved the proximity of Bricco Suites to all of the historical sites, particularly the Freedom Trail. It was all within walking distance. We were also close to many great places to eat a variety of great foods. No need for a car!
The street noise until late into the evening may be of concern to those who like to turn in at an early hour.
the beds, the design THE SHOWER. we stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. amazing
noise insulation is required. our apartment was facing the street though on the second floor we could hear the noise from the restaurant below
I loved being right in the middle of everything. The restaurant was amazing!!
The staff was excellent. Our favorite part was the location. Being right in the middle of the italian sector was great.
Location, shower, bed and size of suite
The stairs with all our stock, no front desk to ask about Boston or for information
Room was great
49 spiraling steps to room, noise at night from bars on Hanover Street. Has a kitchen with no pots or pans.
The location saves this facility. The restaurants are very good as is the bakery .
The cleanliness and wireless were terrible. The staff was friendly but often unavailable. Kitchen facilities are next to non-existent. There is no laundry on site.
Location-5 minutes from Quincy Market and downtown Boston .
Location; beds; shower; roominess. I would gladly return IF the noise issue were addressed.
Noise level from street made sleeping impossible...given effort made to create a high-end facility I would think that noise abatement would have been part of the equation. Wifi was limited to about 5 hours during my two-day stay.
Just right for short stay. Felt clean and modern. Cute building on historic street. Awesome Italian food right outside your door... Literally!
Close to great restaurants. Good coffee place also very close.
Room was a perfect size, very clean and well kept. The location is in the heart of Little Italy and Bricco Suites makes you feel as if you are part of the hustle and bustle. More like an apartment than a hotel. Near many attractions, easy walk. Great shower, utensils provided, amazing towels!! THE LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! I can't stress that enough. Freedom Trail is about two blocks away.
The smell of the bread every morning (we were facing the bakery). Wi-Fi was iffy.
Central location for what we wanted to do while in Boston.
Street noise could be an issue if your not used to it.
The location of the suites for exploring Boston on foot or by subway (Haymarket and North Station) is excellent. The suites are beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and very spacious. Elegant bathroom, comfortable bed with quality linens…superb! Travelling with another mature couple with food restrictions, the suites allowed us share some simple meals so we could make eating out an occasion. The bustling Bricco restaurant below the suites offers excellent food.
The following points are not complaints, rather clarifications. Firstly, not all suites are identical. Our suite had a dining table and four chairs while our friends only had an outdoor table/chairs with no view. Although there was a stove top in our suite, there were no utensils for food preparation. There were place settings for two. The management supplied us with a microwave which met our needs perfectly. Hanover Street is in the liveliest section of North Boston, particularly on a Saturday (and probably Friday) night as everything, including the restaurant below, stays open late. Hence, if "dining in" and/or "quiet" are essential these expectations should be made clear at time of booking.
Many thanks to Michael for carrying 2 heavy suitcases up stairs Location Studio layout Cleanliness Salvatore Ferragamo toiletries Mega-fluffy bath towels
Nothing to dislike, just suggestions: 1. Block-out blinds in two front windows, as light still comes through existing blinds. 2. Small microwave in kitchen (just in case we need a night in!!)
Everything about this place was fantastic. Never stayed in a place that was as cute as the Bricco Suites. I had the small studio so I can imagine what I bigger room looked like. I felt quite at home. I would highly recommend this place. Excellent. I never submit reviews.
It's in the city so there was some noise from other people staying at the suites, but didn't mind at all. It's the city.
Loved the suite, very clean and modern. Loved the double shower and the decor. Great A/C and bed. Also loved how it opened right up to the busy street of Little Italy!
Extremely rude maid staff. Sat outside our door on stairs talking, morning noon and night we could hear them banging around. Also if you get a room recommend not to get 200's due to the noisy room service that place their cleaning supplies right outside the door! And wake up at 4:30 am and do not go to bed until 1 am. Felt there were loud footsteps above us all day and night!
Location was awesome, great air conditioning, modern rooms, clean & comfortable, walking distance to most historical sites in Boston, helpful staff, refrigerator, near restaurants & bakeries of Little Italy
Didn't have a microwave
The location can't be beat. Stepping out the front door of the hotel, finds you in the middle of all the action on Hanover Street and yet the room was very quiet. I don't think that there are any other hotels in this immediate area. Room was clean, attractive, contemporary. Not your standard hotel room--a boutique property. The staff was helpful in every way.
The efficiency rooms have a view of a brick wall, but I was not planning to spend my days looking out the window. Our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator. I did not find this a problem and there is someone to carry bags up if you need help.
Great location in the middle of little Italy. Clean modern apartment.
Walking up 65 steps to our room. We were on the 4th floor- no elevator. Very noisy air conditioner. The street itself very noisy. Trucks operating at 3am. WiFi connection not that good The room has a small kitchen but no appliances to make tea or toast.
Great location in little Italy, good for walking to restaurants and central sites.
Walk up 3 stories with luggage.
