The apartment was perfect for my three sisters and I. The 2.5 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms were much more space than we would have found anywhere else for the price.
Loved the pool, work out facilities, was very quiet for a busy area. Room was very comfortable, clean and had everything we were looking for.
Beatiful location. Large rooms.
I stayed 26 days. Rooms have annoying ventilation noise. Somedays it was very uncomfortable .
Everything except the cold weather.
It was excellent! It was cold outside.
Loved the space & location and staff
There was a party & over 20 ppl hanging out at the lobby, our room smelled like weed coming from vents, lobby area was a bit cluttered. Security is not tight. We had 3guys barge into our apartment looking for someone after we opened the door at 6:30am. For safety issues, concierge should check residence status before letting someone in maybe.
The apartment was spacious, Clean and in great area close to shopping and eating
Parking Expensive but had in/out privaledge. Really do not need car.
Fantastic location. Close to theater district, Michigan Ave. Couldn't be better positioned to get the most of your Chicago experience.
Great location in downtown Chicago. The beds, furniture are great, the kitchen and even laudry facility inside apt if you need. Work out room and pool a plus even if pool is rather small and can get crowded. Better buy for your money than the hotels. Desk personel was friendly, helpful. Comp coffee, tea, cocoa at lobby.
Having to call desk to open the garage door for you, and sometimes no one is at desk. Not sure if it's us or microwave but my drinks did not get hot! Minor stuff that won't affect me from coming back.
Plenty of space for family of 4. clean and inviting. wonderful view and great location.
Parking was $35 per day if you chose to park in the apartment car park. Forced air heating was noisy.
I loved the view. How clean it was. How the kitchen had everything you needed. The guy at the front desk Tomas was super nice. I just loved it.
The dogs. People are allowed to bring their pets. My neighbor had a dog that parked all night. Grrrr!! One other issue. I would love to bring my kids back in the summer. But due to asthma n allergies I don't think I would be able to stay at this place unless there r rooms that arw designated to animals. The TVs in the master bedroom was so small n the quality were awful.
Kitchen well equipped, coffee and tea for free. Awesome view.
Squeaky bed. Wifi didn't work as described, but enough networks from surrounding apartments to not really bother.
세탁,건조가 가능하고, 주방이 아주 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 호텔위치도 아주 좋아서 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 괜찮은 레스토랑도 많았어요. Kitchen, dress room and laundry room was good. The hotel location was perfect, close to good restaurants by walk.
호텔입구가 잘 안보여 헤맸습니다. ASA 건물과 가까워 밤에는 privacy에 조금 신경이 쓰였어요. It is hard to find the hotel entrance. View was good but very close to next building(may be American Medical Association building?), worried about privacy at night. But it was no big problem using window shade.
Location was excellent, we were in walking distance from all my favorite bars and restaurants.
Great view from apartment. Ample space clean and comfortable. Loved, loved the apartment

A bit cold, the heating system didn't work very well. The bed was not comfortable. A huge bad thing, there was a lot of electrostatic sparks, mainly in the bedroom....
The setting up of the room and decorations are great and very nice view of downtown Chicago
the mattress on bed seems too soft or needs changing as it collapes in the center. and the tempreature in the bed room is a bit low and is hard to set any higher. The TV programme of HBO is not available.
Heater worked poorly. Very cold during the evenings.
It was very nice, staff was super friendly and helpful, I'd live here if I could.
I didn't like the demeanor nor tone of voice of the staff member who asked me what time was I checking out.
The door guy was amazing he made everything much more comfortable
the weather sucked !!!! Lol
Not easy to find hotel on the 1st visit
the view from our room was great. The price was awesome. Couldn't find the place though. Also Lobby could use some work.
Overall the standard of accommodation at Bridgestreet was high, with comfortable stylish furnishings and spectacular views from the living room and bedrooms.
No tea making facilities - a kettle and milk. The door on the master bedroom had a frozed window and was a sliding door, giving little privacy or blocking out of light from the living room. The heating system blew over me in the night and kept waking me up. I turned it down but this seemed to make it worse.
The view and the apartment itself
I loved the view and the staff as always.
My oven didn't work my entire stay! I have yet to be reimbursed or compensated for that.
This is in essence a small apartment with a granite countertop separating the kitchen from a small dining area that leads into a small but efficient living room. The bedroom is separate as well as the large bath area. Both bedroom and living/dining area's had wonderful views of the Chicago skyline. I didn't use the kitchen but it appeared to have all the necessities along with a modern finish. For the price, you can't beat it. Access to the subway is less than 1/2 a block away and cabs were readily available out the front door. Staff was also friendly and competent with suggestions for dining, drinks, travel recommendations etc. Bottom line, you can't go wrong with this place.
My only complaint, which is nitpicky, is the lighting in the bath. The bath area was large & clean, but they use a florescent tube to light the dual sinks. Otherwise the place rocked.
